The facility that was given to me by A Place for Mom is perfect for and my family. We have noticed in just a few weeks she is already doing better she sleeping at night and taking part in the daily activities. Thank you for for your help.

Coachman's Square was a fabulous choice on many levels. My mother(92) is actually happy here—loves the facility, the food, cleanliness, the staff friendliness and support. My father's(94) needs are well taken care of medically, physically and mentally. My brother and I have been given a gift, knowing that our parents are safe. It doesn't eliminate all that is involved in care-taking, but it certainly allows us the opportunity to go "AAAAH"

My encounters thus far have been very pleasant at Academy Point At Mystic. Mom is a difficult person and the staff have dealt with her really well. I haven't had any difficulties. They are good with communication if she needs to see a doctor or anything else. I really appreciate that.

They have been excellent. I don't have any complaints at all. They are so nice, they go out of their way to help both the residents an the family. They were really comparably priced to the other places. I liked that it was close by and had plenty of room to park.

Our experience with Tatnuck Park has been a very good one! The people here were very proactive in helping get Mom set up here. They helped with the paperwork as well as getting things set up with her doctor, and were just very accommodating in general. The staff is communicative and friendly, and the facility itself is clean and well kept. It's just a nice place overall, and I would highly recommend them!

Benchmark Senior Living is a very very nice place, overall. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well kept, and the staff are all very pleasant and attentive. They've done a wonderful job taking care of my loved one. However, they are also very VERY expensive, and unfortunately not a permanent option for my family due to the price.

They have been very good at communicating with us about my father-in-law's care. We had very bad experiences with other facilities, and Arbors has got him engaged in activities and he has settled down a little. Overall we are pleased with them.

The staff is fantastic , they have made my dad feel welcomed from day one and continue to make sure his stays engaged each day Thank your caring

Everyone was very helpful from my first visit to finally choosing Blenheim Newport. The staff has been great helping my uncle adjust to living there. I am glad he is in a safe and comfortable setting.

We're very pleased by how things have turned out at The Village at Buckland Court. The staff is friendly and professional, and I think the nursing care they offer is really exceptional! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they take great care of the people who live here.

Well my loved one has not been at the Sanctuary Care facility for very long, but so far it has been very good. The main thing we liked about the place is it is very bright and the residents can have a semi-private room.

Loved this place. Is my first choice so far. wonderful facility and lots of nice extras. porches off the apartments, indoor pool and beautiful views.

My family and I researched and visited several assisted living communities in our area. The process can be overwhelming and exhausting. Upon entering Middlebrook Farms of Trumbull, we were welcomed and immediately put at ease. Their staff is genuinely friendly and caring. The environment is beautifully decorated and very clean. Our Dad has memory impairment and also requires assistance with personal care. The Harbor unit at Middlebrook Farms is specifically designed and staffed to meet his needs. The layout and design of the unit gives him a feeling of being more at home than in a facility. The staff are always present throughout the Harbor assisting residents or just spending time with them. There are activities scheduled from breakfast until dinner which are geared for the residents abilities. If Dad is not interested in participating in the activity, other staff are available to be with him and engage him in conversation or another activity. The staff are very patient with the residents- their training in Memory care shows! Before coming to stay at Middlebrook Farms, our Dad was in and out of nursing homes and hospitals several times. His transition to assisted living was complicated, however the Admissions team at Middlebrook Farms went above and beyond to coordinate with the other facilities and make his transfer as seem-less as possible. The Nurses and Admissions team stayed by our side as advocates, resources and support to get the proper plan and equipment in place for Dad. Before he moved in, we had a family care plan meeting with a member of every department present to create a comprehensive plan of care specific to his needs - which is being followed by the Harbor staff. The only item I caution on is watching for any added costs for specialty items - such as the thickened liquids that our dad requires in his diet. Those items are not added up-front however they are listed in the price guide provided with the admission paperwork. We are very happy that Dad is settled into the Harbor and is already getting involved with activities and adjusted well. I highly recommend going to their community and learning about their philosophy of care.

Life at River Ridge" I have been a resident of River Ridge at Avon for 2 ½ years. Before choosing River Ridge we did a tour of 3 other assisted living facilities in the Avon area along with our son who lives in Avon. River Ridge was the best by far for the following reasons: -The facility itself is beautiful. It has recently been redecorated and when you walk into the entrance it is like a five star hotel. -The administrative staff is outstanding. They are extremely professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and welcome you to your new potential home. This makes the change of leaving your home much more acceptable. -The nursing care is excellent and very helpful and kind to the residents when needed. -The activities for the residents are many and well received. The participation in games and mental activities keeps us active. -The facility is immaculate as cleanliness is the first order of business. -The entertainment is diversified and well planned. They include movies, concerts, and individual musicians and singers. -The food is excellent. The chefs do an outstanding job and the servers and waiters are professional, friendly, and very accommodating. -One of the highlights of River Ridge is visits to Doctors.The staff goes out of their way to accommodate the residents and work with them on all schedules. -Tuesday is set aside for shopping in local stores within 10 miles. River Ridge was our best and last decision of finding a home where we’re safe and happy.

So far it's been great. It's clean and nice, and the staff is friendly. The food seems pretty good. There have been a few little hiccups, but nothing major. We like it so far, I would give them a five.

The Village at East Farms is a very nice place overall, we had a very positive experience here until my loved one needed to move elsewhere due to increasing care needs. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. They are definitely worth a look.

Kendy Dalva was excellent in informing us of features, answering questions, asking questions, and showing us public areas and a one bedroom and studio. Plus is the location opposite Evans Park.

We are very pleased with Tatnuck Park! The people here are very friendly, and they made the move-in process smooth and easy. My loved one really seems to love it here!
