Caring, honest and a very clean facility that's operated extremely professionally and well

The meals are not diabetic friendly. However, what we like the most about the community is their friendly environment with an open door policy. Facility has a homey feeling, the residents seem to be happy and involved in the activities.

Trinity Towers Corpus Christi, has a lot to offer. Staff seemed engaged and kind. Beautiful environment. Loved the pool. Needs a lifeguard and swim classes. Beautiful dining areas. Great views from the independent living building.

We find this community to be the next best thing to home, and my aunt is doing well overall. She's happy here, which means a great deal to our family. The only area that could use some improvement is the dining experience, as it can feel a bit rushed at times and occasionally requires multiple interactions to place an order. Additionally, while we have noticed some administrative staff turnover, we are hopeful that the high level of care will continue without interruption. Overall, we truly appreciate the support and care she receives.

The help & support were amazing. I had no idea that this is what a place for mom was. I've told people about it since then thank you very much for the help you gave and I know I'll be calling you soon for more help..

The staff is loving and caring and really seem to like being there and helping the residents. It is always clean and no smells. The room is smaller than she has but very adequate for her needs. I have not tasted the food yet but it looks and smells delicious.

Facility is beautiful. Very bright and exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly. I was checking the facility for memory care for a relative and I like how the memory care is in its own wing of the facility. They have their own dining area, areas where they can go outside but not leave the facility, it's very secure. Lots of activities for the residents to do to keep their mind occupied. The rooms are a good size, I particularly like the studio for the person I was checking the facility out for. The bathroom is huge and has the walk-in showers and lots of safety bars. I was just very very impressed by the facility overall. Do not have one negative comment to make. Overall a 10++ on a rating scale. The staff in the memory care was very friendly. I love how each resident has their picture on the door and a memory box to put their memories outside their door. A very friendly, healthy atmosphere and a wonderful staff.

The support staff were very kind and checked on us as appropriate. My spouse is virtually deaf which can be confusing to others since there is not a visual alert that he needs to respond to questions or, most importantly, that a stranger had entered the room. They were very patient with him and respectful. The backup coffee bar was a great spot to find a little extra to the dining room. He would not leave our room so the meal service was very important to him and the cookies were a pleasure to him on many mid-mornings.

This place is older, rooms are smaller , there is a definite odor in the building . However: the staff were lovely, one of my best friends is the new director , and I know the staff has good longevity at this building , those are important things . Not sure how stepmother would react to the small size of rooms and age of building.

My tour was very informative. Lots of things to do at the facility as well as transportation to stores, doctors appointments and church services as needed. Dining options are plentiful, with restaurant style seating and options. Apartments are nice, though studio rooms are a little small.

Love the 3 meals a day included. Also housekeeping and laundry and making bed once a week. Transportation is also included. There are lots of activities included. A nurse is on duty 24/7. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable

After having a horrific experience at another memory care facility, I thoroughly researched many other facilities to place my mother-in-law in. I’m confident that we are making the right choice by going with Brookdale.

Pleasant neighborhood location in Circle C. Smaller scale than many (about 75 total residents) Memory care residents and A.L.. residents may both participate in all activities. M.C. are accompanied to activities. Pleasant main courtyard reminiscent of a back yard. MC. courtyard has more of a back patio feel than a yard. Warm staff wants residents to feel fully at home and encourages socializing and spending days in common areas. Saw exercise class (tai chi) and therapy dog visit.

[name removed] is wonderful, very informative & helpful, she was so nice to bring lunch to my friend [name removed] & I which was better for getting info communicated to him. She has been patient with him in providing answers to all of his many questions.

My aunt and I were blown away by the experience at Brookdale Heritage Plaza. [name removed] and staff were warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, it was meticulously clean, and most importantly the residents were genuinely happy and welcoming. They immediately invited my aunt to join their puzzle and pinochle teams, invited her on outings, but didn’t make her feel pushed. They sat and listened to her talk about her concerns and addressed each one in a thoughtful way. She lights up anytime we discuss her plans, so we went ahead and put her deposit in later that week. She is excited to move, even though it is a new town. I haven’t seen her light up like this in a long time.

From the initial conversation with [name removed] to walking in and being greeted at the door, we felt confident this would be a place for mom! Everyone has been so nice! Mom got to participate in an exercise class and was offered a snack, while visiting! We reserved a room with a beautiful view! We think she will love it here!

We recently toured Brookdale for our brother who was recovering from a stroke. It was an excellent experience start to finish. It is extremely well maintained and very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and especially [name removed] who spent a lot of time answering our questions and showing us the facility. Although it was not our brother’s choice, we are keeping it in mind for our mom who is considered a move. We highly recommend!

The Solana Vintage Park has been an answer to prayer for me and my 91 year-old mother. They have helped her recuperate from an illness that resulted in hospitalization and she is meeting people and enjoying the many activities offered. She has wonderful things to say about the care team and feeld safe here.

Had an interview and found the place to place my wife in, they help you thru all that is needed and I thank them for having me. Today I move her in and she is happy with all they have to offer her, food, living area.
