I loved it. My husband hated it.

Waterford was nice and we would of placed my mom here, but it was alittle costly for us . The staff were nice and were to answer our questions about on the type of care that would of been available to her. care We did not see activities at the time of the tour. The meals seemed to be good. I feel that this would of been a great choice is we would of been able to afford the care. I recommend other families to see this beautiful community for the care of there loved one.

The housekeeping team has done a great job at keeping my dads room picked up and well maintained. They even do his laundry for him so that I or other family members do not have to worry about it which is a huge help. The overall staff has done a great job at making sure he stays comfortable and that his needs are being met throughout his day. I have no complaints so far about this place and would recommend it.

I toured this community for care for a loved one. The community was nice and the staff were good with answering my questions. The food seemed appealing. The rooms were not what she was looking for. They are a nice variety of good activites. Other families would like the clean community. I would recommend this to other families.

This community seemed to be going through a transitional period. There was some staff turnovers under the new management. The staff I met seemed involved with the residents. I liked this community. The community has potential, however the rooms were small. The community was clean and the grounds are beautiful.

The staff have been very helpful at this independent living community. The food is good for the most part. They have outings and daily exercise classes. We also play cards nightly and have movie nights. Pets are allowed. The only draw back is they increase your rent 10% every year on your anniversary. I would recommend this community.

When my loved one and I toured the community it was very nice and the staff was very informative. I have nothing bad to say about Magnolia Grand, it was one of my top choices of senior living homes for my mother.

They offer a variety of meals but they are not necessarily diabetic friendly. I would like to see more variety for a diabetic diet. The community is well maintained and clean throughout. They do a great job offering a variety of activities for the residents to participate and enjoy. The staff have been very friendly and helpful with the move. They do a good job communicating with mom and the family. The community would benefit from adding additional transportation options for the residents for outings and doctors appointments.

Mom is doing pretty well since moving into Brookdale Stayton. I stayed with her for a week when we moved her into the community. The food was good, however the residents had to wait over an hour to be served. My mom told me the administrator left but I have not been able to verify this. I live out of state and have to handle things on the phone. I am also having issues with the billing and I am waiting for the office manager to follow through on correcting this issue.

This is a fine community with a great staff. My father is doing well here. We do an extra care giver for him, because we are hoping an apartment on the memory care side opens up soon. It is a nice and clean facility, they do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. I'am pleased with everything they have done for us.

It's a wonderful place to take a person who is dealing with memory care issues. The staff is extremely friendly and emotionally involved with the patients. They have regularly programmed activities that gets the residents out of the community in a sheltered way. The community has been wonderful!

Our experience with Royalton Place has been a good one, overall. The staff is friendly, professional, and really seems to care about my loved one. They've gotten to know her very well, which has gone a long way helping her adjust to the new environment. Our only real issue is that after we had decided on the place and were most of the way through the sign-up process they surprised us with a very large non-refundable "community fee", and we couldn't really get them to explain what this money was for.

I toured here as I was looking for options. It was a beautiful place. It was a little on the spendy side, and this just didn't seem to be the right fit for what we were looking for. Nice place though.

Lori gave an excellent tour and was very helpful in answering my questions. The facility is quite complete--lots of activity opportunities nice grounds attractive. Staff was helpful lunch very nice. I did not go to the assisted living cottage nor the memory care. The residents rooms are well designed. If you have much stuff you need to rent a storage unit nearby--not a lot of storage space in the units. Some of the room look out toward the parking lot and the assisted living--wish there was a little more garden in that view. Other have a great view of the water a few blocks away.

Great place and they provide a good level of care. We're pretty satisfied with the services there. The food is okay.

Royalton Place is the perfect location and level of care for my Mom. My only complaint is that they will not do their job if she refuses assistance. She often refuses to have her room cleaned forcing ME to clean it. Mom does not understand the process and they listen to her! I have asked them to wait until she goes to lunch and then just do it. I think this is more a function of the specific housekeeper than the Royalton's policy. The food is amazing. Mom is eating properly for the first time in years! I am quite happy, overall, with the care she receives.

We were seeking an affordable way to have adequate space. We have achieved it with Mountain Glen with most expectations satisfied. The building is undergoing a major renovation. It seems to upgrade most areas. The staff is a little stretched to get everything done, but it is improving. The staff is great: smart, efficient, cheerful. Unique feature is chauffeur service which is everything it promised to be. Communication with management seems good. Disappointed that rents will increase 5% next year. Food is good and improving in healthfulness. Wait staff is super. Overall a good value and comfortable home.

My loved one was here for a brief respite stay, and overall I think things went well! The facility was clean and well kept, the people were friendly, and she seemed to enjoy her stay here!

The thing that my Dad dislikes is that they are very inconsistent with the food in the dining room. You never know what they are gonna do. Other than that, they are really pretty good. It's a nice facility. The staff is pretty good for the most part.
