fantastic location and grounds. did not have an assisted care 1 bedroom apt at the time of the tour. excellent programs, staff! Loved it!

We chose Heritage Springs because it had the graduated steps from assisted living to memory care to respite care. The communication has been very good from the staff about what is going on. I would recommend to others looking.

After the ownership change, the food was not very good at all. The staff is very nice, and the rooms are spacy, and they have multiple floor plans available. I would recommend this facility to others

Grand is right. The complex is huge. Lots of things to see and do, but it is way above my budget... still looking

We have toured six communities near our home to find the best fit for our mom. While most were OK, RP really seemed to meet our needs. It’s very clean, rooms are larger, more smiling and engaged residents and staff. Their dining facility is very inviting for guests and the food selection is nice and was quite good. We spoke with current residents at random, and they all spoke well of their care and the staff. That confirmed our observations as well. Great activities available too. Really nice community! I would highly recommend.

Love the cottages so clean and a great size. and [name removed] is great to work with, I just wish the location was closer to the family.

Care was very good during weekdays but weekend care was fair except for [Name removed] and [Name removed] (if[Name removed]) was working the weekend. [Name removed] was good also.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my friend. I thought it was really nice here and I liked it. They had a lot more activities than other places I looked. They offered things like exercise groups and live entertainment. The staff members here were very nice and courteous. The person who gave me the tour was pleasant and knowledgeable. The community felt very warm and inviting. I would recommend this facility to other families.

This was clean and fresh looking. A big garden area and the lobby, dinning room were nice. The rooms were large, clean and fresh. There was a lot of activities for the residents.

When I toured this community it was good and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. This was much more expensive than other communities. The dining room is fancy. Looked clean and tidy. I would recommend other families tour this community.

I thought this facility was very good and all of the people here were really nice. The only downside to this facility is they have no memory care unit which is what my Wife needs. They have nurses on site and they offer different levels of care depending on what your needs are. They have very good meals here and they offer a lot of activities including bus rides to go out, to shopping places, and pharmacies. When I need a facility for myself, I would pick this place. I would recommend this community.

This community is very warm and welcoming. The people are kind. The food is good and filling. They are very well staffed. There are lots of activities they can enjoy when they are ready to. I would recommend this community.

We toured this community and It was a nice and clean place. It was a bigger community and I think mom didn't like that she would get lost. Looked like they had plenty of staff. They answered all of my questions but it just wasn't the place mom wanted.

This community offers support groups for families of residents with Alzheimer's. The staff have done everything they can to help my friends get accommodated to living here. They are responsive, patient, they interact with the residents and they are willing to work with the families. They offer outings and try to keep the memory care residents active. They have a nice shaded, enclosed courtyard for the memory care residents and another one for assisted living. This is the right place for my friends.

The biggest attraction for us to this location was the outside. My father in law loves being outside and there seemed to have quite a bit of outside roaming area for him to walk and spend time outside. My in laws seem to be adjusting well.They are doing some of the activities and meeting new people. The food is not what they have been used to but they are getting used to it and starting to like it. The staff has been very nice and helpful.

I thought the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job with giving us a tour of their community. The thing was that it did not seem like this would be a good fit for my in-laws.

My mom has been at Mt. Bachelor for about 2 months and all the caregivers are very sweet and attentive. She came from a rehab center where they would often leave her waiting for 30+ minutes and the response time at Mt. Bachelor is almost immediate.She likes the people who take care of her, which gives us peace of mind.

We didn't exactly go on a tour of the whole community. We attended an open house so to speak we went into a vacant unit looked around and then left. We liked the idea of having individual cottages but they were not as large as I would have liked. The landscaping was very nice. We had already had a working idea as to what the community was like from friends that lived there we just went there for a visual.

I have no complaints about the staff at this community, they have all been wonderful to my mother and helpful with all of her needs. She has made a personal connection with a few of the staff members which is really important to me. My mom really enjoys participating in the great activity program they have available with the other residents as well.

When I toured Waterford Grand, I felt it was a little too grand. It was very large and my father has mobility issues, so it wouldn't be right for him. It was also too expensive and I also felt like my father would not have been comfortable there. It was over the top, like the Trump Tower. It was a nice place with a heated pool and wonderful things, but it was a little but a more for an ambulatory person.
