Brookdale

After a quick but informed intake of my aunt at the facility, they take great care of her needs going above and beyond. They communicate and keep us informed. Highly recommend Brookdale to everyone.

Mom has been a resident here for about 18 months now. We're very happy with brookdale lewisville. The staff and managements are very helpful and responsive anytime we have questions or conerns. I'm very thankful that mom is here.

I would rate them 5 for everything. So far we have been very pleased with the facilities. The staff is very helpful. The residents seem very happy.

Brookdale is a very nice place. It has friendly people working there. The rooms are nice and are large enough for someone to stay in comfortably. We are considering Brookdale for my father-in-law. We still have a couple more places to look at, but Brookdale is one we are considering so far.

Everyone here is so friendly. Our Executive Director is top notch. A nurse herself previously and her willingness to help the residents is touching, an open door policy, which is completely different from the three prior Executive Directors, in the over six years I have been here. The rest of the staff is great, too. Some have been here over twenty years. I was very ill when I came here six years ago. After six months, I was like a new person. Even though I could live independently then, I wanted to stay here. That says a lot for this place.

I have lived in this community for four years and love the staff and residents. Many now feel like family to me. I was recently in the hospital and a get well sign was made and signed by friends. Made me feel loved and missed. So Come join us! Lots of fun activities and we gather to watch football and baseball, cheering from the living room. More fun than watching alone!

Nurses and helpers are very good at what they do, and they always seem upbeat and positive.

Crypto Jones farm always serves good food. The staff do a wonderful job of taking care of me on a daily basis and would highly recommend them. I feel I am treated well. Dale Jones Farm has good services great food and overall my experience has been wonderful.

Unlike an inviting. Everyone treats me like family. Trade Brookdale for anything. This is home to me My overall experience is a five star. Everyone is friendly great care services and great value for the cost .

The staff person who helped with the admission went above and beyond to assist us. I was having trouble getting any orders from Mom's doctors to help with the admission paperwork. The admissions director actually physically went to my Mom's PCP's office and got the paperwork signed. I think that my family and I had a better understanding of what to expect this time, so that helped. And, as before, the staff was kind and patient with my Mom.

Everybody seems to give 100%. Rooms are more than large enough. Every time I have seen dinner it looked like a high class restaurant.

I've been a resident here At Brookdale Jones farm for 1.5 years in assisted living. I love all the games and planned activities and fun events. A lot of new friends here. I am extremely satisfied with how friendly everyone is and the staff.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is very good. They needed new carpet, but tried to keep it clean. They always had many activities planned, weekly lunch adventures. They really try to give their tenants a feel of home away from home. They did seem to be always be short of employees. I did not meet anyone that didn't like there. They were concerned about the price and they did raise my brother's rent only after being there 3 months. I felt that my brother was safe, fed, and had good socialization when he felt up to it.

My mother only lived 5 days after moving in. I thought they were great, as did my father. The staff was great.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They offer many activities for patients, the food is good and my mom is happy!!!

My married cousins were in need of assisted living. Having retired from Brookdale Forest City in 2018, this community was my first choice. The current team is very professional and made the transition from home a very pleasant experience. The building is beautifully maintained, and the food quite good. Most important to me is the smiling faces of happy, well care for residents. A testament to the associates who care for them!!

Moving to Brookdale and giving up my home was a change that seemed difficult at first. However, as the weeks have passed, I feel more and more "at home". The staff and residents have given me a warm welcome and not a day goes by that I do not meet someone who becomes an added joy to know. The activities that are planned for residents add to my enjoyment and help me stay busy and stimulated. This safe environment creates a true home for me.
