My Dad has been there since late December. My Mom is not there yet, she is in a rehab facility, but she will be there in a few weeks. They are wonderful there and they take excellent care of him. It is a great facility and the food is great.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Arbors of Bedford. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff is friendly and professional. They were a big help to us throughout the whole touring and move-in process, and really went out of their way to help our loved one get settled in and acclimated to the community!

Sunrise staff are open and friendly - very willing to help and / or answer questions. The physical atmosphere is like a small country inn. The individual apartments vary in size although even the largest is not really large - I feel that the thinking behind that is to encourage people to leave their rooms and mingle. There are a variety of activities available and they are posted daily. The dining room offers 3 good meals - with choices - each day. All that being said everyone at Sunrise does realize that not everyone is eager to move in and they do offer respite months so an individual can try it out. There are some there independent enough to have and drive their own car. Others need varying degrees of help (4 levels of care are offered). There is also a 'memory' section. The cost is not inexpensive but is considerably less then trying to maintain a private home yet needing to pay for 24/7 help. If you are on one of their 'care' levels then you are given a pendant which when pressed results in an aide arriving within minutes - then as my sister says 'they disappear' - that does make her happy!

My mother moved from a rehabilitation center to Sanctuary Care one year ago. There have been many changes within that year, always with the focus on ongoing improvement as well as growth of every department and function at Sanctuary. My mother has always received wonderful, loving care from each and every staff member and on the rare occasion we have had questions or concerns about my mother or about the facility, I have received immediate support and honest answers. The facility and grounds are beautiful and well maintained, making for a very home like environment. I would highly recommend Sanctuary Care to anyone looking for a home for their parents.

I loved this facility and think it is one of the best! I love the aging in place and how the Administration handles things.

My mother has been at Orchard Valley for 1 1/2 months. Her care and relationship with staff is exceptional. I highly recommend Orchard Valley to others looking for a home away from home for their loved ones.

I have a close relative who resides at Sanctuary Care and she loves living there where she has been for more than a year. Every time I visit, I can tell both by her wonderful surroundings, the great staff, and most importantly by the smile on her face that she is well cared for. Dealing with memory loss of someone close to you isn't easy. There is a lot of emotion involved and, frankly, caring for them is a difficult task. The last thing you need is to be worried or concerned about how they are being cared for. With Sanctuary Care, there is no need to worry. Laurie [removed], who runs Sanctuary Care, has always been very responsive to any requests or questions I have. She's dedicated her life to caring for people with memory loss and it shows and is also reflected in the care given by her staff. What I really like about Sanctuary Care is that it feels like a home environment and it reminds me of when I use to visit my aunt at her home. She seems to be just as settled and happy there.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this would have been our second choice!

As far as the caregivers go, they are very helpful and caring. I think that the food should be a little bit better than what it is though. They bring the food up in these warmers and usually it is not that warm and it is sort of old. I think everything else is okay though. I am happy with where my loved one is at.

My mom has lived at River Ridge for 2 years! We are so happy with the care and compassion that she has experienced. She enjoys talking to everyone and is very comfortable in her setting. The associates go above and beyond for their residents!! My family is so happy we chose River Ridge for mom's home.

It was a good experience...... a lot of caring took place.

They only take dementia patients, and the staff receives special training to work with them. As far as the staff goes, on a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 10, but it is expensive. Because it's so specialized and tailored for the special needs of dementia patients, I see that my aunt is more content and happier than I have seen her in years.

Everything is pretty good there. Sometimes I think some of the aides could do a little better with the laundry and housekeeping and such, but there are only a couple of little things like that. Otherwise they are very good. They keep us up to date on what is going on with my loved one. They take time to talk to you, they don't brush you off.

My experience with Tatnuck Park has been a very good one so far. I've been in a few different facilities in various areas and this place is definitely at the top of my list. The medical care they offer is top notch, and I also think they do a great job with their food and transportation services. I would recommend them!

This community was designed specifically for memory care so the layout is easy to navigate. Special consideration is paid to engage residents and the staff is very kind and friendly. Quite financially out of range for my family

We are thrilled with The Atrium. From the first time you walk in everyone is so pleasant and they really want to help. They welcome any question you and don't make you feel like they are put out. The staff are really good about walking you through the steps you need to know. It does not smell like a facility here, there is no odor. Everyone knows you by name. I have to say for the different places we have been they are extremely gracious. They are very accommodating. They have a lot of well coordinated activities for the Alzheimer's/dementia patients. No matter what issues we have come up with they have been very responsive. I am very pleased with this facility.

So far, I have seen and felt nothing but the best of care given to my mother.

Great place! The staff is really nice, caring and helpful and they take really good care of my mother. She moved in recently and they got to know her, her name, her habits & what she likes to eat right away. The staff is very stable. Many of the associates have been there for years.

We have been very happy with all aspects of the Villages. Overall I would rate them excellent.

I very much enjoyed meeting Scott, his delightful team and even some of the residents. Very comfortable setting and overall feel in this community. It seems very organized and well run, I would feel very much at home myself if this is Where my mother-in-law were to choose.
