Brookdale

My grandmother currently lives here and my grandfather lived here until he passed away. The staff here is very helpful, concentrating on residents needs. Everyone here works together to help with any issues that may arise. My family has come here for several years to visit and participate with family activities. We always have so much fun!!

Brookdale meets all my needs the staff the greatest . They are all so helpful and caring. I consider all the residents my family! I am happy here!

I was very impressed by the staff and the attention given to keeping memory care residents involved in life. The residents appear to have many opportunities to remain engaged and feel like part of a community.

The staff is terrific… Very caring and very attentive and very friendly. The property sits on a beautiful lake and the backyard area is a beautiful place to walk a dog or relax by the lake - meals have a variety of choices every day.

I have been a resident for over. Moved here from my home of many years. I was pleased to know that a long time friend/family and have been super excited. Housekeeping has been acceptable. I do wish that the housekeepers had their own washer and dryer. Maintenance has also been acceptable.

All 5s. What we like the most about the community is the water and we like the people there. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Club Hill community to other families based on the experience so far.

I’ve recently moved into Brookdale West University. I’m still in the process of going between my home near by. I have really enjoyed the dining services. The food is really good especially the breakfast. Maintenance has been quick to assist me with all my requests. I would recommend Brookdale to others.

I am very happy living at Brookdale. I enjoy my time with friends and doing activities. The staff is very helping and kind!

We were recently given a guided tour, and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. This is the top of our choices right now. We will be looking at other facilities and making a choice soon.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, and a very great sense of community overall. I would recommend . Absolutely! The only thing I would add is to say that the team at Brookdale Lake fair is is very accommodating for all residents needs.

They have a strong Catholic community which is very important to my Mom. Weekly Mass and rosary and even holy day services at the facility Weekly housekeeping n linen service 3 meals a day with good food and great staff Onsite, weekly Nurse practitioner visits Onsite PT n OT Nice as her primary to not have to constantly take her out for things like PT n OT The alert pendant is great as she can get help fast and then determine if ambulance is needed. Commercial pendants would automatically send EMS The facility only having two floors was a big plus. I was able to get her a ground floor room with a patio so she has a nice outdoor space

We were warmly welcomed by [removed name] for our tour. She was thorough with sharing information and helping us understand how things worked. We also felt that she was up front and honest about services at the facility. We appreciated her during this uncertain planning time for my mother.

First, [removed name] is wonderful, she tried so hard to make a move there and subsequent rent affordable. 1. I became disabled at 47 years old, thought I had 20+ years to save and add to my 401k. But I didn't, znd that money was spent waiting on social security approval. After 2 denials, I hired lawyers and was approved in about 4 months. Then spent more money on medical bills for 2 years (the wait for medicare). My point, I don't have funds for a community fee. They offered to split it into 2 payments 2 weeks apart, offered to reduce the rent a little. Wells Fargo would have loaned me the community fee, but loans have to be repaid. 2. I asked about yearly rent increases. 7 to 10%%%? So basically, you have to be well off financially to live in z senior living facility. While my social security check is fairly high, it is not enough. The community is beautiful, well tended, the residents appear to be very happy. So I wish I could have been a resident. Just didn't work out.
