great review process, very smooth move-in

They do a great job at Putnam Farm, it's a very nice community! The staff are friendly, and really seem to care about the people they take care of. They know everyone by name, respond quickly to requests, and keep the whole place very clean. I would highly recommend them!

I have be here just a Month but they have filled all my needs

My parents have been at The Birches for only three weeks, but so far we are very happy with everything. The daily schedule of activities has really helped "Mom". She is no longer depressed, doesn't sleep all day and is pleasant to be around. "Dad" really can't keep up with the activities, but he's moving around a lot more and not just sitting in front of the television. He says the food is not as good as at home but he is eating nonetheless and Mom has put on weight. We do supplement with homemade cookies for Dad. The place is VERY clean. The staff are so sweet and caring. The ambiance in general is calm and positive. The Birches really caters to memory impaired clients. It is so nice to find people who understand how to talk to Alzheimer's patients. Everyone from the nurses to the Head of Maintenance have been helpful. Okay, the Head of Maintenance (not his real title) has been awesome helping with little detail stuff from making beds work, setting up commodes, hanging clocks and all. Really my main critique is the lack of parking. It has made the decision to place them in "The HOME" much less guilt ridden. We thought we were doing a good job but they are happier now (and so are we). It is, however, VERY expensive and we're worried about how long we can afford it. Going to the regular facilities after being here will be a big adjustment.

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this seemed like a very nice place overall. The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff seemed as pleasant as can be. I also liked that the memory care unit was integrated with the rest of the community, it wasn't as isolated as some other places I saw. It was on the expensive side, but they seemed to provide a lot of quality and service for the price.

They've done an excellent job so far at The Village at Kensington Place! Our loved one has not been here long, but the whole experience, from the touring to now, has been a very good one. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. I have nothing but good things to say about them, and I would recommend them highly!

Everything has gone very well so far at Carriage Green! The people are friendly, the facility is well kept and clean, and they take great care of the people who live here. We're completely satisfied, and I would definitely recommend them as being worth a look!

I toured here when I was looking around. I liked that this community was able to deal with the medical issues related to Diabetes. They were also able to accommodate both my loved ones, one who needed assisted living and one who is more independent.

My family LOVES Bedford Falls. The place is not just beautiful but also filled with lots of happy residents who enjoy their lives by participating in stimulating activities, going on outings to restaurants, shopping malls, eating the delicious meals prepared by the chefs, playing bingo, card games and endless other activities. We find the place a wonderful option for our loved one who needs some help due to Alzheimer's disease but is not ready to move into a nursing home. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate the needs and wants of not just residents but their families as well. Either i or someone else in my family visit daily for several hours at a time and have never experienced any issues with the Harbor staff. What I observe is a staff dedicated to the wellness of the residents whom they care for. You will not be disappointed with this assisted living community.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at River Ridge! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they recently finished a series of renovations and improvements! The staff has been just wonderful, they are all very accommodating and very professional. We would highly recommend River Ridge!

I find that the staff is phenomenal. They work wonderfully with my mother. The management level is great. I think they are doing a good job. I know Rob took over management because they were in dyer need of a new management.

The staff really cares about the people I would recommend south farms again

We have had a difficult time with my mother because she really does not want to be there, but the people at Bay Square at Yarmouth have really cone out of their way to manage her and make her feel welcome. The staff is wonderful and very friendly, and the facility itself is very nice and clean, a warm welcoming environment. The activities overall are great, but I do feel they could do a little more to get the residents out into the community a bit more.

So far our experience with The Village at Kensington Place has been a very good one. They have really worked with us to make sure it is a comfortable and safe place for my loved one. The staff are all very friendly, and they take great care of the people who live here! Since moving in he has regained a lot of his strength, and is able to move around a lot more independently than before.

Crescent Point has done a fabulous job so far, we're very pleased with them! The facility itself is beautiful, and all of the staff we have worked with have been so helpful and friendly. They really were helpful throughout the whole process. We picked a move date that was a bit after we signed the paperwork, and they encouraged us to bring her to the community for visits in the meantime, so she could meet the staff and the other residents, have a few meals, and participate in some activities just to get used to things! By the time she moved in she had already met the whole staff and already had a few friends! Any time we have visited her since she moved in the place has looked uniformly fantastic. They don't just dress it up if they know they're having visitors, they keep it looking good all the time. I would highly recommend them!

Unbelievably cooperative. Made great arrangements with it being a week before Thanksgiving. Facilitated everything, making sure someone met them, even though it was a crazy time. Kept my aunt very connected at the facility and kept her moving despite being in wheelchair. I saw her doing exercises when I was there! Very happy with this facility!

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Leominster Crossings, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff are very friendly, and always available to help with any issues that come up. They've got a wonderful variety of activities, and the facility itself is well lit, clean, and just has a nice feel overall.

My experience with Chelmsford Crossings goes like this: I went to check out several facilities when my parents started to get sick. At first we had some in-home care, but then my father passed away and mom could not live by herself. Chelmsford Crossings was my first choice. Mom was at first very resistant, but she has since found it to be outstanding. She has nothing but great things to say about the food, about the camaraderie of the residents, about the attentiveness of the staff, and about the quality of the facility. It has been the best thing we possibly could have hoped for for my mother. It has not been at all what I expected, but far far better.
