Benchmark Senior Living

EVERYONE is so nice and helpful, from the nurses to house keeping to the receptionist to the dining staff! Lots of activities everyday, very caring nurses & aids. Entertainment at least Once a week. I highly recommend this facility!!!

The Branches of Marlboro is a beautiful community, it is so nice and clean and everything is easily accessible for the residents. We love the layout of the community is very convenient to get from one place to the other. The staff members are so friendly, so helpful and always cheerful. The meals started out to be really good but the quality has gone down some - the service is great but sometimes the meals are served cold and occasionally they have some odd choices. Our loved one has been really happy so far and she loves playing bingo several times a week and there is musical entertainment quite often. This community is overall quality living for seniors .

We had a great tour and thought Coachman Square was a beautiful facility. It was very large and they had a lot of great amenities and activities offered for the residents. I did notice that most residents I saw had a private aid with them which made me nervous because I know how expensive that is. I did not think the staff to resident ratio was adequate.

The interaction with the staff has been positive. We picked this community, because we felt comfortable with the staff and it was a good location. It's been a positive experience. I would recommend to other families.

We were extremely satisfied with this facility. My loved one received top quality care, we couldn't have asked for any better. The staff was wonderful. I've never met such nice people. They are a great group here. The food was very good. My loved one wasn't able to participate in any of the activities, so I can't rate that one. But I can say that they seemed to have things going on all the time and it looked like the residents were enjoying themselves. Housekeeping was great. Communication with the family was excellent and they always answered when I called. This facility was just excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends. I'm saving up to be able to live here when my time comes!

We had a good tour at The Village at Brookfield Common. I thought it was an excellent facility and on an even par with the other places that we toured. Because they were all so similar to one another, my family member simply chose based on her preferred location.

My family member is very happy with the activities and with the care she's getting at The Village. The facility itself is excellent. They could just improve on the food (she would like to see better quality).

I toured this facility and it was nice. It's newer and more expensive than some of the other places in the area. Everyone was friendly. They seemed to offer a good variety of activities. They really took their time with us during the tour, I didn't feel rushed at all.

They are excellent. It is well worth the money. The communication with me is unbelievable, they are taking good care of my loved one. They are very loving and caring. We picked this community becasue the staff is lovely, the faciliy is emaculate. They are pleasure to deal with.

The Branches is a very nice, exceptionally clean place. The staff are wonderful and take great care of residents and keep them engaged in various activities. And my mom seems to really enjoy it there. Our family is very pleased with The Branches, and we are thankful we found such a nice place for her to live.

I toured this facility and it was lovely! We really liked it. The Director was great. The grounds are beautiful.

What really sticks out to me at this facility are both the friendliness and pleasant surroundings. The staff are all friendly and always pleasant. Anyone around will help you if you have a question or are trying to find your way around. I like visiting here!

The have thoughtful caregivers in such numbers that the residents are cared for properly and promptly. The staff communication with the family has been very good. Suggestions are made and they communicate with the doctor when they have medication suggestions.

We connected with admissions at the get go. I really liked how they handled our situation. The staff worked extremely hard to take care of my husband. Unfortunately my husband refused most of the care and that's why we had to move him. I would totally recommend Benchmark in Woburn. They were really helpful when my husband got stuck in the hospital.

we decided not to move our loved one here due to some complications so unfortunately no feedback in the facility. However their team was incredibly helpful compassionate and understanding through the whole process. Great communicators.

Our tour with MiddleBrook Farms at Trumball went very well. The tour guide was on time and did a great job of showing us all around and explaining everything thoroughly. The location was the only issue, they needed to move closer to my brother who does not travel and he lives in another state and can check on them more. Other than that, I don't think the tour could have gone any better!

I'm still transitioning and adjusting but the community is great and I like it here. I am very happy

The staff is wonderful, always checking in on my mom and seeing how she is doing. Tries to get her to go to the activities, but my mom can't sit too long. But they do Bingo and have singers come in which she does seem to like. She likes some of the food and some she doesn't. The housekeeping of her room we had a few issues. The housekeeper was sick so she wasn't cleaning the bathroom. There were stains around the toilet and she wasn't vacuuming. We did get that fixed after about 3-4 weeks of complaining. I go twice a week to help my mom shower. The housekeeper broke a part in the shower and it took 3 weeks for them to fix it. It seems like the manager of the maintenance department likes to talk more than work. But overall we like it and it has taken my mom a little longer to adjust.

All around it was a great experience. The personality of the staff is what really stuck out, they are very helpful and make you feel like you are at home. The food was fantastic, they had a lot of great activities, and the value was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Benchmark to others! (try their chocolate chip cookies, they are TO DIE FOR).

The tour we had with Crescent Point at Niantic was great, we liked this facility very much. It was too large for my loved one whose dementia was causing her to deteriorate, so we wanted something smaller. It was also very expensive. This would have been our second choice if a room did not open at a smaller facility, from everything we saw the place looked great.
