Mom is not happy with her care and the high price. They do listen when we speak to them. It is the caregivers that need to respond. Mom likes the food and the facility is very luxurious. If you are mobile and do not require full care, this place is probably amazing. Mom is chair bound, so she completely depends on the caregivers. That is our issue. I also think they need more care givers. She is at the top level of care at almost $[removed] a month.

My mother loves the facility, the other residents and her location. Her biggest complaint is the food. It is terrible! I've eaten meals with her and they are not well balanced, small portions and just terrible! Her most recent complaint was an egg salad sandwich that she waited for over an hour to have prepared and was served with barely any egg, a sloppy mess of mayonnaise. She asked for a pickle and was given a cup of relish. Food is a huge element of elder care. These meals are accompanied with social time. The food is so awful that she doesn't want to go to the dining room. She buys food to prepare in her microwave. We pay a lot of money for her to have to buy food to eat because the dining room food is not good We've complained to management ([name removed] the Director ) numerous times with little success My mother is not the only one complaining of the food. At this point, while she loves the facility she wants to leave because of the food situation that has her angry.

What attracted me is their outdoors, they have what I call the wooded area, looks like a mini park, very relaxing. Actually, I have commented to the dinning manager about the saltiness of the food and to have more fish on the menu, which she gladly complied. I'm glad how the maintenance crew are prompt to fix things. Generally the staffs are friendly and helpful. Regarding cleanliness, it's not immaculately clean, but it's clean.

They were pleasant and helpful. I was told there was no availability for assisted living and very limited availability for memory care which it turns out we don’t need the level of care they provide.

Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff! They were patient with us and understanding and supportive of our needs! The residents seemed happy and settled! It was a pleasant community! The food was very good, especially the dessert!!

Vegetarian food was a concern otherwise our stay was reasonably comfortable.

Mom is very happy at Creekside. Overall it has been a good move for mom. I would recommend to others.

Dawn was amazing. Very helpful and understanding. The building was very nice and the people I met along the way were great. It seemed like a great place. I wish this would have worked out for my mom.

[Name Removed] was phenomenal. Room sizes were nice, activities were awesome. Something always offered. Amenities were good. Exercise room was really great. Food quality was not great. Hot items were almost always cooked. Dining staff were all very pleasant

Facility is very clean, friendly staff.The only thing we noticed was when my daughter made a visit several times she found [name removed] in TV room by herself and not fully dressed. All by herself...

The two new director's are trying hard to improve all services as well as the memory care facility building and grounds. My mother in law is in the memory care building at Arbor and not able to take part in the activities due to macular degeneration and other heath issues. They do have activities almost every day and music a couple times a month, we see others from other 'neighborhoods' involved. Most of the staff are immigrants so there is a bit of a language barrier, but we find them helpful and caring. We are usually there during the lunch meal, which looks good. We have to help mom eat and she mostly likes what they are serving. Her table mates usually eat their entire lunch and comment that it's tasty. Mom's room and the facility is always tidy and clean. By choice she is in a double room by herself which of course makes it roomy.

[Name Removed]was very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility seems very well maintained and managed. I was impressed. However I do have some concerns that management can’t control. The location is troublesome because of it’s proximity to the highway and the airport. The units are old and the floorplan seemed odd and kind of dark.

Need to work on the food

My dad couldn't tour because he was in foster care so I had to look at the place by myself. It meant my expectations, but I did get some mixed messages from various people that I was working with. I had to go back and get reconfirmation's of what prices were correct how the assessment process worked etc. but overall everything got worked out.

Rep was outstanding. Place was clean updated and attractive, apartment was very nice. Our main concern was Phil has special toilet seat and wenow have 2 baths. Also now have 2 bedrooms. We thought we could get some home help at our present apt. and have more room.

What stood out is how long several of the main staff members had been there. All the activities. I would definitely recommend! The staff is wonderful but even better the residence all seem so happy and are helping my mom with her transition.

Place was very nice but if we knew the buy down wasn't available, we would have not done the tour. We learned that in the brochure on the way home. We were sold if not for that.

Very nice smaller community. Clean and friendly. My only comment would be that the apartments are very small for two people. Other than that it's a very nice place

The assisted living area that we toured was very nice. It was clean and the apartment that we saw looked to be adequate for two people. We then toured one of the cottages and it was again a two bedroom cottage, which seems to be what they have there and it was the design was a little difficult to understand, but the room and the items that they had there were fine. It was nice. Nice place to live.

I like that the main Chef interacts with residents and often she and other chefs delivery your food. She is very kind and discussed best food options and way things are cooked as I have lost a lot of weight and need to eat only certain food groups.
