A little expensive. But they're great. People with lots of help. Good food. Nice atmosphere and pretty decent apartments plus you can have a pet.

Almost 4 years ago, my family was faced with the challenge of finding a safe, clean and caring facility to take care of my mother who has been dealing with dementia. Following conversations with several professionals, the strongest recommendation was for Brookdale in Middleton. Our experience with the staff and their care for my mother care has validated the choice we had made. Over the years, we have been extremely pleased with the sensitivity, patience and kindness they have demonstrated. Family members show up at various times throughout the day and find the facility to be clean and tidy. Staff are consistently attentive and kind. On occasion, we get photos of my mother and staff will have her speak with us over the phone. It is heartbreaking to see a loved one suffer with dementia, but knowing they are receiving excellent care from sensitive individuals offers significant peace of mind. The small Brookdale facility in Middleton has convinced us that we found the best option for her

The staff were very kind and attentive. I always felt my Mom was in exceptionally good hands. I would recommend them to others who are needing to find memory care for their loved one.

Our family is so happy to have my Dad at Brookdale Farmington Hills North. After my passed, Dad was not social and was very confused and getting worse every day. He now eats with friends, watches TV and does puzzles. It is nice seeing him engaging.

So far, I would give them a 5 on all categories. It is an older facility, but it appears to be well maintained, and the staff have been very responsive to any repairs that I've requested for my parents' apartment. We would absolutely recommend Brookdale Memorial City community to other families.

We've just had a great experience overall with Brookdale Diablo Lodge. [name removed] the ED at Brookdale is so welcoming and runs a great place. Cannot imagine my mom in a better place-she's so much happier!

Without a doubt Brookdale is the cleanest, nicest, friendliest, most welcoming facility with the nicest staff I have ever met. Everything was bright and cheerful with loads of activities. Unfortunately we were unable to have him placed in Brookdale due to him needing a hospice placement. The cost was also a factor but if you can afford it. Without a doubt I would say that Brookdale is the Cadillac of assisted living and memory care facilities.

The studio was smaller than we liked but the grounds and staff were wonderful. Too many limitations on the gym use but it is a nice gym. The people seemed super friendly as well as the residents. Overall it is a very nice place

I recently moved my mom into Brookdale in Hendersonville. The experience was wonderful. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is like being on a cruise ship without the ocean . Everything she could need or want to do is there. Her apartment is perfect and she was greeted by very happy people that live there. I have a feeling she will be very happy . The food is great . Three meals a day . No more worries about planning meals or cooking. .

Staff and residents are friendly. It’s all one level and well laid out. Dining and activities rooms are very nice, clean and well decorated. Love their veterans wall- my dad was a Marine. Residents’ rooms are clean and roomy. Dining menu offers something for every palate. They offer physical and occupational therapy and have a salon too! I believe mom will enjoy her time here meeting other seniors and participating in the various activities. Thank you Brookdale Paddock Hills for the warm welcome!

The tour was relaxed and not rushed. All our concerns were addressed. We saw a few of the residents and they smiled and greeted us. The staff that we interacted with were polite and attentive to their resident. I’m helping my brother find somewhere he can be safe and feel a little bit of home. Most importantly, he felt comfortable. So grateful we have such a nice option close to our home.

My close family member was unexpectedly dx'd with terminal cancer & needed more assistance than she could get at home. Brookdale felt like the "right" fit. There's an emphasis on family & how the residents of Brookdale are all family & treated like family. The facility is very clean. The staff friendly & smiling. We liked many of the community elements & hoped our loved one would rebound to enjoy this new home. Sadly, she rapidly declined & began hospice care. Brookdale shined brighter, particularly Nurse Kelli whose compassion was palpable as she sat with my loved one, holding her hand & talking softly during a painful moment. She was cared for. Bathed. Medicated. And when the last day came, the staff ensured our apartment was quiet & undisturbed by anyone other than the nurses helping us. It's still fresh and it still hurts, but truthfully from my heart: thank you to Kayla & Christy & Angela & Kelli for making this nightmare so much better than it could have been at the hospital.

Great facility with a beautiful outdoor courtyard to catch some sun. Large sized updated rooms, two caretakers on each floor and I hear the food is really good! Looking forward to visiting my father after we move him in later this month.

When we first stepped inside we felt like this place could definitely be the place for our parents to live. Very inviting not only by the staff but the decor and overall vibe.[removed name] asked great questions and had an answer for all of ours. Many options for apartment styles, dining room and staff just like an upscale restaurant (cloth napkins, menu to order meals from and wait staff), daily activities and so much more. So happy to have a place like this close to family!

Staff take time to get to know the patients and their families. Staff are very good at meeting the needs of the patients according to their individual abilities and needs.

We toured Brookdale Stonestreet. We met with a young lady (her name escapes me right now.) She had a very informative presentation and we had very few questions after that. There was some sort of celebration in the common area that included a singer/musician singing Christmas music. All of the residents looked like they were enjoying it. The entire grounds inside and out were very clean. We were introduced to many workers. Viewing of the rooms did not disappoint. The tour made us feel like we visited a family in a home. Definitely a front runner in our search.

All you have to do is ask. If the person you are asking is unable to answer, they will find someone who can. My mother was so welcomed by all the staff (so was myself and husband) when she had moved in. It was like a home coming. My mother equates living at Brookdale to living on a cruise ship! Makes my heart glow as she loved to cruise!

Kind and caring staff, responsive to client and family needs. Staff, make sure to come and get clients to participate in meals and activities, which I very much appreciate. The facility itself is safe, secure and very homelike. They should really pay the staff more so that they don't lose the staff that they have, which currently is very kind and attentive. I have seen high turnover in many places, less here than most. Maintaining staff assures greater continuity of care, and it's so important.
