Brookdale

Brookdale is a wonderful home for your loved one. All of the staff/aides/nurses/caregivers care so much and it shows. My disabled son with Alzheimer’s moved to Brookdale a month ago. He loves it. He could not get better care. We are all so thankful for everyone at Brookdale.

My key contact was amazing. The facility is nice. I am looking more for a senior living community with a different feel. I am looking for in room bathing as my mom is a private person. Finally I am seeking more recreational activities and outings as my mom is still active.

I really liked the facility and the people but I needed more of a form price since this is for my aunt and funds were low. They did what they could.

Everything was excellent in this facility. After touring Sodalis Windcrest, which was closer to my house, I decided on [community name removed]. The studio room had a better layout which made them look more spacious. The cost was significantly less than Brookdale. Overall, I was happy with Brookdale but [community name removed] was a better fit.

Love it all, only one thing that I didn’t care for was the wardrobe instead of a full size closet. Staff were all wonderful.

All the staff works hard to help the residents feel safe and cared about. It is the culture from the top down.

All 5's except the care services. I'd rate this at a 4 do to a few things not handled properly. For me, the staff, all the staff go above and beyond! The place is beautiful. As for improvement, there was a big lack of communication of medical information between emergency medical and hospitalization.

The staff was amazing! The cleanliness of Brookdale is the best I have seen. The residents were all engaged in the many activities they provided and had a wide range of activities for all interests. The apartments were spacious and amazing. Brookdale in Florence is top notch and I would recommend this place.

5 except for the value. I don't realize they didn't work with the money when my dad was going to run out. That's why we moved to [community name removed]. They were willing to work with what dad brought in from his pension and sos and when I finally get the stupid VA crap going. I'm waiting on the the doctor that visited him to sign the papers. It's been a struggle. She said she doesn't do it in person to email it there. The lady from [community name removed] was like what! She was there in person. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale to other families.

My mom is 92 y.o. and ?????? it at Brookdale Pinecastle, Chamberlain in Ocala!!! Great meals, loved bingo & Piano most,([Name Removed], activity lady was great) The residents were so wonderful to her. She misses her "neighbors, [Name Removed] & [Name Removed] on the 2nd floor. Her favorite person was [Name Removed] at the desk. She will be back. Only complaint is billing department.??

The folks that I have interacted with are nothing short of amazing. My wife is a retired nurse and I can say from experience, it takes a special kind of person to help care for individuals with disabilities. At any level.

I would rate Brookdale a 5 My father on the hand was very unhappy. He loved the food and the staff. The problem was add on 's . He is very needed and there was a fee for everything he requested. The set fee was payable but with additions the cost was almost double. He went to ER several times in Texarkana and we had to come from Atlanta very late at night to return him . This was very stressful for my sister and I. He wouldn't look for any meds required help from staff . The cleaning staff was phenomenal and everyone was so nice , polite and professional. The maintenance man did so much for us above what was required.

The standout is the efficiency. I would recommend. Everyone here is aware of everything going on - all events, etc. Very unusual situation. Unique.

I would give Brookdale Tramway Ridge a 5 rating on each; 1 through 8. My mother isn't the easiest customer at 99, but she enjoys the food and staff. Her room is clean and comfortable and we're able to afford it. Yes, I would recommend this community to others and I actually already have. Thank your organization for making the connection.

I would rate everything as a 5 with the exception of number 4- the quality of care. And I do have comments that go with that. I am a nurse so I see things others do not. [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] have been wonderful when I see something is not occurring and should be or something that could benefit the overall health of the residents. They immediately start on providing reeducation to their tech staff and help them to learn better ways to care for dementia residents without them realizing you are assisting them. I could not ask for a better place to have my mother, I know that they we make sure she is being taken care of. The longer my mother is at Brookdale Roseville the higher the rating of quality of care goes up. [name removed] is 5+

5 on all the above. My mother passed away last May, but during her time there it was wonderful. The residents were extremely nice, the staff was wonderful and caring and the food was pretty good and a nice variety .

The facility was very nice. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially during this challenging time.

Seems quite homey. Dogs in the main room were pleasing. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely outdoor courtyard with grill.
