We are very happy with Brookdale staff, food/dining, apartment size and cleanliness, transportation services. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a community for their loved one.

We toured this facility for my mom. The staff, director and residents all genuinely seem happy together. We saw the staff engaging in a genuine caring manner with residents and felt like they truely individualize the care to each resident. Ultimately, we chose another facility but that was strictly due to proximity to me. Had Brookdale Stonefield been closer to me, that was our first choice.

Their great administration and nursing staff are what make this facility what it is.

Pleasant is a word for how I felt. Not pressured, calm and comforting people and facility. It was my first visit to a prospective home for my husband and I did not know what to expect. Tour was very thorough and when I was finished, all the other information on pricing and care ratios, etc were discussed. The facility is extremely clean and residents were free to roam around. Seemed a happy place.

Staff is very caring to all needs of the residents. I would highly recommend Brookdale Kettering.

A 5 on all my mother in law loves everything she's very happy there thank you. What we like the most about the community is that my mother in law loves all the activities available if she wants to do them and just having people around to visit with. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Sunwest Independent Living to other families based on the experience so far.

10 on all. Cheapest of all places I looked. They take me to VA Clinic when I need to go. They take good care of all veterans. I am the Mayor of Brookdale and I get to meet with all the people coming for visit.

My Aunt has been a resident at Brookdale and the experience for both of us has been wonderful. She has just passed away but she felt like she was home and the the staff ([names removed]) loved on her continously like she was family She was always commenting about that and she would radiate her happiness while telling me. Brookdale gave her a few happy years that I wasn't sure we would have. [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond so that she would be able to live out her life at Brookdale. We experienced so much love, care, and concern about her welfare and quality of life. I am forever grateful for the 5 star care she received. I recommend Brookdale 100% for your loved one who needs help with care.

Mom always took care of us throughout our travels around the world. Now age and health has made the once independent woman rely on others for daily tasks. We are delighted we found her a home at Brookdale Dowlen Oaks. The staff takes a genuine interest in keeping her happy and well. When I visit she is always peaceful, her room clean and tidy. I appreciate everyone at Brookdale and would highly recommend making them a part of your elder care team.

We had a lovely tour of the facility. Everyone was very, very upbeat and kept us interested in the facility. We arrived early as we had no idea where it was located. The person who was to show us around was not quite ready for us and so another person began speaking of what they offered until our tour guide arrived. She walked us through the building, which looked brand new, but realized it was about ten years old. Both the residents and the workers were friendly and we were very impressed there. We have just begun looking around for a potential new home, but we were very pleased with Brookdale.

My Dad has already made friends , gained a needed 12 pounds from the delicious food which is available all day and feels at home! Thank you and Place for Mom for helping us find a terrific fit for my Dad.

Brookdale Forest City has been absolutely exceptional. From the start, the team went above and beyond to support our family and ensure a smooth transition for my mom from another Brookdale community in OK. What could have been stressful was handled seamlessly, with professionalism, compassion, and constant communication. We were truly blown away when we saw her new apartment. They completely renovated the space, thoughtfully preparing it so she felt comfortable and at home right away. That level of care made all the difference in her transition. The staff is amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents. Every interaction feels warm and personal. The building is beautiful, welcoming, and impeccably maintained. This experience has exceeded every expectation. We honestly joke that we all want to move into Brookdale Forest City ourselves. If you’re looking for a senior living community that treats residents like family and goes the extra mile, this is the place!

We've recommended Brookdale to another family and after their tour, they decided to relocate their elderly parents from their previous assisted living to Brookdale. The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. [name removed] the sales manager was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Because of my dad's needs, she suggested an apartment close to the elevator which was the perfect location. The apartment was renovated before my dad moved in and looked brand new. When I mentioned getting a hospital bed, [name removed] offered us one to use.[name removed], the Executive Director, helped me navigate getting my dad from rehab to Brookdale. [name removed] , the Maintenance Director, is always willing to help and made me feel comfortable asking for help. [name removed] , the Director of Business, is quick to return my questions and answer my calls. Alimamy Conteh, Health & Wellness Coordinator, always listens to my concerns about my dad's health. [name removed] and [name removed] , Concierges, welcome every visitor with a warm greeting. There's also the lovely caregivers who check on the residents and help them with their daily needs. Not only does Brookdale care for the residents individually, it also works to build community. Their Thanksgiving and Christmas family events are just 2 of many activities they do to make everyone feel like they are a part of a family community. We have been very happy with our decision to move our dad to Brookdale.

I think the community fees were a surprise to me. I didn't know what that was until I enrolled my mom. The food was too bland. My mom likes savory food so some people might find bland good.They need more off campus activities. My mom is still very active. the location and cost are great.

This was my area of choice, especialy for the location, which is close to UCI and shopping. This facility was very nice and the staff were friendly. Residents appeared to be very comfortable in the large building. After viewing a 1 bedroom apartment, I realize that I am not quite ready for this type of accommodation.

Go to place to help find quality care. I would recommend to others.
