Benchmark Senior Living

Coachman Square is a good place for loved ones. Dad is very happy there. There is lots to do, and the staff is great. The place is clean, and the food is very good.

My loved one loves the food, is very happy, and loves the activities. They were good, with getting my loved one oriented into their new space, and getting them adjusted. They could do better with communicating/explaining to the family about what they're expectations. I'm glad I called A Place for Mom, it was much easier to get in contact with places, and sort things out. It made things much easier to coordinate.

I cannot say enough good about them, they would get more than 5 if I could. I cannot believe the friendliness not only of the staff but the other residents. They have been so patient and make her feel very welcome. Everybody has been so gracious and sweet. If she has any complaints, this makes up for it. It is also a very spacious facility, especially compared to others I have been to. I would recommend them to others looking.

We toured a few different places, and Putnam Farm at Danvers seemed fantastic. It was just significantly more expensive.

What is best about Cabot Park Village? That is an easy one, It's the staff! From the Executive Director on down, everyone here is extraordinarily nice, helpful. Also fun. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The staff is very friendly and competent. I have help when I need it & privacy when I want it. Believe it or not, the food’s good! I like knowing that the medical staff is on top of my health and well-being. Glad to be here… it was a good choice.

It is a very nice place. We feel comfortable with our family member there. We feel he is in a safe place. Now that he is settled in, he likes it and feels the staff is caring and good to him. The process to get him there was relatively easy. We are very happy with The Village at Willow Crossing.

Over all a huge improvement from where my loved one was at before. Our family is pleased with all aspects. The cost increase was well worth it. Mom actually improving, which at 90+ speaks volumes. I would recommend Benchmark Senior Living at Shrewsbury Crossings to others.

In general it was a positive experience. We had my loved one here for a respite stay, not a long-term stay. I would recommend Benchmark at Billerica Crossings to others.

I would highly recommend this community for others loved ones. The staff all around have been helpful, caring and wonderful.

In this past year we faced the reality that it was time to find a new place to call home for our mom. In our search, Benchmark HC stood out in the way they supported our family, with professional care and with empathy and respect too. [name removed]went above and beyond for us even once we moved in! The whole staff continued to follow through with the same standards, going above and beyond for my mom, and for my family through the process of adjusting. The activities are amazing, the director [name removed]and her team are in a league of their own. The nursing staff is also incredible. The whole HC staff has a way of creating a "family feeling" amongst the residents. My siblings and I are grateful to Benchmark HC staff and residents for making my mom, my whole family and me, feel we are home.

I would recommend benchmark senior living at split rock to anyone who is looking for an assisted living community for their loved ones. The staff is kind and friendly always greets you with a smile. You get more bang for your buck and what you pay is well worth it. Issues and concerns are taken care of on a timely and professional manner

Our loved one is in the memory care unit and they are not the best with communication but her nursing staff is wonderful

People are very nice and friendly - the staff will help you any way they can. I have met so many nice people and friends. I enjoy everything I do with all the activities! The meals are very good! I am so happy here.

We chose The Village at East Farms because of the convenient location and it was not far from her home she was familiar with the area. The friendliness of the staff is so incredible, even the residents are extremely friendly as well. It has been a great experience and we would definitely recommend them to others looking.

It has been a great place for mom, the staff are wonderful, mom seems very content. [name removed] the activity director does an amazing job involving all the clients in activities .

I really loved Benchmark on Clapboardtree. The food and activities looked great (better than the place we chose), although it was a little less of a homey environment. And the price point was considerably more.

Tatnuck Park is a beautiful facility, in a really nice location and it was very clean. We cannot say enough good things about the staff members, they are so friendly and helpful. They have really helped our loved one transition and get settled. Every time we come to visit they seem to keep the residents busy with all different activities while keeping them safe. We would definitely recommend Tatnuck Park to other families looking for a community for their loved ones. It is not cheap but we have been really happy.

I felt like everyone genuinely cared about my father's well being, from the receptionists to the aides to the managers and especially the nurses. Very helpful in getting him settled in. They tried to get him engaged in the community, made sure I was aware of what was going on, good and bad. Highly recommend if you have a loved one with dementia.

Overall i would recommend the community, It is not cheap but you get what you pay for, I'm very pleased
