Great staff that has helped with my mother's transition to assisted living from living independently. The services provided (food, medical and mental support) and the regular visitation of staff to check on mom.

Very satisfied with the care my mother is been receiving at Solana Vintage. The staff is very caring, considerate, and responsive. management accommodated our needs with a temporary apartment until the permanent apartment was ready. Military/veterans discount helped with choosing Solana. My mother praises the food served. Staff always available to assist and ask about going to the dining room. There is daily exercise classes included, which are great.

The facility was light, bright, and well maintained. Residents were happy & engaged with each other. Staff was positively engaged assisting residents, and happy to answer questions I had. Community and activity areas were plentiful and well placed. My representative from Marketing & Sales [Name Removed] was very knowledgeable and followed up on my status and open questions.

I have recommended Brookdale to friends and they are moving in next month! I'm happy they are well taken care of. They have an alert button they wear and have used it multiple times. Always a quick response and very caring response. Very friendly, caring staff to both residents and visitors. Manager is always willing to talk and tries to meet specific needs if possible. Nursing is very helpful. First impression - very friendly. Nice small place. All on one floor

The place was clean and orderly. The residents looked happy. [Name Removed] was very helpful and gave us a tour of the place. I liked that they had the residents best interests at heart. They added activities and meals that interests them.

My sister moved in Brookdale while I was in Rehab as doctors told me I could no longer climb stairs that was in my previous apartment. She arranged my “new” place as I would have done. Everything fit perfectly for every room. When I came home for a visit, I felt comfortable with how it was arranged. The meals fit in my diet as I am a dialysis patient. I met a number of people who welcomed me as if I already lived there. I like many of their social events and charities they support. I also liked playing bingo which I had not done since childhood. I also shopping trips & outing to lunch on Thursdays. I worried about no longer driving & they had the answer for that, a bus for appointments. I loved loving here & I made many friends. I crochet & join other guests around the fireplace. My sister was concerned about whether I would love it & I thank God, she found my home & I LOVE IT!

Was Treated Real Good when i walked in [name removed] gave me the tour of everything, but its just too close to each other. Don't get me wrong its a nice place but just not for me. Thank You

This place was beautiful and so clean. The director was so personable and shared so much helpful information. Highly recommend!

I’m putting my friend in there as if this week. I really do like this place and they seem like they will take good care of her and give her the medical attention she needs with assisting with her meds and giving them to her on time.

A very pleasant environment with positive care givers, observed. Clean, and dining room tables each had fresh flowers.

My sister was here for eight years, dementia was the villain,. The staff didn’t just “do their jobs” — they loved her. They knew her personality, her routines, and how to comfort her on hard days. I never felt like she was just another resident. She was part of their family. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be truly cared for, not just housed, Brookdale is it.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Residents seemed happy and engaged. Light and bright open area after entryway. Furniture felt a little dated, but they are replacing some of it slowly. Studio apartments were on the smaller size and not sure we could financially do a one bedroom after adding daily care; however I do like that the add on services are ala carte versus one flat fee for a number of services that one may not need. Would've liked to have seen more fresh food being served in cafeteria, but realize that's a tough ask. Small pets are welcome as long as resident arranges for dog walking/taking out--that is a plus for us as my mom's dog is her favorite child :) Wide range of activities for residents to choose from. Location is quite nice and is a quiet area.

We spoke with Georgia from A Place For Mom and Chris at Brookdale Auburn. They were both fabulous! We felt stuck and they were able to help us immediately! We met with Chris on a Thursday and moved Dad into Auburn Brookdale on Saturday. The staff food activities everything about Brookdale Auburn is phenomenal! Dad is really enjoying all of the activities, the food and all the people have been so nice and very welcoming to him. I would highly recommend it to anyone in this situation.

We had a great couple of visits. Unfortunately, inpatient hospice was needed. We would have chosen Brookdale had things not turned this way.

It was definitely a five so helpful of explaining all things we knew nothing about as far as putting mom and dad in an assisted living place. Definitely call a place for Mom before you do anything

My sister-in-law currently live at Brookdale Farmington Hills North, and our family is vry grateful for the care she receives. She has dementia. The staff is very nice and knows my SIL. Seeing her well cared for and treated with respect mean a lot.
