I would definitely recommend the Cascades of Bremerton to others. The caregiving staff is amazing and they go above and beyond, but they are overworked. They are like little ninjas that go in and clean and change the bed constantly. They never complain and are always friendly and helpful. My parents adore them. It's not often that you have both parents in the same facility at the same time. The move in process was done with ease and I couldn't have done it without [names removed]. [Name removed] is amazing with the food. I'd only suggest more snacks available for those able to have them and maybe offer them a little more often as some of the people are not able to ask or forget that they are hungry. The Memory Care facility is "different" as they don't remember to ask for things. Hydration is huge and can be a cause of constant infections. Monitoring fluid intake would be a suggestion.

The people at Alpine Way are amazing! It's been comfortable and nice. However, they're struggling with getting a handle on the food. That has not been great.

Yes I would recommend this place. That said, there no way we could afford it without Mom's longterm care insurance.Waterford Grand is built to bring the outdoors inside, with terrific vues of the river from many windows. Apartments are spaciou, the daily exercise program is terrific and the facility has a memory care unit for when/ if my mom needs it.

Their kitchen/dining needs an entire re-haul. Horribly long wait times, total chaos, rude waitstaff, food quality is terrible. Also some concerns with security issues. And would like to see more activities.

They are filling up really quickly. And seem to be overwhelmed. They are short staffed, particularly in the dining room. The activity director is out having a baby and the substitute gets pulled from her job to help with residents. The new owners have had this place for less than two years and they seem like they're still getting it together. But they are trying really seriously hard. And they're very forthright when asked what is going on. I would recommend it to others.

Monday there are bus trips, physical therapy is also available in house. The cleaning staff cleans the rooms once a week and the size of the aoartments is much larger than other places we looked at initally.

I toured with Meadow Creek Village and it was a nice, small facility but too far away from me. Most all places I looked at were compatible, it's just so sad and disappointing to see so few residents out and about in the common areas during the day, all the places seem so empty of activity, but maybe that's the norm. The more independent residents probably do more to get out and do activities.

The food was great. The value for the money was reasonable. We picked this community, because of the staff, and price. They should have did things according to the level of care that my loved one needed, instead of the opinions of others.

Overall a very nice place with a homey feel. Great size apartments with good outdoor space. Thy offer; Lunch, dinner, happy hour once a week, shuttles to shopping and other activities, games, and movie night.

We are happy with the facility and staff. Very nice environment. Food needs improvement. Served cold Does not appear to be freshly served if you are not first at table. Elevators go down periodically. Many organized activities , throughout the day on site as well as community excursions around the area. Shopping, banking , restaurant trips etc. Overall I would recommend this facility. Meals are a big downside.

We picked this community, because of the staff, the room was really nice, they were willing to work with us, and made sure things was taken care of. They are working on improving the food. They are good with communicating and responding. I would recommend to other families.

Nobody liked the director, residents or staff. They would cringe when his name was mentioned. They gave us a great room, and the facility was wonderful. But they didn't properly assess my loved one and allowed her in independent living when she could not properly care for herself. Had it worked out, I think it would have been great. But as it was, it was a big financial loss for the short time we were there.

One area that is an issue at this time is they made a rule residents cannot use the public restroom and they have to walk all the way to their room. This is not a good rule because some residents have a long way to go and if they are in the dining room or doing activities this is inconvenient and could be a disaster. They keep the door locked and even if you are a guest you have to find someone to unlock it.

We had a good tour experience with Royalton Place. My loved one needed a community that was more active. But that was to be expected since this is for residents who need more care.

They have been going through quite a bit of staffing changes recently. Overall I have been happy with the facility - things are going well. Mom is meeting people and making friends. It is a huge facility with all different types of care. They only have 1 activities for all of those residents, so there is just not enough going on. I would recommend Cascades of Grants Pass to others. They are very fair with their pricing.

The staff at Creekside are really nice. They do have activities, although there could be a little more. Overall I would recommend it to other families.

We had an excellent experience. The staff were excellent along with hospice. The management was willing to speak to the family and answer our questions and was open to feedback.

We're very happy with Royalton Place. The staff are all very personable and friendly, so my mom feels like they know who she is and she's not just a number. They're very on top of her care. If she has to go to the hospital, they call me immediately. I feel secure in the knowledge that they're taking good care of her. The only thing my mom complains about is sometimes the food is lackluster.

Tour community with a coworker who is looking for placement for his father. The community is extremely clean, very friendly front desk and residents in common areas were engaged in bingo!
