It's been five weeks since I've moved here and I'm adjusting well. I was helped greatly by the oral information from [name removed], the executive director and [name removed], the community relations director. In addition to written materials - orientation handbook, explaining guidelines for residents and general information about the city and county. Extremely helpful. My studio is comfortable and spacious. The hallway is tastefully decorated and has areas for quiet and relaxation. The building is clean and quiet. The staff is professional, reasonable, caring and helpful. I'm looking forward to more activities due to Covid, also outings. Meals need improvement. I chose Magnolia, but love the Grand.

Overall I would recommend Cascades. It's a nice place. Cleanliness is good. From what I've seen of their activities guide, it looks like they offer good things. PT has been great and enjoyable for my loved one. She hasn't 100% bought in to everything there yet, but I'm trying to get her to move more in that direction.

It's very well organized, and they have a very high quality staff and facility. The staff are very helpful, and the facility looked quite good.

Our loved one says the residents and the staff members are really friendly, and for everything that is offered the value for cost is pretty fair. Our loved one likes her food piping hot so sometimes she complains that it is served luke warm, but overall the meals are good. The activities are still somewhat limited, but she has started going to the movies, painting classes and even their exercise programs

The living space is very welcoming and has very nice gardens. The apts are also very nice. The food is good but the community is pricey.

I was impressed with this facility. Presentation was excellent. It was very clean and the apartments were nice.

The staff is doing a good job with communication. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. We would like to see the meals improved. My loved ones like breakfast but Dinner needs improving and a better variety. I would recommend this community to others.

Communication could be better and I would like more updates from the staff. I would recommend this community based on my experience so far but there are things that could be better.

fantastic location and grounds. did not have an assisted care 1 bedroom apt at the time of the tour. excellent programs, staff! Loved it!

We chose Heritage Springs because it had the graduated steps from assisted living to memory care to respite care. The communication has been very good from the staff about what is going on. I would recommend to others looking.

After the ownership change, the food was not very good at all. The staff is very nice, and the rooms are spacy, and they have multiple floor plans available. I would recommend this facility to others

Grand is right. The complex is huge. Lots of things to see and do, but it is way above my budget... still looking

We have toured six communities near our home to find the best fit for our mom. While most were OK, RP really seemed to meet our needs. It’s very clean, rooms are larger, more smiling and engaged residents and staff. Their dining facility is very inviting for guests and the food selection is nice and was quite good. We spoke with current residents at random, and they all spoke well of their care and the staff. That confirmed our observations as well. Great activities available too. Really nice community! I would highly recommend.

Love the cottages so clean and a great size. and [name removed] is great to work with, I just wish the location was closer to the family.

Care was very good during weekdays but weekend care was fair except for [Name removed] and [Name removed] (if[Name removed]) was working the weekend. [Name removed] was good also.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my friend. I thought it was really nice here and I liked it. They had a lot more activities than other places I looked. They offered things like exercise groups and live entertainment. The staff members here were very nice and courteous. The person who gave me the tour was pleasant and knowledgeable. The community felt very warm and inviting. I would recommend this facility to other families.

This was clean and fresh looking. A big garden area and the lobby, dinning room were nice. The rooms were large, clean and fresh. There was a lot of activities for the residents.
