Benchmark Senior Living

Currently, I am a resident of Tatnuck Park Assisted Living Residence. Having done my due diligence, I picked a winner here. The facility is beautiful. The staff is attentive to all of your needs. 70 percent of people 65 and older will need assisted living before they die. Do your homework and be prepared

My aunt has only been at the local Benchmark community since May of this year, but it has been a very positive experience. I'm familiar with these intuitions because my mom was in two of them and the quality of care is really high here. I really appreciate the nursing staff; they're very attentive to my aunts situation and they have provided very helpful advice on how to manage my aunts care.

I toured The Falls at Cordingly Dam and it was excellent. The people were really great, and they provided me with all of the information I needed. They have an absolutely stunning facility as well. When touring around, what you want is for someone to be candid about their facility, as well as providing you with all the information you need - and they were excellent in that regard. We chose another community because of location, and also because I don't think The Falls would have been a good fit for my loved one, but that's to no fault of the community.

I find everyone there very nice & my father is well taken care of!

If you have a loved one who has memory care needs, I can't think of a better place for your loved one to be. The staff communication with the family was phenonmal, and they were responsive to our questions and concerns. There are three meals a day served a day to the residents. There are also choices for the residents to choose from for meals.

The staff are nice and attentive to my loved one. They do a good job in keeping my loved one's room clean. The staff are good at caring for the residents that have memory care health concerns. The meals are good, and I have enjoyed meals with my loved one. My loved one has been able to get their strength back and is learning to stand again within the community and assistance. Overall, I am pleased with our experience here.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is bright and inviting. They have a nice atmosphere and it is upbeat. The staff are approachable, and everyone has been very friendly as well. The activities are well thought out, they even have transportation to doctor appointments. The head chef is great and very accommodating. If the resident needs to stay in their room the community will deliver meals to the resident's rooms. This community stood out by far compared to the other communities I looked at.

Benchmark Senior Living is a very clean community and there are now fowl odors anywhere. The gentlemen who initially took us on the tour was fantastic and so knowledgeable. The staff really put in a good effort to make all of the residents feel like the belong. They are working on improving the meals and dining service and they have a good selection of activities they do a good job there. The residents there are allowed to age in place so we do not have to worry about moving our parents. We would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I would definitely recommend Evans Park I can't imagine better assistant living then Evans Park I am very grateful for taking care of my husband

They are highly professional. The staff is very friendly and receptive for the most part.

Bad communication as a whole especially with medications when someone is going on vacation. Have had that happen on a few occasions. Everything else besides the one issue has been incredible and couldn't ask for anything more. All around great!!

We had an incredible experience. They gave my dad the best care he had received in a very long time. He was previously in two other facilities, and comparatively, the care at The Atrium was amazing. They communicated well with our family. They were always open to phone calls, emails, walk-in conversations. They literally had on open door policy. Their staff is just incredible, including the administrative staff.

After reviewing several care facilities, we decided on The Atrium and are very satisfied with that decision. It's a perfect location for us to visit easily. Their Community Relations person gave a great tour and answered all of our questions. Our loved one is resistant to help, but the staff are respectful to her and do what they can to help her with the transition. They prompt her to participate in activities, although they don't force her to go. They have a lot of good activities and a monthly calendar they post. She seems to like the food and is putting on some weight.

The gal who was showing me around on the tour was great and did a really good job. She was very informative and friendly. They had a lot of nice choices on room sizes and layouts. The pricing here is "al a carte" and I needed something all inclusive so that I would know the exact amount that I would be paying each month. It was just not the right fit for us but it is a lovely place.

The facility is very clean, modern and new. The staff is extremely friendly and organized. The atmosphere is very fun and they have a lot of social activities for the residents to participate in. We are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend The Branches of Framingham.

We moved mom to Chelmsford Crossing 2 1/2 months ago. She has been more energetic, and upbeat since the move. The food is good and the care is excellent. All the staff from the receptionist, chef, manger, housekeeper, nurse and aides ALL care for the residents.

My mom did not recive extra assistance that was expected, and it took too long to get help getting up. It is a nice place, and they make a really good effort. Things were done very well. The food was very good, and they make fresh soup and everything was freshly made. We didn't get the value for extra services. They made her feel special on her birthday. Overall, in general they are very nice people to deal with.

I was impressed with everything they had to offer. The staff were great, and the rooms were very roomy. They would even allow family to stay the night in our loved one's room, and this was a great feature. During the tour the residents seemed to be on a different care level than what my loved one would need.
