When I toured this community it was good and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. This was much more expensive than other communities. The dining room is fancy. Looked clean and tidy. I would recommend other families tour this community.

I thought this facility was very good and all of the people here were really nice. The only downside to this facility is they have no memory care unit which is what my Wife needs. They have nurses on site and they offer different levels of care depending on what your needs are. They have very good meals here and they offer a lot of activities including bus rides to go out, to shopping places, and pharmacies. When I need a facility for myself, I would pick this place. I would recommend this community.

This community is very warm and welcoming. The people are kind. The food is good and filling. They are very well staffed. There are lots of activities they can enjoy when they are ready to. I would recommend this community.

We toured this community and It was a nice and clean place. It was a bigger community and I think mom didn't like that she would get lost. Looked like they had plenty of staff. They answered all of my questions but it just wasn't the place mom wanted.

This community offers support groups for families of residents with Alzheimer's. The staff have done everything they can to help my friends get accommodated to living here. They are responsive, patient, they interact with the residents and they are willing to work with the families. They offer outings and try to keep the memory care residents active. They have a nice shaded, enclosed courtyard for the memory care residents and another one for assisted living. This is the right place for my friends.

The biggest attraction for us to this location was the outside. My father in law loves being outside and there seemed to have quite a bit of outside roaming area for him to walk and spend time outside. My in laws seem to be adjusting well.They are doing some of the activities and meeting new people. The food is not what they have been used to but they are getting used to it and starting to like it. The staff has been very nice and helpful.

I thought the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job with giving us a tour of their community. The thing was that it did not seem like this would be a good fit for my in-laws.

We didn't exactly go on a tour of the whole community. We attended an open house so to speak we went into a vacant unit looked around and then left. We liked the idea of having individual cottages but they were not as large as I would have liked. The landscaping was very nice. We had already had a working idea as to what the community was like from friends that lived there we just went there for a visual.

I have no complaints about the staff at this community, they have all been wonderful to my mother and helpful with all of her needs. She has made a personal connection with a few of the staff members which is really important to me. My mom really enjoys participating in the great activity program they have available with the other residents as well.

When I toured Waterford Grand, I felt it was a little too grand. It was very large and my father has mobility issues, so it wouldn't be right for him. It was also too expensive and I also felt like my father would not have been comfortable there. It was over the top, like the Trump Tower. It was a nice place with a heated pool and wonderful things, but it was a little but a more for an ambulatory person.

lovely staff and atmosphere. Beautiful. Small complex. Care seems excellent. This is not the location we were hoping for though.

Great looking facility, very friendly staff. [Removed] is a dream to work with. 4 stars due to unexpected higher cost. Overall a very nice, locally owned facility

My loved one lived at Inland Point Retirement and it was not the best for him. They would not clean his room or help him with his laundry. It was no longer fitting his needs so we moved him to another community.

When I was searching for a community for my mother, I toured Magnolia Grand. It was a very nice place and the lady that took us around was friendly and welcoming. The facility itself was in good shape. It was a good experience to tour, but my mother found another place that fit her needs a little better.

I had a really nice tour of this community and thought the staff did a great job at providing my loved one with lots of great information. We did not feel rushed or pressured which I was really thankful for. They had a nice floor plan that was easy for us to navigate through with lots of great amenities. Overall we have no complaints and would defiantly recommend this place

I had a really nice visit of this community for my dad. The staff where on time to our appointment and where very knowledgeable in the information they gave us on there facility. I just was a little worried of how busy all of the surroundings where. My dad often likes to go out and take walks and It just seemed a little dangerous for that.

Willows Retirement was a very nice facility and everyone was very nice while we toured. It was more independent living, though, so it was not what we were looking for,

I think like any other place, this Brookdale is understaffed. The caregivers and staff are very good, they seem to care but I don't know if I would recommend the people in the from office. They will say anything to get you into their community.

We toured this community for care. The staff were nice and were able to answer our questions. The dining area was nice and they allow the residents to order what they want. They did offer activities for the residents to keep active. The community and well maintained. Families might want to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My only concern with this community is that the staff that administer the medication are hard to communicate with. I do not receive any communication back when I ask a question. The caregivers are nice and they keep the community clean. The food seems to be good. I would recommend looking into this community, however I would also suggest making sure your loved one's needs are brought up in the beginning and that the community is on top of them.
