What stuck out most about Bickford of Shelby Township was the fact that the RNs were supervising the care. I also really liked the home-like atmosphere.

Due to our loved ones health she was unable to use the facilities that were offered at Bickford of Urbandale, however based on the experience we had with the community we would recommend them to other families.

The staff that is hands on with the residents are fantastic; very attentive and caring. The communication from the aides, regarding the residents, is knowledgeable and thoughtful. Communication from the office staff seems to be hit or miss. The housekeeping is good, rooms and gathering places and public washrooms are kept clean. My nose is very good and there aren't any unpleasant smells. The food looked better than other places that we've been to. The move in was very easy. We have and would recommend Bickford of Shelby Township for Assisted Living care.

It’s been a wonderful experience for my grandma. The care for my grandma is priority and Bickford of Ames has continuously shown her exceptionally good care and kindness. I would recommend Bickford of Ames to anyone I know!

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. Mom is always happy... what more could you want! We love the Positive staff interaction and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

To be truthful, it was the first one available after spending 12 days in the hospital trying to find somewhere. If a friend asked me about it I would tell them I got lucky. It is everything I had hoped it would be.

Prices just went up but...what's new, right. what our family likes the most about the community is mostly that mom is happy and not lonely at her apartment...took some convincing.

The reason we picked this community is because my aunt has lived there.My mom really enjoys her time there it is a very pleasant place to live!

It was a good experience overall but my Mother did not want to be there. We tried out for 2-week respite for a break for me as caregiver.Good recommendation from 'A Place for Mom", I liked the staff; price reasonable.

The interaction/communication with the staff has been very good. We picked this community becasue of the cost, and friendly staff.

My loved one is currently a resident at Bickford of Upper Arlington and everything has been great for him at this facility. All of the staff are great. They get to know their residents and really want the best for them. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services and value for cost are also great. I would definitely recommend Bickford of Upper Arlington to others.

My family recently had placed my Mother in Bickford during her hospice care. They were all amazing! From the administration to the care staff, all treated Mom like she was their mother. We are forever grateful for all of your care and kindness during her stay. Thank you!

What our family likes the most about the Bickford of Peoria is the staff. The staff goes the extra mile to take great care of my mother. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

In the last 18 months I’ve toured many senior living options to find a place for my mom. Bickford in West Des Moines didn’t hit my radar right away and I wish it had. The staff is kind, the nurse has been there a long time, and the sales team east to work with. With its locked facility and large courtyard my mom is safe. I know if something is going on they call me. When I left one of my first tours there a woman was driving by. She rolled her window down and told me her mom used to live there and anytime she was in town she does a drive by because she missed her mom and all the times she used to visit. The facility doesn’t have all the bells and whistles and updates, but from someone that went with a place that did I regretted it. This place has heart, kindness, and dedication. Thank you!

The waitress gets my order on time. My meal is being served on time. Anytime I want anything, they always serve me.

Great staff and facility!! My dad likes it there and they take excellent care of him! Very caring from the sales staff, business department, and care team. Always caring and helpful. Top notch care.

We had been living in independent care in a senior living facility in Bellevue and we decided we needed to be in assisted living so we made applications at Harmony of Brentwood and Brighton Gardens. Brighton came open about the same time as Harmony. Our appointment with Brighton was first and we had a really good meeting with the marketing director. She was very open and informative to us and we decided to come here. We have been very happy here and plan for this to be our home for ever. The staff here has been very welcoming to us. The food is very good and we could not ask for anything better than the living conditions here. Every detail about this place was explained to us and we have had no surprises. We are so happy to be here.
