Brookdale

Facility-Older and in need of an update (paint, etc). Staff- helpful and deep in experience in terms of years of service. Lots of floor plans and options on amenities.

My Mom is very happy at Brookdale Collin Oaks. Take the parent with you to the community appointment visits so they will feel some control of where they will live and if they like the staff, residents, community, their apartment and the activities. My Mom is finally happy because we did this

Awesome staff. The battle with bed bugs has been a deal. Not their fault, but it has taken a very long time and we are hopeful it is now under control. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale. Regardless, of this hiccup, which they are working on, we do believe the people and program are great.

Brookdale is an excellent facility, staffed by caring professionals and my Mother-in-law was very content there. She loved all the staff who interacted with her in any capacity. I would highly recommend Brookdale to anyone needing professional dementia care for a loved one. The facility is attractive and clean and the food is amazing! Highly recommend.

Well my friend loves the Brookdale Senior living place, raves about the meals and is making new friends and started a karaoke Friday night. She loves her space as well..it is a bit expensive.

my wife has been with brookdale for 2 years and has benefited from the memory care unit. Excellent care and wonderful staff. the memory care program coordinator is great with all residents and keeps them engaged.

So far, so good - maybe a little expensive. They are good people. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Everything was great! Very nice community and freindly staff. was very happy with my tour. The building was nice and the community was clean. tour was great. came in to the community and was greeted at the front desk. received a gift from the Sales manager and a brochure to keep when we left. Apartments were nice and looked at multiple apartments

I love it. Friendly, clean, everyone knows your name, plenty of activity. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend to others.

At this point I give my experience a 5. All of my contact with Brookdale staff from the initial meeting to moving in and since has been positive. Everyone is knowledgeable - or if not, they know who to contact. The facility is very nice and comfortable. The staff are helpful, courteous, and very friendly and welcoming. I am getting settled in and I have been assisted with getting around and meeting the staff as well as other residents. My apartment is a good size, was ready and set up as requested when I moved in. There are plenty of activities - I've only had time for a few but will do more. The meals are pleasant, nourishing, and generally tasty.

Everyone at Brookdale Fairdale has been so kind and helpful throughout the process of moving. They go above and beyond to be sure everything is taken care of!

Everything is beautiful and clean and the staff is always great. My dad is living here and is really liking it. The grounds are just so nice and inviting.

Lot of time taken with me to make sure that I had all the information needed. Friendly staff always busy helping resident. Great atmosphere.

They were very helpful while we transitioned our mom. This was a very hard time mentally and financially and [name removed] made it easy for us as daughters. We feel this is a great step for our mom and look forward to our mom adjusting to her new home.

[name removed] was amazing. I could not ask for a better tour. One thing that really stood out was she was never rushed or made me feel rushed on time. So through and patient with all the other residents. The dining lady took her time explaining everything as well.

Everything is a five. My mom really likes it there and is very happy. Do not have any complaints at all. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families and I already have. My neighbor is going to be checking it out for her mom.

Overall experience with Brookdale Pinnacle has been a 5 thus far. Staff are pleasant, sincere and caring. At less than a month in, I would recommend them to others looking.
