My parents have been here a little over 1 year or so. It has been the best thing that ever happened to them at this time of their life. I have not found 1 employee there that does not truly care for what they do and the people they do it for. The smiles are sincere on the staff and residents. No complaints and if I had a questions, it was answered immediately and taken care of. My father came alive again after been seculed in his own home and having multiple strokes. The socialization worked and they are very happy and blessed. Keep up the great work Regency Grand Team!!!!

My mom is living here in assisted living. The staff are kind and attentive, the food is very good, and the communication with family is variable, sometimes excellent, sometimes not. They will answer any question you have, though. There are activities offered. They helped my mom with a discounted room because she has a low income, but they do not take Medicaid. Her studio room is small, just 300 sq ft.

Heritage Springs is a place that loves their seniors. Everyone of the staff from the management to the care providers contributes to the happiness and physical well being of the residents. When we moved out Mom in we were apprehensive. We thought she would have a difficult time living in a facility away from family, but the staff at Heritage Springs made her feel comfortable right away and helped her transition into the community. We never expected to experience this level of true compassion. We are delighted with Heritage Springs and very thankful for their kindness and understanding.

I'm extremely satisfied with Emeritus. Staff members are polite, friendly, and understanding. Whenever we have questions or concerns, every effort is made to make things right. The director of the facility is particularly eager to work with families so that they may be at ease with trusting Emeritus with their loved-one's care. My mother-in-law is very satisfied living at Emeritus, often complimenting the food and commenting upon how kind and helpful everyone is. She was prepared to dislike assisted-living, but the staff was patient, easing her into the routine and encouraging her to participate in activities when she felt ready. Mom now attends the sing-alongs and goes to an exercise class everyday. The caregivers are sensitive to dignity issues. At first, Mom was reluctant to allow anyone to help her with her personal care, but her caregivers were respectful of her feelings and let her set the pace. Now Mom readily accepts their help. We are pleased that we were guided to this quality facility.

The staff seem very friendly and helpful with the exception of the daytime front desk person who can be a bit curt. Seemed she wasn't really happy with her job or just isn't a very warm, friendly type which is what I would've expected considering she is the first person you meet. Other than her, the staff have all been gracious, helpful and very nice. The food is really good. The rooms and common areas are lovely and the outdoor areas are very nice. I would definitely recommend the Cascades.

After visiting other facilities we were so happy to have a tour with Natalie. She was very professional and able to answer all of our questions. They allow pets which helped to tell our Mom she was able to take her kitty with her. Heritage Springs is a fabulous facility that we moved our Mom into less than a month after our tour. The move in was seem less. The staff are all very friendly and attentive to our mothers needs. My sister and I would highly recommend this facility! They offer both assisted living and memory care so if we need to move our mother to memory care we can stay at Heritage Springs which is a huge plus.

Arbor Village is a great community that is providing the right level of care that we were looking for. The ability of the staff to be so accommodating to us and our situation really set them apart. The room here was pretty much set up as the room in the last community she was in so it wasn't a complete shock. We are very happy with them as of now.

Facility is very clean, friendly staff.The only thing we noticed was when my daughter made a visit several times she found [name removed] in TV room by herself and not fully dressed. All by herself...

The two new director's are trying hard to improve all services as well as the memory care facility building and grounds. My mother in law is in the memory care building at Arbor and not able to take part in the activities due to macular degeneration and other heath issues. They do have activities almost every day and music a couple times a month, we see others from other 'neighborhoods' involved. Most of the staff are immigrants so there is a bit of a language barrier, but we find them helpful and caring. We are usually there during the lunch meal, which looks good. We have to help mom eat and she mostly likes what they are serving. Her table mates usually eat their entire lunch and comment that it's tasty. Mom's room and the facility is always tidy and clean. By choice she is in a double room by herself which of course makes it roomy.

[Name Removed]was very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility seems very well maintained and managed. I was impressed. However I do have some concerns that management can’t control. The location is troublesome because of it’s proximity to the highway and the airport. The units are old and the floorplan seemed odd and kind of dark.

Need to work on the food

My dad couldn't tour because he was in foster care so I had to look at the place by myself. It meant my expectations, but I did get some mixed messages from various people that I was working with. I had to go back and get reconfirmation's of what prices were correct how the assessment process worked etc. but overall everything got worked out.

Rep was outstanding. Place was clean updated and attractive, apartment was very nice. Our main concern was Phil has special toilet seat and wenow have 2 baths. Also now have 2 bedrooms. We thought we could get some home help at our present apt. and have more room.

What stood out is how long several of the main staff members had been there. All the activities. I would definitely recommend! The staff is wonderful but even better the residence all seem so happy and are helping my mom with her transition.

Place was very nice but if we knew the buy down wasn't available, we would have not done the tour. We learned that in the brochure on the way home. We were sold if not for that.

Very nice smaller community. Clean and friendly. My only comment would be that the apartments are very small for two people. Other than that it's a very nice place

The assisted living area that we toured was very nice. It was clean and the apartment that we saw looked to be adequate for two people. We then toured one of the cottages and it was again a two bedroom cottage, which seems to be what they have there and it was the design was a little difficult to understand, but the room and the items that they had there were fine. It was nice. Nice place to live.

I like that the main Chef interacts with residents and often she and other chefs delivery your food. She is very kind and discussed best food options and way things are cooked as I have lost a lot of weight and need to eat only certain food groups.

Facility was welcoming! [name removed] was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient. She gave us her undivided attention. Staff were all very attentive and welcoming. Felt very comfortable. The only downside for us was price. Will keep this facility in mind when placing.

It is a good fit for me. I am enjoying it here. I would recommend Arbor Village to others who are currently searching for a place.
