Brookdale

My dad moved into Brookdale in poor condition from another local assisted living. The director, at Brookdale, assured me that our former experiences would not be our experience at Brookdale. I can testify that the two places are not even comparable. Brookdale has exceeded my expectations on the quality of care that they give to my dad. The staff at Brookdale quickly embraced him like he was family, and immediately implemented a care plan that improved his quality of life & dignity. It is obvious that the staff love the residents and enjoy working there. My dad is now finally getting quality care and attention that he deserves . His room is always clean, his laundry done, and the meals look like home cooked meals. I can not say enough great things about our experience so far. When I leave my dad after a visit I feel fully confident that he is very well taken care of by the staff at Brookdale. I am so thankful I moved my dad into this wonderful assisted living facility.

We took my aunt to look around at Brookdale. She knew some of the residents already, which was really nice! She had a good visit and she picked out an apartment. We will be moving her in in a few weeks. It is a very comfortable and clean place. We're excited for her!

My sister and I toured Brookdale last week. The residents are amazing. They made us feel so welcome. My mom is in the hospital, but when she gets out we will be showing her a few places. Brookdale would be my choice!

Everyone was very accommodating And friendly. They really worked with us getting her room ready for her needs. They also communicated with us regularly during her stay.

I went to Brookdale to visit a friend that moved in a month ago. She really enjoys Brookdale. She was at another facility but didn’t like it at all. She’s trying to talk us in to moving there, but the thought of moving is awful! We’re thinking about it.

The location is excellent, close to large shopping centers, but very quiet. The grounds are lovely and the apartments are very nice. The staff are wonderful - caring and helpful. The food is really good, and there are many amazing activities arranged for the residents. I am very happy with our choice.

Our experience with Brookdale was great for what short interaction we had with them. My grandfather passed away 2.5 weeks after we moved him there. They were great and accommodating through the whole experience.

I toured with my grandma! She had the best time. We ate lunch there with a few ladies! They gave us a lot of input. My grandma says she doesn’t want to tour anywhere else! So excited she found her new home!

Great caring staff, clean community, huge 1 bedroom apt - best value in DFW. Food isn't a 5 star experience, but it's decent and the residents have variety. All residents that I've met are genuinely happy here. Decent amount of activities and outings are offered, and new residents are guided to dining, activities, not just left on their own with no clue about what to do. Bringing Mom here was a no brainier - she loves it here!

We are paying the highest amount you can pay but my mom gets a lot of attention. What we like the most about the community is that the staff - both the nurses and the administrative staff. They seem to genuinely care. We love that there are a LOT of activities.

5 for all. My mom loves Brookdale. She is so much more active now but doesn't feel forced into anything. Their food is amazing. Tons of activities. Staff is wonderful and feels like a small family. We are thrilled with our choice.

The tour was very informative with insight into all areas of the facility. Person giving tour was very knowledgeable. She gave us a good "picture" of what it is like to live there. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Brookdale has been a wonderful place for Bud. He has been receiving excellent care while at Brookdale.

Mom moved in Feb and I am so glad that she is here. She is well cared for and I am extremely happy with our choice to move here.

It’s such a good place for me to live! Safe, friendly. Helpful. The food is amazing, like a fine dining restaurant every night! The staff really cares & is good at what they do! Great choice, I couldn't be happier here!

Mother is very well taken care of. She has been a resident of Brookdale Senior Living in Broken Arrow,OK for 10 months. She enjoys the activities and outings. The care givers are very special people with a very open and giving heart. They treat mom as if she was there mother. We appreciate all they do for her. They provide great service with a smile.

The daughter or not one but two residents at Brookdale Broken Arrow, Ok, I could not have survived the last five years without the warmth, caring, truly amazing staff and administration at Brookdale. No matter the issue, no matter the fear, the heartbreak of caring for our elderly Mom and Dad, at every level, Brookdale support us and our parents in the utmost professional way. But more than that we felt our parents were truly loved at a time when they needed far more than we could offer. A true peace of mind ..

I would recommend. When I was looking for a place and visiting the director and sales manager were extremely friendly and expressed their interest in helping my mom get better and have a better life. I feel they have been have done what they promised. My mom has a a difficult time adjusting to the new place. The director raved about how good the food is but my mom is not as enthusiastic about it.
