Good care but not excellent.

Regency Park is going nicely. The caregivers in the memory care are good. The facility is clean. The staff are friendly. Overall it has been a good experience here. The whole situation has been a nightmare because I could not get mom and dad at the same facility. But things at Regency Park have gone well.

The person who helped us there was very knowledgeable and very thorough and did a nice job with the tour and answered all of our questions. We were confident we were going to put my mom in a place with good care.

I thought Meadow Creek Village was a nice looking place. We toured this community, and 2 others while looking into care options for our Mom. Everyone here seemed very friendly, and it was a nice place, but Mom already had her heart set on another one we toured earlier.

I have toured here, and they are lovely, just wonderful. But they are also very, very expensive. I think if you can afford it, then it would be wonderful, but I don't think we could pay the price.

There have been a few challenges and issues here and there but for the most part they have been good. There were some issues with maintenance as my mothers air conditioner was not working and it took a while to get it fixed. Other than that things have been very good for the most part. The people there are friendly and my mother is very happy and doing well there.

We toured here when we were looking at places. We liked it and it was nice. We found another place we liked a little better, and that place was less expensive. But we still thought this was a nice place.

Overall I think they do a good job at Emeritus at Pantano! The employees here are very friendly, and they're always available and happy to answer any questions I have or to give me a status update on my loved one. My loved one says they can be a little slow responding to his call button, however. The facility itself is very nice. When I visited for a few days I was impressed by the food! It's high quality, tastes good, and they've got a good variety of selections. They also have a good variety of activities and outtings to keep everyone entertained. I also thought it was very nice that they let my loved one bring his cat, and they even help him take care of it!

Pleasantly surprised. Newly remodeled. Very bright, cheery, positive attitude culture. Lots for tenents to do.Independent living only. No transition to assisted but you can contract for services.

They do most things very well at Emeritus at Pantano. I have had a lot of exposure to assisted living, and can say that Emeritus at Pantano does an excellent job. They have been really good at communicating with me,. I really appreciate their proactive communication and willingness to address any questions or issues that arise. One are where they could improve is the billing. We have been there a few months and they have yet to get the bill exactly right.

My friends lived in Heritage Springs where they received loving care. Pat especially met many friendly residents there. The staff was caring and helpful. Natalie, Tiana and Megan were especially sensitive to the needs and concerns of Pat. Due to the lack of family support, Pat and Hans needed to relocate to Southern California to be closer to loved ones. It was with regret that they left. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility for anyone requiring this type of life style.

The people at Royalton Place have been really friendly. I like the nurse there a lot. They seem very knowledgeable about memory care. I really like the fish in the fish tank as well as the birds that they have there. It is a very nice place that I would certainly recommend.

They are doing a pretty good job. We don't have any complaints at all. The staff is pretty friendly, and attentive. It's a clean community, I would give them fives on all of that. We haven't had any problems with food at all. So far everything is working out well.

I was impressed with this facility. It was easy to find, a warm and welcoming lobby area, and staff. The residents seemed to have an upbeat attitude (which is a huge plus for me!). The facility and grounds were well maintained and the memory care facility had just baked cookies that smelled heavenly. The only drawback for me was the courtyard between the memory care units (there are 2, with 16 residents each) seemed on the small side

The aides are personal and caring towards the residents and their guests. Some temp aides also work there and I believe Waterford is selective who they hire for permanent help. My only complaints may be that some residents may sleep a bit too much, the beauty salon is not open, the rent is expensive, and the LPN or director of memory care is not often present. Home Health Care from Sacred Heart is a wonderful service that is available. My mom now has a Physical Therapist and a nurse who come and check in with her. It gives me additional security knowing that certified medical personnel are monitoring aspects of her health. I take my mom upstairs to the main dining room once a week for dinner. The wait staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Usually my mom eats her meals in the memory care. Residents may choose their meals from a menu and eat at a time that is best for the resident. Most meals are served at once so that people may socialize. The memory care unit is secure and a fenced garden is provided that residents may access. The memory care is bright and beautifully furnished. My mother has commented on the beauty of her surroundings and the kindness of the people who help her. She seems very content and happy.

Nice clean facility; friendly staff. The rates are a bit high, but it is on my consideration list.

Overall they are doing a pretty good job. The communication with the night shift could be improved a bit. When they say that they are going to do something, they should make sure it's communicated with the night shift. It's a clean place and the staff is friendly. They could use a little more activity in the Alzheimer's unit. I chose it because I liked the location, it is close to the hospital, and it's close to me as well.

This is one of the places we toured when we were looking for options. It was a nice place, clean, and the staff was nice. It just wasn't a good fit for us, they don't have quite as much help as my parents would need. Maybe if they were a little more independent.

Liked this one, took mom to c it, she also liked it. The other livins we spook to, said food was not good.

Overall we are pleased with how things have gone with Skagit Valley Senior Village, I'd give them high marks across the board. I wouldn't rate any one particular aspect as "excellent", but they do a pretty good job and I am very confident this is the right place for my loved one. The facility itself is nice looking, the activities and services provided are solid, the food is good, and the price is fair. I also like that they provide both independent living as well as assisted living, so that if my loved one's care needs advance in the future it will not necessitate a move.
