Brookdale Tyler East genuinely prioritizes the well-being of its residents. Brittany Rote, the Health and Wellness Director, demonstrates exceptional compassion and professionalism in meeting the needs of my mother. The staff provides exceptional care to my mother as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Brookdale Tyler East for your loved one’s health and happiness.

I sneek in without an appointment and they were happy to give me one. I’m really bad with names but she was Super helpful and gave me a couple of things to check on to help me. It is a smaller place than Brookdale Lake Sides. I do like the inside garden area. Everything is locked down and no one can can get hurt by taking off. Which I do like do to what I went through with my grandmother. There are many plus sides to the other Brookdale and here but there always there. Don’t hesitate to visit.

[name removed] was wonderful showing this location. It might be a place I transfer my mom to. This location was well decorated and the set up is nice. Thank You for the tour.

I have worked with this community for several years, my experience has been extremely positive. Friendly staff, clean environment, and more importantly residents are cared for.

It is clean, quiet, and attractive. The room is rather small, but adequate. The people who work there seem friendly and competent. It looks like a nice place to live.

5 on ALL categories. Brookdale in Destin is a Very Nice place. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is clean & inviting and the food smelled yummy. The residents seem happy and there's plenty of activities for your loved one!! The rooms are laid out well with many different layouts to choose from. --- I would advise those who are thinking about an assisted living to keep in mind your loved one's mobility issues. The dining room is a bit of a long walk, especially for those who are declining in mobility. Keep that in mind when helping them make a decision. Every detail matters.

[name removed] was great, the facility was very nice. We do not have a dementia or Alzheimer’s diagnosis yet. My husband’s health is questionable right now.

I recently toured Brookdale University Park. The grounds and facility were very nice. [name removed] did a great job explaining everything and answering all my questions. It was a great tour and I really liked their facility!

I tell any families about the wonderful, caring staff at Brookdale Hamilton. From the first meeting and tour, the family is treating with care and dignity. My clients have had a great experience with the team.

[name removed] did a great job giving us all the time and info we needed. She arranged a visit to an apartment and explained everything thoroughly. It was not what we are looking for, but it had everything someone in a different situation would want.

Excellent facility with warm common areas. Rooms are spacious and very well designed. Food was very good and social offerings were plentiful. Only concern was there is independent living, but no onsite assisted living or memory care. Planning for the future and don’t want to make more moves.

The Sales manager gave me a very good tour of Brookdale. She answered my questions & gave me a lot of information as well as a packet to take home. It is a smaller facility and has an informal atmosphere. Although it is an older facility, it seems to be well maintained. There is not a lot of variety in the size of the apartments. None of the residents' closets appear to be walk-in size. Their courtyard is very inviting.

Talked to [name removed] about visit. Nice tour, liked facility. I do feel the building needs brightening in the halls and paint. Apartments I saw were nice and spacious.

My first impression of Brookdale was that of welcoming, comfortable and had a very pleasant atmosphere.

Clean facilities. They take excellent care of mom. I highly recommend Brookdale Brownscreek. Great staff, fun activities.

Brookdale Shreveport is a very nice facility. It is clean. No urine smell in the Memory Care unit. It has a lot of ambient light and very homey. The facility is not as new as some I visited so I am giving it a little lower score just on that fact. The staff all seemed genuinely engaged with the residents and welcoming to me and my sister. It is also close to my mother's doctors and preferred hospital. We had a lengthy visit with no indication that anyone preferred we speed the visit up.

The apartment needs to be renovated but they are willing to do it and now I need a price.

After visiting with [name removed] we are very comfortable with our decision to move my mother into Brookdale Spring Shadows. She was very thoughtful and answered our questions in addition to asking some hard questions of us. Brookdale is 5 minutes from our home so we’ll be able to visit mom as often as we like. I am very happy with the level of socialization and physical therapy that will be available to my Mother. We will start the move in process shortly and look forward to providing a new healthy environment for my mother.

The lady who met with us was friendly and professional. She was courteous and informative. She answered all of our questions. In the guided tour of the facility we found the residents happy and contented. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff we met were friendly as well. It appears to be a nice place to live.

My mother was at Brookdale Solana for many years. She loved it there, so when her dementia raised it's ugly head my brother & I found Claire Bridge at Brookdale Champions for her. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Several precautions in place to keep the residents from wondering. There was a huge window in mom's room so she could look outside and Brookdale even had a nice yard area for the residents to sit or walk. [name removed] is the Program Director, we found her to be understanding of all the residents. I was happy to see how well [name removed] and all her staff interacted with the residents. The staff was so caring and concerned for the residents. Brookdale kept my brother and I informed of mom's state of mind and her physical condition at all times. Mom made some good friends at Brookdale both staff and residents. [name removed] let us know when it appeared mom's final days were upon us. I'm so thankful for the caring that the Brookdale staff gave my mother.
