Brookdale

I was shown a variety of options. Costs were described to my satisfaction. Having had opportunity to volunteer in other facilities, I was pleased to see and here about the services of Brookdale. When I need assisted living services, I will seriously consider your setting.

[name removed] and the staff at Brookdale were AMAZING! It is very obvious that the care of the individual is the top priority! I walked away feeling positive about the potential to place my father in a facility that would care for him like family. I don't know how they do it, but it is impressive!

I spent about 2 1/2 hrs at this place, saw 2 units, ate lunch with the residents and had a very good experience. A place for mom told me in advance that their studio units started at [removed]K a month but in reality they were a little more than double that price.. That was a turn off for me.

It has been a good experience at Brookdale Greenville, we have no problem. They lowered my stress over my mothers care by 1000%.

Clean on inside some areas need cleaned outside or repainted. Staff was friendly. Had a Lunch sample it was good. .The apartments. Layout was not great but similar to other places. Wasted space due to how the bathroom and large sliding door.

Beautiful facility. Residents seemed very happy and the staff were a comfort to me. They listened to my concerns and explained everything to my satisfaction. The menu options were catered to the residents which I thought was a wonderful idea.

Liked everything about this facility. Could see my loved one thriving in that environment. Rooms were a good size and nicely appointed. Common areas would definitely promote Socialization. The area was tucked away but easily accessible. And I definitely liked the security.

My sister has been in two rehab facilities before coming to Brookdale Westerville Assisted Living Yes , there are differences to say for sure My sister now has the correct settings for bi pap machine And is put on correctly each night we're before it was not My sister is thriving and socializing and is happy , is treated with respect and kindness I recommend Brookdale Westerville highly It is a small community with residents that socialize in this environment

5 on all! They are fantastic! My parents really like it there, and what we like the most about the community is all of their staff, the food and the cleanliness. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Chubbuck to other families based on the experience so far.

The location of the facility is convenient. Staff is exceptional and really work to make the resident "feel at home". This is a facility with high standards for its staff.

The staff was the friendliest we found in all of our tours. They were very good at presenting all the features Brookdale had to offer without overwhelming us. They also were also able to show us the exact apt. that was available. Some places were not able to do that which made it hard to envision where our love one would be living. The staff also have followed up immediately when I had questions. They have a lovely facility with great amenities. Brookdale is just the right fit for my loved one.

Very impressed with the facility and staff. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The facility manager and sales manager were great at answering our questions and spent significant time with us explaining the process and what we can expect. Highly recommended!

Everyone has heard that theprime real estate has a great location and so does Brookdale Oak Park! Brookdale is set in downtown Oak Paclose to shops, restaurants bar a .great public library Even more importantly new residents are warmly welcomed And feel included by staff and other residents. There are plenty of activities and services offered and the food choices are numerous and delicious. After three weeks, I know I made the right choice by choosing Brookdale Oak Park.

Everyone has been very helpful with the transition from moving in to getting dad settled in highly recommend it's a great place

I visited Brookdale when searching for a new place for my Father-in-law. He had reached the point that ast living wasn’t enough care for him. Response was very fast and we met about the tour the next day. I was so impressed with the loving kind environment that was displayed to all residents while I was learning about the community and care that’s provided there. They had lunch during my apt time and watched as the staff helped everyone and the residence were talking to each other! Where he was living, the dining room was large and no one talked! So I was immediately impressed with the place. We placed my fil there yesterday and have not been disappointed at all so far. I would highly recommend Brookdale Nacogdoches to all looking for a special place for loved ones needing help living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

What we like the most about the community is their friendly staff -- all of them! The food is good and they learn the residents names quickly as well as the names of their family members.

I have found that everybody that works here, whether they work in the dining room, work as caregivers, or in the management offices like the Executive Director, Sales Manager and Maintenance are lovely and always friendly and helpful! The Chef is wonderful, listens to the residents about what they would like more of and I think the food is exceptionally good!!! I'd rather eat here than go out to eat. In particular, I love the activities that are offered here by the activity manager! She takes so much thought and preparation into everything she puts together for us residents. It is amazing to me. I have really enjoyed living here and meeting new friends. No complaints!

I really have not been able to participate in the activities. For the value for cost is seems about similar to others in area. Everyone has been very welcoming. Names shared repeatedly so I have learned quite a few -- of residents and staff. Also, we heard complimentary comments from community residents. Some had relatives who spent time here. Others had heard of the facility in a positive manner.
