Benchmark Senior Living

All I can say is how great everything has been in the two weeks that I moved my mother in law to Forge Hill. She's been a new person. I haven't seen her this happy in a long time.

They are doing very, very good. They are excellent. The nursing is outstanding. The staff is right on the ball. The food is excellent. I don't have any complaints whatsoever! We are extremely happy with them. If a five is the best then I want them to have a five.

This was a lovely and informative appointment. The building and grounds are bright and nicely maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tour was very comprehensive. We enjoyed our visit very much.

My husband has been there for about a month. I like it. I love the set up of it. He was in assisted living at one point for 3 years. The staff is so friendly and caring. That's what I get out of it. The residents are encouraged not to be in their rooms. I would recommend The Atrium at Faxon Woods to anyone because it has been a great experience. Everything has been excellent. It's a nice community with nice people.

I LOVE the Harbor memory care unit at Forge Hill. The single most important reason is the kindness of the front line staff to my elderly mother-in-law. They are always friendly, cheerful, & helpful. At first I thought their good nature was just for show. But they are so consistently that way that this has to be for real. The administrative staff of the Harbor unit and of the larger assisted living unit are also very open, friendly & helpful. They invite our perspective & make efforts to satisfy our concerns. The second reason I love Forge Hill is the decor and the floor plan. When we first walk in, the lobby is bright & airy. My mother-in-law's room is small but lovely. The Harbor unit itself is bright with many windows, cheerful and very lovely to look at. There are multiple open spaces off a common hallway for different functions for the residents. The common hallway and relatively small size of the unit (about 22 residents?) make it easier for those with memory problems to learn their way around. At the end of the common hallway is an enclosed patio where the residents can safely enjoy being outside in the good weather. The activities director is also a sweetheart. She's friendly, with boundless energy. She provides meaningful activities for the residents morning & afternoon, including occasional trips into the community. It is a small community, and all the staff know everybody. It's very personable. I looked at a number of other places, & this is by far the best. Do I sound too enthusiastic? No - no one is paying me for this recommendation. It's all very sincere. I can't wait until I can move into the assisted living side!

The Benchmark Senior Living at Ridgefield Crossin is Excellent. Everyone has been wonderful. We are very pleased with this community. We have had a great experience here. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely and seems like the right fit for her

I just did a quick tour here as I had already been to another Benchmark facility earlier. It seemed to be very similar to the other. Clean grounds and facility, courteous, attentive staff with lots of activities. The memory care unit was clean and well kept with spacious apartments. The price is much better than that of a nursing home.

I toured this facility for my Grandfather. The staff and facility were outstanding. I was not pressured or intimidated to make a commitment and the staff was helpful in providing me information to help make a decision.

My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. The Village at Buckland Court is a very nice facility. We are very pleased with it. It is very clean. Everyone is friendly and nice. The staff is responsive. They do an excellent job at taking care of my loved one.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Bedford Falls! It really is an excellent place, I'd give them top marks across the board. The facility is clean and well kept, the staff are friendly, and they really just take care of everything! I would highly recommend them.

The employees from top to bottom of organization are just the very best. In the 6 weeks that shes been there, there has only been a minor issue or two. The staff was very responsive and things very immediately fixed. The food is excellent. Their care for residents was special. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I had a great and positive experience with Greenwich Farms at Warwick. They are great!

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Sanctuary Care at Rye is an absolutely beautiful community, I would give them 5 stars across the board! Everyone we met during the tour was friendly and professional, and the residents looked well cared for.

Initially both my mom and dad were going to move into The Village at South Farms, but unfortunately my mother passed in the interim. The people there were very caring and accommodating. We are very pleased with the place and would highly recommend The Village at South Farms to anyone.

The Staff and people who live there are friendly. We priced a lot of places and compared them. They keep In touch constantly. They do activities everyday and go on trips. On St. Patrick's Day they had Irish dancers. A good social place. It is fantastic. Transition is really easy. I would definitely recommend this community.

Very pleased with initial experience ....this is our first week and have found River Ridge to be excellent in all areas.The Staff goes above and beyond expectations and both staff and residents are welcoming and friendly.

From the original contact to move-in day the staff at RC is always courteous, helpful, personable which is so critical when you are going thru the changes that come with moving to a very new and different lifestyle.... a really good one. First impressions count and making them exceptional is so very important. RC does a great job recognizing and acting accordingly. I am so happy that my loved one has people her own age around to share her days vs being alone.

Benchmark has been great. She is doing really well there. They have been really good right from the start. She has not complained about the food at all. They have been very communicative about everything that is going on, very proactive about her care.
