On behalf of Amedisys Hospice, I find the expertise of the nursing staff compimentary to the healthcare profession. Their attention to detail and compassion for their residents goes above and beyond. I find the environment so warm and cozy, but also neat and elegant. The focus the entire team at Greystone Farm has for every indivdual is unique. What stands out the most to me is that the staff are also part of the community, and love the residents as they do their own family!

As a rehab professional working in the industry for 20 years and currently working with clients at Greystone Farm. I find, Greystone Farm provides active seniors a healthy environment that encourages social and recreational activities while aging in place and providing varied levels of assistance based on a resident’s needs. With an interdisciplinary team approach to health and wellness, Greystone Farm has fostered relationships with both in house and visiting rehab services to assist with adapting to a new environment and maximizing independence. A culture that promotes activities, community outings, social gatherings and entertainment, Greystone Farm offers families and loved ones peace of mind knowing that their loved one is safe in their new home.

I am a healthcare professional working for a hospice agency that provides services at Greystone Farm at Salem. This dementia focused assisted living has a lovely atmosphere, inviting common areas, outgoing activity staff that take the residents out of the home for lunches and scenic tours! The dedicated and devoted nursing staff provide excellent care for its residents to allow them to age in place, which gives the families peace of mind to not have to move your loved one when they need more care. It's a peaceful place the residents can truly feel at home with staff who feel like family.

My agency has provided private duty care at Greystone Farm for a number of years now. I have always been impressed with the care and compassion shown by staff at all levels. They truly care about their residents, and when all is said and done, few things are more important when considering an assisted living community. That said, I've been at Greystone with clients at all hours of the day and night and have to say that the cleanliness and overall environment is also impressive. It's comfortable and feels like home.

As a home care professional, I've had the pleasure of working with residents and staff at Greystone Farms for a number of years now. This community treats each resident with the care and compassion you'd want for a beloved family member. The nursing team is attentive and knowledgeable and it's clear they love working with seniors. I am a health care professional who has been inside many assisted living communities throughout the area. Greystone is one of the cleanest with the most pleasant, engaged staff I have witnessed. I have not worked there but continually recommend the site when asked about long term options for aging parents of family and friends. Residents are able to maintain a high level of independence with the security and safety of a skilled staff supervising them.

A very difficult time when a family has to make a decision that they are unable to give a parent (treasured family member) what they need to be safe, comfortable with the appropriate medical support daily 24x7. We spent a great deal of time visiting many NH /MA "retirement/nursing facitilies " and had to consider the need of Dad and the financial situation that required us to weigh each and every decision based on what was best but also what was the most sound overall decision for each pro & con in this type of situation from care requirement to the financial limitiations. My 1st thought when I arrived was this is a HOTEL a nice one .. it was warm, cheerful, clean with a very receptive, helpful and supportive staff and it made a very difficult and stressful time much easier. Dad has been in the facility now for almost a month and he is looking stronger & he is well looked after, and we miss him terribly but understand that he is safe, well cared for and near his doctors, hospital and majority of the family. It may be a Home away from home but so far it is a very good place to be at this time. Thank you

They really do a wonderful job here. Every person we met, the director, the community outreach person, the aides, the dining staff, just everyone, was top notch! They were welcoming and professional right from the get-go. The facility itself is beautiful, has a nice layout, and the rooms themselves are very nice. They take excellent care of their residents here, and are very considerate of the individual needs and type of care required by each of their residents.

I was here briefly for a short respite stay, but overall I was very impressed by everything that they provided! It was a nice looking, clean community, the staff were all very friendly, and they have a lot to provide for their residents!

From start to finish this was a wonderful process. We felt very supported without being pressured. There was transparency , and recognition of how difficult this is for most families. I can't say enough good things about them. My mom is very happy there and that is the icing on the cake.

Things have gone very well at Putnam Farm at Danvers so far! They make the transition for the incoming person very easy. My loved one was having a difficult time, but they knew exactly what to do to calm her down and help her settle in. The nursing staff and director all came and introduced themselves, and they remain friendly and present even now that she's been there a while! The facility itself is well kept, clean, and nice looking, and they've got a lot to offer their residents.

Whenever I have an issue or concern it is dealt with respectfully and professionally. Moving my mother to assisted living has been no easy feat and it will not be without its continual issues. At Middlebrook, I know that my mother is safe, well-fed, engaged and ultimately happy.

We feel so fortunate to have been able to have my Mom stay at the Arbors during her late stages of Alzheimer's-type-dementia. This is a wonderful community: the staff is enabled and supported....the facilities are great....and management really cares about the residents and their familes. We gladly give our highest recommendation for eldercare at the Arbors!

My aunt had a rocky start due to many changes in a short amount of time. She now looks at Orchard Valley as her home and loves it. The staff is great from administration down to health care helpers. The maintenance people are always willing to also help. The dining room is much like a restaurant and offers choices. There are always many activities to choose from on a daily basis. The staff's first concern is to help residents and their families. We are so glad to have chosen Orchard Valley . It is our second experience of choosing Orchard Valley for a loved one. The staff is wonderful and always greets us with a smile .

We found the setup to be good for Dad. We were in the Harbor which is the memory care facility. The design of the building was good as Dad needed to be able to walk around independently without feeling like an "inmate." Because the entire building was devoted to memory care, he had a bit more freedom in that regard. As well we found the staff to be caring and supportive. In some ways it felt like a positive child care arrangement where there was genuine affection for the residence. The elderly need to feel loved and appreciated. East Farms staff seemed loving and nurturing. We also found the geriatrician to be better than others we'd dealt with.

The Solana is really state of the art and includes tastefully decorated rooms / big windows, views and light. The rooms are spacious and the service people are pleasant and concerned. I don't feel pressured in any way. The value is very good. I'd love a little more variety in meals that include more cooked vegetables-easier to digest than salad- and a little more stimulation in the activities for example listening to music - show tunes, classical/discussion and/or problem solving using 1000 piece puzzles. Promotes cooperation

My loved one lived here for a brief time, and from what we experienced they do an excellent job here. The level of care just wasn't entirely appropriate for my loved one, which is why we moved him. He was not quite at the level of memory care that Sanctuary provides for, and was feeling out of place. But for those who need that level of assistance this looked like a wonderful place. The staff were all very friendly, the facility itself was clean and attractive, and the care they provided looked very good.

My Mom did not like any assisted living places I found until Greystone Farm. They friendliness and the level of care really sold us all. Since their move to Greystone the staff have worked hard to assist my parents medically and personally. The food is fantastic as well!! My Dad came to Greystone after being in rehab for a hairline fracture of his knee and was/is in a wheelchair. They have supported him with physical therapy so that he does not have to go elsewhere for the service. They put such personal touches on all they do for their residents
