Benchmark Senior Living

My dad is currently a resident at Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossings. It's a great place and exactly what my dad needs at this point in his life. The housekeeping is very attentive and the nursing staff works very well with my dad's doctors and pharmacy to administer his meds properly. I haven't actually tasted any meals, but they look delicious and well prepared. Communication with the family is excellent. I would highly recommend Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossings to anyone. Assisted Living places are expensive, but I can sleep at night knowing that my dad is in a great place.

My dad is currently a resident at Capitol Ridge at Providence and his experience at this facility has been great so far. I am so happy that he is there! My dad loves everyone at this facility! The move in process was very accommodating. The food and selections are creative and they have available alternative choices. It's such a treat! The staff is always friendly. The cleaning/housekeeping is prompt and accurate. Again, my dad loves it here. Thank you for taking such great care of him! I would recommend Capitol Ridge at Providence to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Putnam Farm at Danvers and it's been a fantastic experience at this facility so far! We loved this facility even when we first toured it. This facility has a very kind and proactive staff. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, food, activities and value for cost are also great. I would recommend Putnam Farm at Danvers to others whole heartedly!

Our experience with The Atrium At Drum Hill has been very positive so far. The visitors who have gone to see my dear friend have stated that the facility has been very clean and that the staff has been very friendly and helpful to everyone. My dear friend has told me time and time again how great the food is and that he knows how hard the people work. The Executive Director has been especially good with making my dear friend feel wanted and needed with having him work in the resident garden because he has always been an outdoor person. He feels very good when the Director asks him to help her with anything outside.

I would give a 10 if I had that option!!! Never any lingering odors or anything negative. They couldn't e any better! Cooperative and go the extra mile for Residents and their Families Another area that I would give a 10! That goes along with the Friendliness of the staff and nurses Another 10! I wish they had more options with activities. Food is good and I love the fact that they bring 2 choices of meals for the resident to see before choosing. They always have alternates available for those that can't choose or have special dietary needs. It's expensive, but worth it based on the excellent care they give to each and every Resident. Unfortunately for many, they don't take Medicare or Medicaid, and private pay may be depleted while a resident still needs the kind of care they receive at the Arbors. My Husband is treated with dignity, respect, and tender care by all the staff. It's a warm, comforting place where everybody knows your name.

There is nice places on the floor to be while visiting my dad, there is a beautiful sunroom my dad loves they put the tv on at breakfast with songs and beautiful scenery to look at, on the floor they have different area with military stuff, baby stuff, music instruments nice things they can relate too. The cost rating is because he needs so much care

Honestly, the only thing that I am slightly disappointed about is the quality of food. Having been in these facilities with my mom as well as working at [name removed] in Newburyport I know that this food can be done well. It falls short at Benchmark. I don't know if it is a staffing issue is the problem. I know like everywhere they suffer from being short staffed from time to time. I think the team as a whole is incredible. I am very happy with Benchmark. And highly recommend the facility and all it had to offer!

I'd say the facility is lovely, and the staff is compassionate and well trained. We picked this community over other places, due to Mom's care needs, all but one other place turned us down. However, The Atrium had been our first choice all along. We felt lucky to have Mom there.

Our family had an in person tour with The Atrium and it was a 5 absolutely! We loved it. It's our first choice for Dad, we just aren't quite there yet. The fact that it specializes in memory care is important. Other combo assisted living facilities don't have the amount of coverage and schedule Atrium has

The staff at Benchmark Senior Living at Leominster Crossings go out of their way to make you feel welcome and safe. The housekeeping, sometimes you need to call and have them come and clean an area. Communication with the family is exceptional. They keep you informed about anything out of the ordinary. For example: flooding in the area, they let families know our loved ones were safe. The move in process was well coordinated, we had no issues. The food is exceptional. I would recommend this facility highly.

I am confident that my parents are well cared for in by well trained, caring people.Would definitely recommend. The staff on the memory unit seems to know each resident's likes and dislikes and their distinct personalities. They are receptive to our bringing special foods that our parents like. One negative might be that they cannot meet special dietary needs, ie, lactose or gluten intolerance. I don't know about diabetic diets.

The staff is wonderful! They are so friendly, helpful and just genuinely nice people ready to assist with any issue that arises. The housekeeping is great! The wash is taken and brought back right away; the cleaning is swift yet thorough; communication is perfect; the move in process was easy, everyone helped however they could to make my mom feel at home. She was brought a lovely welcome bouquet of flowers by [name removed], the Senior Director of Community Relations, and [name removed], the Dining Services Director, brought a lovely tray of sandwiches to the room for us to have while unpacking. My mother loves the food! I was worried because she likes to have certain things and she is so pleased with the daily choices. I would recommend this facility 100 times over in every way! It is a lovely place to live!

My loved one is a resident at The Arbors of Shelburne and everything has been great for her at this facility. The Arbors is top notch on all counts. The staff are outstanding. The one thing that I take away from all of the other facilities is that none seemed to have as professional of a staff as The Arbors of Shelburne. I think the physical appearance of other facilities might be fancier, more hotel like, but we were more concerned on the quality of care and so far I think we made the right decision. I would highly recommend The Arbors of Shelburne to family and friends.

We picked this community, because of the excellent staff. Attractive surroundings. Fine accommodations and nice rooms. It was for my father who was particular.Would recommend it without doubt.

We picked this community because I knew people already there. Liked the atmosphere and the staff as soon as I first walked in. Thought it was a great value for the money compared to a traditional nursing/rehab facility. I would tell a friend "Do not hesitate to place a loved one at Waltham Crossings"

My family decided to make The Atrium at Drum Hill my mom's new home with the goal of her being more engaged with daily life. The change has been amazing. Although she has a quiet nature, she interacts with staff and residents throughout the day. She shows her sarcastic sense of wit but staff and residents alike tell me what a kind, caring woman she is. They have connected with the true nature of my wonderful mother and her family and friends are forever grateful.

Everything has been wonderful so far for my 92 year old loved one. She was living alone in Brooklyn without anyone to care for her. She now has a lot of mental stimulation and care. She loves the food and the care seems great to me. The price is expensive, but at her stage of life worth it. It is a nice, clean and bright facility and is just the right size -- not too big where she could be lost or too small. I would recommend this facility to others.

We would recommend a friend, visits and talk to the administrators and take a tour. My friend chose this community because of the location/proximity, beautiful and spacious rooms, kindness and professionalism of staff and finance and overall cost.

My wife passed away on [date removed]. The staff at Capitol Ridge at Providence were al very friendly and there were many great accommodating. My wife was unable to participate in the activities because she was in pain most of the time. She was sent to [facility name removed] nursing rehab where she died. Based off of our experience, I would recommend Capitol Ridge to others.
