My experience has been great so far, it is a wonderful place. I am all settled in and everything is great. Its wonderful love with friends and activities. And the staff is so understanding of our needs.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience but the price was a la cart so it was just going to get to expensive for us

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff were wonderful to work with, if we had questions or concerns. The community worked well with hospice, as well. All the staff were warm, considerate, kind, and caring towards the family and our loved one.

I thought Church Hill Village was a beautiful place, but it was a lot more money than the place we chose.

This is a wonderful place. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The friendliness, attention by the staff to the residents and the spaciousness of the areas are all wonderful. There are quite a few activities for the residents to participate in. There is a small dining room for the residents to eat the three meals served daily.

It took my father 2 months to adjust. He was also grieving the loss of my mother after being married for 71 years. The staff at Orchard Estate are very caring and helped him in the grieving process. I can now say after 3 months he has adjusted well.

The facility and the staff are both great. I like that you do not have to buy in and you only have to give 30 days notice if you want to move out. My mom has really enjoyed her time here so far and we would definitely recommend Benchmark Senior Living to others

I would tell others about the emphasis the staff places on community value and safety for those who are residents there. In addition to the care, compassion, and attention to detail that all folks working on the care team provide for every level of care. Whether it's administrative care or coordinative care, they're all working together to ensure the residents are well cared for. I'm very very impressed with what's been going on there.

The staff, and the director particularly, are exceptionally empathetic to your situation. They gave us endless time and contact. The care has been wonderful. They're very quick to respond to the needs and issues of the residents. They've communicated well with any Covid-related information. The facility is nice, easy to get around, and well lit. The hallways have decorative wainscoting that actually has handles the residents can hold onto as they walk the hallways. And it just has a very homey feel to it.

The feeling of community started way before my physical visit to Evans Park. It started with my first conversation with [name removed]. There was an overall feeling of caring about the residents and the quality of life they would provide. Next came the tour. Upon entering there was an immediate feeling of being welcome and being home. I could picture my dad being happy in this community. They stress safety, cleanliness and socialization. The facility is immaculate. There are numerous places along the hallways to sit down for a brief rest on their way somewhere else. There are multiple alcoves decorated like warm comfortable rooms for quiet contemplation or getting together with new friends for a chat. A fully equipped PT fitness center is on site and available for residents use. An All Day Dining menu as well as daily lunch and dinner specials is a huge plus. Everywhere I looked there people engaged in activities. Finish all of that with a highly qualified and welcoming staff. . A++

We are very happy with our experience. The staff are great to work with when in person, if I have to leave a voicemail or email the return can be a little slow. The community is able to provide medication management, and bathing as some care available for the residents. There seems to be a lot of activities for the residents to choose from.

The care my loved one is receiving has been fine. The only thing I have an issue with is cross communication. They recently had a Covid outbreak and I didn't receive an email. Thankfully my dad wasn't effected and didn't test positive; but it's still surprising that being in a facility, you'd think that they would notify everyone. My dad does compliment the food and he doesn't participate in many activities. He mainly takes part in the happy hour socials, but from what I've seen they have a variety of things to offer their residents. The Branches at Framingham has a good value for the cost. Compared to some of the others I've looked at, they were a bit pricier, but still a decent value. Overall it's been a great experience in the sense that my dad is extremely resistant and they've been patient with him. He's still a bit resistant with care, but I've been trying to remain hands off and allow them to work with him. He has dementia, but is still pretty independent and is living on the assisted side. They've been doing a good job of dealing with him. My dad refers to it as, "The very nice place". When I ask him what he doesn't like about it, he can't pinpoint anything - other than its not his house!

I like it here because I have people here to take care of me.

Happy hour is the best hour. I met a few people who are really friendly. The food is really good.

Everyone is lovely! We have such a good time! I was hesitant to move out of my house, but I am so glad that I did!

Church Hill Village is amazing! Wonderful folks! Tasty food! I love being here with my beautiful bride.

I would not hesitate to recommend the community. My loved one and family had a great experience with Bedford Falls. The attention the staff paid to my loved one and understood my loved one's needs was great. Anytime there was a concern or question the staff would reach out to the family and share what was going on. They made accommodations during my loved one's stay in the community.

For the most part they are willing to work with the family, and it is easy going for the community. The staff communication with the family is very good. The food is pretty good and it looks appetizing, and it includes three meals a day. Medication management and bathing assistance is some of the care the community is able to provide. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We had a very nice tour experience with Bedford Falls. The reason we did not go with this facility was because it was a little more on the expensive side and also the location is in a pretty busy area. We wanted something a little more secluded where our loved one could walk.
