Crescent Point has done a fabulous job so far, we're very pleased with them! The facility itself is beautiful, and all of the staff we have worked with have been so helpful and friendly. They really were helpful throughout the whole process. We picked a move date that was a bit after we signed the paperwork, and they encouraged us to bring her to the community for visits in the meantime, so she could meet the staff and the other residents, have a few meals, and participate in some activities just to get used to things! By the time she moved in she had already met the whole staff and already had a few friends! Any time we have visited her since she moved in the place has looked uniformly fantastic. They don't just dress it up if they know they're having visitors, they keep it looking good all the time. I would highly recommend them!

Unbelievably cooperative. Made great arrangements with it being a week before Thanksgiving. Facilitated everything, making sure someone met them, even though it was a crazy time. Kept my aunt very connected at the facility and kept her moving despite being in wheelchair. I saw her doing exercises when I was there! Very happy with this facility!

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Leominster Crossings, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff are very friendly, and always available to help with any issues that come up. They've got a wonderful variety of activities, and the facility itself is well lit, clean, and just has a nice feel overall.

My experience with Chelmsford Crossings goes like this: I went to check out several facilities when my parents started to get sick. At first we had some in-home care, but then my father passed away and mom could not live by herself. Chelmsford Crossings was my first choice. Mom was at first very resistant, but she has since found it to be outstanding. She has nothing but great things to say about the food, about the camaraderie of the residents, about the attentiveness of the staff, and about the quality of the facility. It has been the best thing we possibly could have hoped for for my mother. It has not been at all what I expected, but far far better.

When my family and I toured this community, we absolutely thought it was great. The staff of Greystone Farms were very nice, informative and helpful. They provide fantastic care services. I did not get to see a lot of activities because nothing was really going on at the time of my visit, but I feel that they do have a lot of them. Overall, we loved the place and had a great connection.

Things seem to be going pretty well, so far. They are clean, and the staff is friendly. I don't really have any concerns so far. They have been pretty patient and understanding.

They have done a really good job with my dad. He is deaf and they have done a really good job in dealing with that. It's been a good experience with The Arbors of Shelburne and I would recommend them.

They were great very friendly people at Benchmark Senior Living at Hamden. Mom is a difficult patient and they are very kind and patient in the way they work with her. It has been a very good experience, and I can't really even think of anything they could do to improve.

Things have gone very well with Ridgefield Crossings overall! The staff here are very friendly, and very accommodating! They've really worked hard to help him settle in and get adjusted! The facility itself is nice as well, it is well kept and clean.

The Atrium at Veronica Drive is simply amazing! After checking out other places, I knew this was the place. I did a lot of research and went with my heart, and it has been a wonderful experience. There is plenty of staff, and they take great care of the residents, have plenty of activities all day long, the food is amazing, everything is just above and beyond awesome! The care dad is getting is phenomenal. I would highly recommend them.

Every time I visit my wife I find a happy loving partner. We've been married for 58 yrs. I was her caretaker for over 8 years as her dementia got worse. This was not an easy decision as her doctor wanted me to find a facility for several years. I tried help with a home care agency but it did not work out. This is a moderately sized organization, the staff is great. I toured 3 other facilities. I had to place my mother and a bachelor uncle in nursing homes over my lifetime.

The people at Bay Square at Yarmouth have really good communication. They are really good at keeping me informed of what is going on with mom, which I like a lot. The food there is also very good.

The staff is so warm and caring that I knew my dad would be right at home here. Noeleen, Julie, stephanie and the rest of the staff are always willing to work with me and my family to make sure that my dad is safe and comfortable. They have plenty of activities for the residents to d o, and the entire staff treats the residents as people, not as a job to do, which I have found in other places. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This place would have been our second choice. It's a beautilful, smaller facility, and the staff were all very very friendly. The care the provided here looked top notch, and all of their residents seemed well looked after. However, it was also one of the more expensive communities that we looked at.

Shrewsbury Crossings (SC) management team's focus on providing a safe and caring environment for their residents was evident on our initial tour of the property and continues today, almost a year since Mom's move here. We were impressed by their resident care approach that includes physical, emotional and intellectual stimulation. Their standards for care are above the MA requirements and their aides take pride in how they deliver services. The entire team takes time to get to know the residents and families so that they can provide the best care possible, along with coordination of therapy, med management, etc. Monthly feedback forums for residents and family are provided to ensure that satisfaction with services delivered remains high and if any changes are needed, the management team is made aware and is able to make adjustments, if needed. Onsite physical/occupational therapy provided by Excella has been a key to Mom's regaining the ability to walk and to gain more independence in her daily living activities. The monthly calendar of activities provided by SC gives residents a chance to interact with each other, make new friends, stimulate their minds and to exercise. The food quality is very good and menus offer options each day for residents. Mom is very happy with her new home and our family feels secure knowing that she is comfortable and well taken care of by the SC team. Cost varies depending upon level of services needed. This approach makes sense to us and Mom.

I like that the place is brand new. Physically, the facility has everything state of the art. It's like a five star hotel. They provide everything they need. They have RNs on duty 24/7, and a doctor on staff. They bring her down to meals. They provide laundry. The staff is very attentive when I raise any kind of concern about my mom, such as if I'm afraid she won't make activities, they send staff to get her out of her room. Because they're new, they don't have a system yet for people to come and go, and the doors are locked after 8 PM. A staff member has to let you out; a key would be more convenient. This means that one can stand at the door for a while waiting to be let in.

My spouse has been in the memory care unit for nearly three years. I am completely satisfied with the care she has received. I have always found the entire staff that supports the facility to be very caring, easy to work with, knowledgeable and competent. The patients are well cared for in a very compassionate way. the facility is always neat, clean and attractive.

Mom loved the look of GF. Friendly people, so many activities, very clean! After the visit/tour she could picture herself living here.

My loved one lived here for a while. It is very, very nice. They had a chef that made good food. The rooms were nice and big, and the facility itself was very nice as well. It's a more expensive place, but they have a lot of staff, and would be able to feed the residents that needed assistance one on one, and engage with them a little. They also would show my mother two plates of food, so that she would have a visual choice at every meal, rather than just a menu.
