The director was good during our loved ones stay, the nursing director was excellent and all the individualized care shown to our loved one that came from the CNA's was excellent. They really did care about my husband. The meals are facility food which is to be expected but overall the meals weren't bad. It was expensive but compared to other communities in the area the value was better that expected.

The staff and their care services have been really good so far. The meals used to be really good but because they recently switched chefs the meals are kind of a hit or miss. They do have a lot of activities aside from their daily activities, we enjoy that they bring in live entertainment. We feel like the rooms and gathering areas are nice and spacious.

The prices were raised recently for each month. My loved one is happy here and cared for. The staff are in communication with the family if there any concerns. Coloring, painting, music, games and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. The staff are good at keeping the resident as engaged as possible.

My mother resides at Benchmark and I can honestly say that it has been the best decision of my life! The staff is so amazing! I wanted a place that is just like home, well I found it. The whole place knows your name and they know how to make your loved one feel accepted. With ALZ it is not easy on both my mom and us but BSL is there if I have any questions or concerns. I also LOVE all the activities. My mom calls me and raves about the bus tour they just went on to the beach or a tour around town. She loves that she can get out and see the world. I made the decision to go to BSL and I am so happy I made the choice. They all are an amazing group of people!

My name is Jim Lynch Jr. I moved my dad into Haverhill Crossing in early July 2021. I had no idea where to look for assisted living so I asked friends and searched the internet and the name Haverhill Crossing kept coming up as the place that people spoke so highly about. I wanted my dad to be in a good place. He is a very active 90 year old who was a runner up until last year. My first interview with Haverhill Crossing my dad and I were super impressed. The transition was very easy and my dad is very happy. He loves his apartment and said the food is delicious. My dad had hundreds of tee shirts from races he won that we didn't know what to do with and the activities director said let us make him a quilt the women here would love to make it for him. They did and my father was very happy. It was very special for his running friends and our family. My dad is very happy now and that's what's important to me. I want to say Thank You to all the staff at Haverhill Crossings for my dad's care.

It's been nearly 3 years since my mom has been residing at Chelmsford Crossings. During the last 2 challenging covid years, all I can say is THANK YOU to the community for keeping her safe! I appreciate the genuine care and concern the C.C. Team has toward each resident. From nursing, aides to dining staff & housekeeping they all take an interest & connect with each & every resident. The environment is extremely friendly which is very welcoming and gives that "family feeling" atmosphere. I also must mention , what a comfort it is to have nursing check in with mom and communicate any concerns that arises. I'm very grateful for these sets of eyes! To fulfill one's day, a variety of activities are offered. Live entertainment is LOVED by all and my mom enjoys bridge, book club and trivia. As our love ones age, we only want what is best for them. For mom & myself Chelmsford Crossing's is what's BEST. It truly give me Peace of Mind!

Love it, no hesitation having someone go there. They seem to be very happy.

This is a wonderful place for your older family member to live out their older years in a place where they will be polite, friendly and keep their minds active. They have activities like singers, movies, veterans day celebrations, new year celebrations, cocktail hours and more to keep the residents busy and engaged at this community.

We chose Evans Park because it just seemed homier and it did not smell at all. The food is sometimes a mixed bag, but it is not horrible by any means. The room my mom has is beautiful and spacious. She has a little kitchenette as well. They painted it the colors she wanted and put in new flooring before she moved in. [name removed] does not say no to anything, it is always a yes. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

I want to just say that this Assisted Living facility and it's staff are phenomenal. From the front desk to the Executive Director, my parents and family have been treated with the utmost respect and heartfelt care. Before my parents moved in Evans Park even spent time with me and my brother to learn more about our parents: where they were born, how they grew up, how they spent their lives, what their likes and dislikes are and much more. Best of all, each staff person then uses this information to relate to our parents in a caring and personalized way. It is as if they are now a part of an extended family of caring friends. My parents are thriving like never before.

Right away we knew this was going to be a great community for our loved one, they felt very comfortable right away. It is a very homey community and we would recommend The Branches to other families.

The location of the facility was great for our family. Also it wasn't some huge place, it was homey and had a garden area which was perfect for my mom. They have a lot of things to do to help stimulate the residents and keep them active and engaged. My mother is loving the activities, she is doing things she never thought she would do. I have seen a night and day difference in her in just a matter of months. It is expensive, but it is worth every penny. I would definitely recommend them.

I toured Carriage Green and thought it was a nice place. we chose another community because it felt more homey.

They made not only my father to feel welcome but the whole family. They really where fabulous. The staff learned our names very quickly, where so pleasant every time we were there. The staff was wonderful.

The staff are attentive to the resident's needs. You are able to go to bed at night, and not worry about your loved one, knowing they are being taken care of. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Chair exercises, readings, trivia questions, decorate for holidays, and more for activities for the residents to patriciate in.

This has been a great place for my loved one. There is a homey feel to the community and great accommodations for the residents. The rooms are light, bright, and new. Exercise, happy hour, entertainment, games, arts and crafts and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from. There is continually care from low to high care levels.

When I first approached my dad with the idea of assisted living, he was more open to it than I expected. Greystone Farm gave us the tour, and they spent a lot of time explaining things. At the end, he said "Yeah, I can see myself living here." Which completely surprised me. From the day he moved in until today, almost every day he tells me how much he likes it there, or how great this or that person is. I've been very happy with them and don't feel guilty about leaving him him here. He is so much better off. He's not alone, and he is very well taken care of. He really likes the aides and especially the nurses. His only complaints have been small and center around the food. He tells me they give him too much food. And then with Covid when food is delivered to his room, his CocaCola comes as a can of generic version, whereas in the dining room, it's true fountain CocaCola. But we can easily work around those things! Other than that, he is very happy there. It has been the prefect solution for him. People are in and out checking on him all day, but he doesn't feel like he's being watched. He has his own apartment, so when people come in, it's like a mini visit, and then they go. It has been wonderful for me being close by to Dod so I can do the same, drop in for a moment as often as I want or need to. I think it's very expensive, but he's getting all of these services that are so beneficial. And his happiness and wellbeing is the most important thing to me. He doesn't do a lot of the activities, but he really enjoys when they bring in different musicians - pianists violinists, etc. It has been a really great move for him and everyone in our family.

They really made an effort to make my father feel welcomed on his first day. They are very responsive and took care of all of our needs for our loved one.
