The building is clean and the employees are nice and equipped with knowledge. I am going to move my mom here.

The atmosphere is great. As soon as you enter the building you feel at home. The staff are friendly and make sure you feel comfortable and welcome.

The executive director is phenomenal. She is young and energetic. Personal engagement with all the residents. Open to ideas and suggestions. Also she has an open door policy so I can reach out with any questions. Their activities director is amazing. She is full of energy and great ideas. They have fun activities, themed events and fun guests including puppies. A church came by one day to hand each resident a carnation. So sweet. Yesterday my mom was out gardening and another resident was peeling the veggies for lunch. All their staff from nurses to caretakers are wonderful with the residents. They work hard at keeping residents engaged and loving on them. I feel very informed by all the staff. The building itself is beautifully decorated including memorabilia from the Bickford family, especially [name removed] which the memory care unit is affectionately named after. The apartments are the perfect size whether you want an efficiency or 1 bedroom. I was able to bring in furniture and decor that would help mom feel at home. The safety and security is top notch. No one gets in or out of the building without a code, guests sign in and out and the elevator has a code for the memory floor. No escaping! My mom couldn't be in a better place besides home.

I have complete confidence in Bickford Memory Care to provide my mother the care and dignity every senior deserves. The staff is caring, attentive, patient and responsive. They work hard to provide fun, engaging activities and outings, and have gone out of their way to make my mom feel special. It is a huge relief to know that when I can't be there, she is in the right hands and getting the care she needs.

I was there trying to find a place for my brother who has dementia. My mother had Alzheimer’s, and we had a good experience with her at another facility in KY. Brookdale, by far, exceeds my expectations. The staff is amazing. They were able answer all my questions, but you know how wonderful they are when the residents respond to them as they did when I was there. They are one big family, and that’s where you want your loved one!!

[name removed] was very gracious and knowledgeable about the nursing home field. She answered all my questions with confident and sound information. [name removed] was also very good at getting back to me with additional information that she thought I might need to make a decision.

They have friendly and helpful staff, additional care needed as moms health was in decline, one issue with after hours help, but problem fixed immediately.

Excellent services, very welcoming, clean, staff very kind. There were multiple options to support seniors.

I toured several places and really loved this community! It felt warm and friendly and the staff was great. We haven’t decided on what city we are moving mom but if we stay in meridian, we will choose Brookdale! Highly recommend!

I was recently visiting my hometown and decided to stop by Brookdale Meridian to see one of my old teachers! Let’s just say I truly enjoyed my visit! The staff were friendly and the residents were so happy and engaged! I will definitely be recommending this community to anyone that is considering Assisted Living!

I was recently visiting a family member and had nothing short of a great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a community for their loved one.

Bickford is wonderful. The staff is great and the facilities are lovely and clean. My sister is very happy there. I would recommend it. The staff has been wonderful and the facility is really nice. It is clean and modern and very homey. My sister is very well taken care if and very happy there. Being able to have get dog has made a huge difference for her. I also really appreciate your help. The room size was adequate for us. [name removed] was only staying for a short time. Bickford was exceptionally accommodating. We were able to book a retreat stay on relatively short notice. The activities were very good and we heard that the food was pretty good too. It was sufficiently clean and the workers seemed to care about the residents. The only negative is that any maintenance requests were not handled in a timely manner. It took a week to figure out the TV service. None of the other workers seemed to know how to operate it. The closet door hasn't been working correctly for several weeks now. Overall this has been a very pleasant experience.

We were very impressed with the presentation. We have looked at 3 facilities and right now we would consider this one. We do have more questions about the cost.

Thank you for helping me. My son is getting settled at Bickford. You were helpful in finding facilities for me to consider. I added others. Some of my considerations were location near north Columbus, friendliness, accepting Medicaid as payment, and programs. I am disappointed in the latter at Bickford because they don't provide a Protestant Christian worship service. They have only a Catholic mass. In this kind of process you must use your best judgment to select a facility and make the best of it.

This was the first facility that we looked at. And the bar was set extremely high. It is so beautiful there and everyone is so friendly. We still have a few others to look at, but Bickford Still Remains our number one choice.

We feel Bickford is a lovely memory care facility. Our mom has been there for 6 weeks. She calls it her home now. When we have had concerns they have been addressed in a timely manor. We have recommended to others.

Everyone I encountered was welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was clear that they care about both the residents and the overall environment of the community. What stood out most to me was the residents. The people living there appeared healthy, active, and happy. I saw residents interacting with staff and one another in a positive way, and there was a strong sense of community throughout the building. Overall, Brookdale Meridian left a wonderful impression on me. The combination of a clean environment, caring staff, and engaged residents creates a place that truly feels like home.
