Brookdale

While we ended up choosing a different location for mom, the decision was based more on geography than other factors. Brookdale would’ve been our only other choice, as they demonstrated great care and attention to the residents. Take a tour to see the kind of high bar they set. Our tour was unscheduled, so we got a “real” taste of a typical day. They are doing great work at Brookdale!

I have been in and out of this community many times. The environment is always warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated. Staff is friendly and professional. My clients who I see in the community. Always speak highly of the care they recieve on a daily basis. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for placement for a loved one.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place itself is beautiful and seems very relaxed. Talked with a few residents and they said they love it there. Hopefully my mom does too. They set up a lunch so you can see how the place runs.

My mother has been a resident since [date removed]. The day I moved her in she was uncertain and confused. But that quickly transitioned to comfortable and happy. She regularly remark to me how kind and nice the staff are. My mother told me she loves the food and rarely misses a meal.The staff runs frequent activities and specials events. I've been invited to attend some and was impressed with the planning and how much fun the residents had.

This community has been great as my care needs have gone up the staff has been great! I eat with other men and have great conversations no one hesitates to help me when I need it.

Everyone is kind and helpful. They really care about the residents. I also interviewed their facility in Tyler, Texas. I Found the same commitment at that facility as well. Very impressed. They find solutions for the residents. When I leave the facility I have peace of mind knowing they're taking great care to my mother.

[name removed] is very happy at Brookdale Sevierville They have an excellent staff caring for the residents. They offer several programs daily to keep everyone busy. They offer everything from beauty shop to shopping trips to meet everyone's needs.

My mom has lived at Brookdale for a couple of months and everything has been amazing! From the first tour, to moving in, to any questions/concerns after, everything has been so smooth and easy. They definitely give my family peace of mind!

Top notch facility with an outstanding Ex. director, health and wellness director and program director who is timely, compassionate service to all residents. Facility has been updated and is very well maintained. Best compliment I can offer my wife has been a resident for 8 years!

Choosing memory care for your wife if not easy, but from the moment we walked into the community, we knew it was home for my wife. It is a smaller community, and that makes a difference. Every resident is known. The team is kind, caring and attentive. Management is responsive and caring. The administrator is involved with the residents; the activities are just what my wife needed.

Everyone who assisted us from the advisor with A Place for Mom to the staff at Brookdale Senior Living were very responsive and helpful. They were good listeners and focused completely on my brother whom we were assisting in getting a facility that would address all his needs.

Brookdale Findlay is an amazing place with wonderful staff that care for Mom giving me a peace of mind I hadn't experienced in the last 6 years. It's clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and has so many amazing activities to keep Mom engaged! I will always recommend them to anyone searching for a place for their aging family members!

I was greeted by two enthusiastic people and given a tour of the facility. The residents seemed comfortable and engaged. There appeared to be many activities to assist residents maintain a good quality of life.

I toured with [removed name] for my mom. I was very impressed with all the residents. They were engaged, in what they wanted to do. I saw a resident that walked the community. Staff would stop to make sure she was good. My mom also wanders and I find it hard to keep her at home, there just is not enough room. I really could see my mom living here.

My uncle has had excellent care here for over two years. He is very happy and the staff are very kind and attentive. He is more engaged and participates in activities and outings. The personal interaction and care is phenomenal.

I moved to Brookdale Oak Park in [removed date] I lived in my home for over sixty years. The move-in process was good and the service is great. Residents are very nice and staff and housekeeping is great! I am thankful for the transportation for my doctor appointments.

We are so pleased that she adapted to living at Brookdale so easily. It didn't take long till she made friends and they quickly developed their routine. She participates in nearly all the activities. It's a great comfort to us that she's so well taken care of and that she feels at home.
