Bonaventure

My friend is making very slow progress being here but slow is better than none. She is getting good care here and she is happy. She is doing a little socializing with the other residents but she has lots of company that comes to visit with her. She seems to like the food. They have different activities and events going on such as a therapy dog comes and visits the residents and they have live music on Fridays. The community has an outside courtyard with a sitting area that we can bring my cat and my friend can watch it play while being secured.

My husband was only at this community for a short stay while I went out of town and everything went really well for him. The staff where very attentive to his needs and made sure to accommodate his needs to the best of there ability. He had no complaints about the meals they served and enjoyed the activities they had throughout the day. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints of the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where friendly and had a lot of great information to offer my loved one and I. The facility was very clean and had a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. Overall everything was really great it was just out of my dads budget.

Good tour, beautiful facility. For us a bit small for the price. New and up to date and larger bathrooms. Would like a pool, didn't see one.All in all nice place and would consider it.

My parents have been there 2 weeks now. Staff super helpful, maintenance helpful, building clean and while not luxurious very homey and nice. I would definitely recommend a walk through to see if you think your "old people" would enjoy this space.

This is a great contender in our search for a place for Mom. It holds a high place should our preferred choice (a different place) be somehow shown to have some quirk that may not work out for us.

This community looked nice when I took my tour. The food was good and the staff I met were nice. This is a step down community. This community did seem a little pricey.

I am happy with the care that is received for my mom. She likes the staff and are very caring to her needs. She is not able to participate in the activiites at this time, but they are offer to her. She is pleased to see that the community is clean and taken care of. The meals are appealing and a nice variety to choose from. We would recommend this care to other families for the good value.

The facility is one of the nicest and well kept facilities in the Puyallup area we visited, the Management are extremely helpful and a wealth of knowledge. They are a private pay only facility but you can tell they really care about it by how well they take care of it, very nice. When you are visiting different facilities and walk away from one and say wow I would like to live here, its that nice. Only went with another facility due to the need of being able to go on Medicaid after a few years and not have to move my mother again.

We liked this community on our tour. It seemed like the right place for a month respite stay.

My mom resided at Woodland for a very short time period and during her stay the caregivers, nurses and office staff were all very proactive to make her stay as comfortable as possible. They also communicated well with me regarding her care and needs and worked closely with hospice. I was grateful that she was not alone, while I was not able to be with her. I wish she would have had more time to enjoy the activities and to make friends, but unfortunately her end stage COPD did not give her enough time to do so.

Because we where in a hurry to get moved in the paperwork and finalizing of costs was a little unorganized but now that my parents are settled in we are quite happy with the place. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are wonderful with the residents from the laundry to the manager. The food is well prepared, and the facility is well cared for and attractive.

I am enjoying living at Bonaventure in Pueblo. The staff are great and helpful. They offer group activities for the residents to enjoy. The food is good and they have lots of choices. It is a nice community and well taken care of.

For the most part I am very pleased with Woodland by Bonaventure. I am quite disappointed with their failure to provide vegetarian options for my Mother as was promised. This may become a reason she will have to find another facility. If that issue were satifactorily met I would give them a superb rating!!

I'am comfortable with the care they are providing my mother with. I know she is safe and in good hands. She is doing well for the most part. It is a nice and clean community. The staff have been good, they are pretty helpful. My only issue has been with my mother's prescriptions, they seem to have ordered more than she needs, and she gets over charged for that. Other than that issue, the meals are nice. They do offer activities. It is a community I would recommend.

We moved mom into Spring Creek a little over a week ago. After agonizing over this difficult decision, we are pleased to see that for the most part she has settled well. It is not easy taking mom out of the home she lived in for many years. The staff have been very helpful in making her feel welcomed and comfortable. She loves the food and says "everyone is really nice". Overall we are quite pleased with the transition Having helpful, friendly staff has really helped her and us. They have been quick to answer our questions and take care of any issues which helps put our mind at ease.

Facility is well maintained (first and second floor public areas have just been repainted) and all the staff is very friendly. The variety of food changes weekly, is well prepared and quantities are suitable for the sedentary life style of residents. Food service is adequate except for breakfast which is quite slow do to reduced staffing. Care givers, who are very caring and friendly, strive for a 4 to 6 minute window response time, but some response times can be much longer (not enough staffing!).

The whole experience with the Oswego Place Assisted Living Community has just been satisfactory. My loved one has not been in there long, but so far I really do not have any complaints to make about the place.

There are some people there are really nice, but then there are some people who should not be working around residents. Some of them are just really rough and rude with the patients. So overall it is okay. I am just very unhappy with what is happening there, especially with the cost; it is overpriced. I would not recommend them.

When we were first looking at the place and my loved one decided to move in, they were all very helpful in helping us pull it together really quickly and let us use their furniture for a while until we got my loved one her own.
