Brookdale

This facility is very nice, they have a lot of activities for residents and do field trips frequently. The grounds are well kept. The food is good. Nice-sized rooms. The staff is very caring. My mother really likes living there and expresses gratitude every time i see her.

The staff was great. From management to the cleaning crew. Management even went the extra mile and visited my Uncle when he went into the hospital.

Stayed with my family through communication until we found a place and they have frequently checked with us to make sure we are completely satisfied with our choice. From the first day I called to get help for mom, the process was made so easy because the homes we were given to checkout had already been screened for their excellence and all the work with helping make an appointment with the selected home was assisted by a place for mom.

It is clean, with no smells of urine. Staff is friendly. My only "complaint" is that it a little more expensive than other places. With that being said you do tend to get what you pay for. They have water, and lemonade, or something similar available by the nurses station every day and they are offered a morning and afternoon snack.

I am a crafty person. There are plenty of things to do here. I loved the activity department and so did my husband when I worked there.

My mom lived alone for years and recently we felt like she wasn’t enjoying life very much. I looked at several different places and decided on Brookdale. I’m so glad I did! She now has best friends she does things with every day! And she loves the food

Have fallen 3 times. The was very repsonsive and helpful.

My father is now a resident at Brookdale Shadowlake. It was a very hard decision to go to assisted living, however it was the only option. The staff really care about the residents and truly get to know them. The facility is clean with many activities available. I never would have thought my very independent dad would settle into assisted living , but he is actually thriving. I have also made new friends with the staff too. They have made a difficult part of life much less stressful. Highly recommend Brookdale.

I recently toured Brookdale Coeur d'alene looking for placement for my brother. I felt welcomed and was given an extensive tour and all my questions answered about care plans and made me feel at ease. I truly am very confident in this choice for a home for my brother!

I'd like to thank the staff and management of Brookdale for facilitating a special lunch for a group of guys that have spent a lot of time together riding motorcycles. One of those guys is a resident of Brookdale and observing their attentiveness to the residents gives us confidence that he is definitely in the right place for his care. Once again, thank you. You gave us a good day.

Brookdale Monroe Square is so warm and welcoming, with cheerful and capable caregivers and staff. I’m enjoying my meals and especially my showers - something I’ve not been able to do for myself for a long time. My room is bright and airy with plenty of space for my belongings. I can relax here and feel so safe! Thank you to all the people who work so hard to make this a happy experience.

My mother enjoyed her time in independent living at Brookdale Westlake Village. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful, including billing, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk staff. The food was usually excellent and there are many quality activities to choose from. There is a warm and familial feeling throughout the Brookdale Village independent living. We also appreciate the flexibility of the supportive Brookdale At Home staff who were imperative In keeping my mother living independently. I highly recommend it.

The Brookdale facility staff us is extremely helpful and nice. The facility it safe is clean and maintained. They have many activities for the residents. Like aerobics, board games, Dancing and different activities. The is decent, they a couple options for every meal. And the room sizes are nice.

The staff is excellent! The communicate often, are quick to respond, seem very attentive to my Mom and genuinely seem to care.

My dad has been living here for a few years now. Recently he wanted to join a lunch outing, but I hadn't been by to bring him cash yet.[Name Removed] the Executive Director, paid for his lunch. When I reached out to settle up she simply said it was her pleasure. Before moving here dad's social life was mostly just as a passenger to my social life. I'm so glad to see that he's made friends with people his age, and has a community of people to go out to lunch with, or to cheer on all his favorite Seattle sports teams with (he never misses a game).

Everyone was very hospitable. My friend and I were there for Taco Tuesday and met 2 enjoyable ladies. We took a tour around the facility and my friend thought it was very clean and had friendly people everywhere. I had previously taken the tour with [name removed].

Very well presented questions were answered. The visual tour showed beautiful grounds a lot of activity. I can’t wait to come do a game in person.

It's been a great experience for my mother-in-law. Everyone is so kind and friendly and there are so many activities to keep her busy. The apartment is the perfect size and everything is kept clean. The staff is very responsive and helpful.
