It's a good place for my loved one. I pcked this community because of the convience of the location.

This is a great place. They are very friendly here with a very clean, open, and lighter atmosphere compared to other communities in the area. The staff communication with the family has been great. There is a standard menu or a daily special menu that changes that the residents can choose from. There are three meals a day served to the residents as well. Bingo, bowling, movies, arts and crafts, field trips, religious services, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

The staff is great. Compared to the last place, this seems much warmer, and easier to get around within the community. I feel that, my loved one is better at this facilty. The location is great, the staff is great, and they are very helpful, with getting my loved one out and about, and out of the room.

River Ridge at Avon gets 5 stars for all categories. We would definitely recommend this facility to other families!

The Benchmark Senior Living community really goes above and beyond, we had no problems whatsoever during the duration of our loved ones stay. The staff members were fantastic and anytime we had questions or concerns they always got back to us with a timely response. They really were top notch and we absolutely loved them. One thing we really liked to see is on a day we came to visit they had transportation come in and take the memory care residents out for a day for a change of scenery.

The community, has been nothing but excellent. The value for the money is good, considering that my loved one is getting full time care. It's a wonderful community, the staff is wonderful, and it feels like home. The residents is like family. They have a lot of different, activities, such as singers, bingo night, movie night, crafts, and ice cream socials.

The feedback I would share with others would be positive. The people are very friendly and kind, they help you anytime you need it. They are just wonderful, they really are.

It's a very clean community. There is no complaints on the care services. The interaction with the staff has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. My loved one is much more active.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was great but it was just going to be a lot more money

The food could have been better. The staff was very nice, warm and friendly. One of the staff members could have been nicer.

The staff is great. My loved one does not really like the food. my loved one is getting great care. The facility has been, more than accomodating, very friendly, quick to respond to anything that I may have questions or concerns about, and they are overall really great. In addition, I have had great interaction with the executive chef, who is wonderful.

My Mom lived at the Atrium at Drum Hill for more than five years. She passed away last October. She had Alzheimer’s and or vascular dementia that progressed from relatively mild to pretty debilitating during those five years. During all that time the staff at the Atrium treated her with respect and dignity for which she and I were always grateful. At the same time my Mom was at the Atrium I was also caring for my wife who has Alzheimer’s. Her condition has also progressed during those five years the Atrium was helping me with my Mom. I had my wife in a day care program and after I would drop her off, I’d visit with my Mom. I’d watch how the staff would care for the residents and how they handled difficult situations. I was grateful for the examples and tips I learned from them and I did my best to put in to practice at home with my Wife. I was quite lucky in that respect. While the illness progressed in my Mom, it also progressed in my wife.

Academy Point at Mystic gives our family that peace of mind that our loved one is being taken care of. The staff are extremely friendly and always engaging with the residents - it really gives off that tight knit community. They take care of everybody - if someone does not show up for meal time they still send a staff member to go check on them. Our loved one does not participate in the activities but we do see a ton of different things going on. They are extremely efficient with their transportation service, they have been outstanding and have never let us down. They will take them to other appointments as well as day trips to different restaurant's. It is expensive but you do get a lot for your money and we would 100% recommend this community to other families.

We looked at a number of places for our mother when we felt she was no longer safe living on her own. The senior staff at Evans Park truly stood out as being helpful and genuinely caring. When we toured the facility with and without our mother the staff seemed to know all the residents and to have real relationships with many of them. The residents we met seemed very happy and were welcoming of our mother. The staff was entirely focused on what was best for our mother. Though we ultimately selected a place that was practically next door to my brother's house, my brother, sister and I were enormously impressed by all our interactions with staff at Evans Park, which is why I have gone to the extra effort of writing a review. We would have been very happy to have had our mother there if it weren't quite so far away.

Currently, I am a resident of Tatnuck Park Assisted Living Residence. Having done my due diligence, I picked a winner here. The facility is beautiful. The staff is attentive to all of your needs. 70 percent of people 65 and older will need assisted living before they die. Do your homework and be prepared

My aunt has only been at the local Benchmark community since May of this year, but it has been a very positive experience. I'm familiar with these intuitions because my mom was in two of them and the quality of care is really high here. I really appreciate the nursing staff; they're very attentive to my aunts situation and they have provided very helpful advice on how to manage my aunts care.

I toured The Falls at Cordingly Dam and it was excellent. The people were really great, and they provided me with all of the information I needed. They have an absolutely stunning facility as well. When touring around, what you want is for someone to be candid about their facility, as well as providing you with all the information you need - and they were excellent in that regard. We chose another community because of location, and also because I don't think The Falls would have been a good fit for my loved one, but that's to no fault of the community.

I find everyone there very nice & my father is well taken care of!
