I am very satisfied with the place. I had my doubts of whether she would be able to adjust or not, they have done quite well. She seems to be acclimating and enjoying herself. They have pretty good food as she has a good appetite. Overall we are very happy.

We are very pleased with the help and direction we received from all associated with A Place For Mom.We were extremely fortunate to find a lovely setting at Plymouth Crossings in Plymouth that offer sunny large apartment-like rooms. Very pleased!

The whole experience was great from the search to move in. The staff at Putnam Farms is fantastic. They made my mom feel at home through the process and especially for the first few days after move in. Even on move in day The staff went out of their way to introduce themselves to our family and spend time with my mom to ease any anxiety. The facility is great and nicely decorated. Food is fantastic and there are plenty of activities all day long. My mom loves her new home. I would highly recommend Putnam Farms.

They haven't said no to anything I've asked, they are very accommodating. The food is pretty good. They need more guest parking. I really like the staff and the facility is beautiful and the apartment space is nice. You could tell by the way that they interacted with the residents, that they really care, they knew everybody's name and are very friendly.

I spent a lot of time at GF while Mom was adjusting to the change. I was impressed by everything I saw and experienced- the management, staff, cleanliness, accommodations, food, activities. I would recommend GF to anyone.

We're very pleased with this place so far. The accommodations are very very nice, the one room apartment we picked out is very spacious. One of the main reasons we selected this place is that they've got a great program for veterans. I'd give them top marks across the board, it's a great looking place, the staff are all friendly, and the care and activities are good.

We're very pleased with the job they've done so far! They're always willing to do anything they can do make the resident or the family feel safer and more comfortable. The staff are wonderful as well, very compassionate and caring. The facility itself is nice looking, and they always keep it clean and presentable.

A Place for Mom is a wonderful service and without my advisor, I would not have found Arbors. Arbors was a perfect match for my mom's needs. As soon as I walked into the reception area, it felt homey. The tour of the facility was impressive. The building itself was clean, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, the residents welcomed me and talked about how much they liked it there. The staff is amazing, from the front desk, to the administration, to the direct care staff. On my first visit to see mom, she looked happy and content. She said she loved it there. It was like a permanent vacation. God bless my mom and all her caregivers. I happily recommend Arbors to other families currently caring for aging parents, who may start recognizing their loved one will need more care than the family can provide in the future.

I have been very impressed with the staff, services, food and activities at PC. Most important though has been the care and compassion that the nusing aides have demonstrated. My Mom needs level III care which means she needs help with everything from bathing to dressing and everything in between and from what I have observed and what my Mom tells me - the nursing aides and the nurses are very patient, helpful and compassionate. I know it's not easy work at times but they always treat my Mom with respect. I also want to say that Hanna, the food services director and Jane the activites director have been terrific in reaching out and making sure my Mom and our family needs are addressed. They provide personalized service and attention. Kelly the Community Director really helped me with all the details in getting my Mom transitioned into Plymouth Crossing. from an appearance standpoint - I don't think you could ask for anything more. everything always looks and smells clean and up-to-date. They do a terrific job decorating for the holidays making it feel more like "home". I think the best wat to say it is that everyone I meet there seems to really be aapssionate about their work and the place they work for and that comes across in how they treat each resident and the family members.

First of all, Elaine was very understanding, knowledgable, & caring. She followed through efficintly and called me to check on our progress. She called and referred us to Denise at Sanctuary who was so accomodating and fleible about our need for immediate placement. She bent over backward to give us a tour and come in on her time off to get paperwork done. She handled my Mom expertly and kindly. All the staff members (front desk, aides, recreation dept., memory care person) are friendly, caring, respectful and try very hard to please both family and resident. Even the chef cares and makes accommodations as needed with fresh homemade meals. The nurses & physical therapy are equally professional, knowledgeable and caring. They are able to make adjustments and suggestions for improvements, as needed. During a recent hospitalization for my Mom, the staff sent teh appropriate medical records wiht her, kept in touch with me and other family members as well as visiting my Mom in hte hospital for evaluation. I couldn't have found a better place for my Mom and as a medical provider, I am very picky. Plus the place is beautiful and well laid out.

We've had a very positive experience with them so far. The staff in particular stood out to us when we were looking for options, they're very hands on and very friendly. There's some room for improvement with the food, but overall a very nice place.

Mom has lived here before, and the service was great. Unfortunately this community specializes in memory care, which isn't what Mom was needing for long term care. This location was also not good for us in terms of being convenient for family to get to, but otherwise it was very good, and they treated Mom great.

We've been very pleased with everything here so far. They take great care of Mom, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, and they keep her busy with plenty of activities. They do a Saturday van ride around town to a few locations that she seems to really enjoy. We did have one minor issue when it came to her care, but they resolved it quickly and were happy to make the changes we needed.

My Dad has been here about a month, and so far we couldn't be happier! I was really impressed by the staff when I met them, I spoke with the head nurse and several caregivers. It's very secure, as well.

The place is very, very clean. They are very friendly, too friendly, they creep me out. When I did research they are in line for this section of the country price wise. They offer a wide variety of activities. We use the Alzheimers care. The availability of services and their honesty is what made me choose this community. I felt that others were sort of a bait and switch. The staff seems to be just wonderful it's a really nice facility and is being cared for very well!l

I have all high praise for them. My mother is there. I thought my mom was beyond assisted living. We were please with them from the beginning. I think we signed my mother up that day! She didn't know she was going. They told us what had to be done and we did it. I go to visit her and she still says she doesn't know why she's there because there's nothing wrong with her but she doesn't know she has dementia. The care is excellent. Mom looks better than she has. When she was home all she wanted to do was sleep. She's walking better, eating better, they're taking care of her. I know that they encourage her to participate in the activities. They have bus trips once or twice a week. I know she was going once a week but now that the weather is colder I don't know if she's going. She's made some friends. One thing is the cost. It is expensive and I just wish they would take like maybe title 19. I know they don't. That's the only drawback; it's expensive. I love all of the staff there. I even bring my dog in there to visit and everyone is so nice, even the people that are there, the patients, get a kick out of the dog. They come and pet the dog and everything. I wish there was something else to be done with the cost but other than that it's been wonderful. I love the director there and they have an Alzheimer's support group every month.

They probably could improve by adding more staff. Sometimes it takes a little while for them to respond to the call button. My aunt stays very busy there. She loves it there. The food is good. I've eaten there myself. We looked at other places but this seemed like the best place for her.

In terms of service and care and working with the family, I would rate them 5 but in terms of expense I would give them a 4. It's expensive but the care and activities are good. They've been really good with my dad. They're very responsive to him and to the family, and the staff really pays a lot of attention to him. He's on a memory care unit with 24 hr staffing. We were planning to move him into the regular assisted living side but the nursing evaluation determined that he would have difficulty in the open setting without the staff support. They have been very supportive of the family through the process. All of us live out of state and they're really good at keeping in touch. The unit director and activities director are wonderful, the nursing staff is great, and the resident assistants have been terrific. My dad seems to have settled in. His room could be a little bigger, but the biggest drawback is the expense. We're lucky he has the resources.

I like that the atmosphere there is beautiful and that the staff really cares. They're really great. I mean, mom has her little quirks and they do a great job accommodating her which is lovely. The care services are very good but sometimes there are certain of the aids and caretakers who don't really do as much as some other ones do. But other than two people or so everyone is fantastic. I think the activities are very good. My mom doesn't really participate but that's just her and her current situation. She can't really participate but there always seems to be things going on. Also, they are always available to take her to doctors appointments and things too which is important.

I give this place a 5+ and a 5++ for the staff! It really is a great place. My brother couldn't be more happy. We like the cleanliness and the warmth of the staff. Starting at the top with the administrative staff all the way down to the servers in the dining area, everyone is great. We also like that it's a very open institution. I mean, the family is welcome to come at any time and that's wonderful.The staff is a very stable staff and I like the amenities. There is always coffee available and fresh lemon water that you can just go and help yourself to. They have a wonderful library and the act are great. Maybe they need to work with the dining room chef because people are not always happy with the selection. They quality of the food is good but the options could be more diverse.
