Benchmark Senior Living

We were only there a short time, maybe around 3 months. However our loved one was happy there and the staff treated him well.

There were additional requisite care services that we needed to fund on our own that were not offered through benchmark. Regarding value for cost, the rates were expensive for our budget. It was the most convenient to get to from our own living arrangements. I appreciated how respectful and cordial staff were in providing care. This was a difficult adjustment for our family, and all persons involved made the transition easier and more comfortable for all of us.

I would recommend if you can afford it. We picked this community because, it's a good location, continuous dining 7 am to 7 pm, and attractive facilities. It's very friendly and homey, but expensive. They keep in very close touch with family of residents.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with The Atrium at Faxon Woods. The staff are kind, helpful, and caring. Everyone is friendly. The community is always clean when we visit our loved one. We have been really impressed how the nursing staff kept us informed and up to date about our loved one. The meals and dining need some improvement. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

5 stars for all! We are very satisfied with our experience at Bedford Falls. The staff are what stick out the most about this facility, they are al very attentive and caring towards the residents. Another reason we chose this facility over others was because in the double, the bedrooms had doors and the facility is not too large. The staff were all super nice and residents seemed to be well cared for.

We've had a great overall experience at The Village at East Farms. It's a good place with caring people and good food. Needs more activities though.

I have seen firsthand that Arbors residents are well cared for. They are clean and ready for the day ahead. I love watching the staff interact with residents. The courtyards are beautiful and everyone is outside getting fresh air. Activity workers are always busy keeping everyone active.

Split Rock is a fantastic facility. My mother has been a resident in the Assisted Living for almost 1 year. The staff is attentive and very professional putting their resident’s needs as a priority every day. The nursing staff does a tremendous job in monitoring and assisting in medications and care. The resident aides treat my mother with attentiveness, patience and compassion as if they were caring for their own mother. The activities staff is creative and interactive with the residents providing much appreciated social activities. Executive staff is approachable and engaging with family members. Walking in is like coming home.

Our family had an in person tour with Greenwich Farms, and [name removed] was very helpful. The community isvery nice but to big and overwhelming and there standard would have place my stepmother in memory care.

What our family likes most about Benchmark Senior Living at Robbins Brook is the helpful staff members. Our mother in law is very happy with the different activities, the different meals that are prepared and the staff members. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Very depressing at first not having experience with senior living facilities. [Name removed] was excellent. And just to clarify, it wasn't [name of community removed] that was depressing, just seeing the tenants different conditions and second guessing putting mom in there.

What we really like about this community is the staff members, they are very friendly and very eager to please. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Edgehill, a CCRC to other families looking for a community for their loved ones

I was appointed guardian of my father as he was no longer able to care for himself. My dad was diagnosed with dementia and he could not stay in his home alone anymore because he was not safe. I do not live in New Hampshire and moving my dad to my state was not an option because his life and friends are here. I couldn't be selfish and think about what would be easier for me but instead to think about what would be best for dad. I started the process of looking for a nursing home and this not an easy task. I interviewed several nursing homes looking for the right fit for dad. When I interviewed The Arbors and scheduled a tour I knew I had found the right forever home for my dad. [names removed] and the rest of the staff do an amazing job. They are all awesome. Maggie. the resident dog is the sweetest too. My dad loves dogs so she is a bonus. The Arbors treat my dad like a king and it gives me such piece of mind to know that he is well taken care of and safe.

We looked at four facilities and Benchmark was the only one without a locked ward. My husband can walk all day to his heart's content as the building is designed in a big circle. Every staff member knows all the clients and greet them by name. The level of personal attention and cheerfulness of the staff is endearing. Dining staff are attentive to a fault on particular needs and preferences of the clients. Professional staff are accessible and accommodating.

We picked this community, because the age of patients was on the younger side. I love the facility, staff and care by everyone. They have small dining room tables of 2-4. Aides helping were needed. My family is happy with the place.

My family and I visited The Arbors in Bedford recently for a tour and we were met with such an amazing staff and extremely clean facility! It was clear how much goes into each resident that they care for and what fun activities they offer to keep everyone engaged. Definitely a place I would feel easy about with caring for a loved one.

The staff at The Arbors is pleasant and welcoming. I love the brightness of the community and how residents aren’t in a small confined space on the ground floor - like a lot of other assisted livings. Programming is always hard at creating fun experiences. I love their Facebook posts. I find their pricing to be good and fair.

The staff are very dedicated to the residents happiness and comfort. The atmosphere is friendly. The food is excellent. I went to multiple places and this was more affordable and I liked the fact that there were lots of people around down on the first floor . Some participating in activities and others just sitting together. It was a friendly busy atmosphere.

Moved our mother here after a bad experience elsewhere. They are so caring and are like a family. The staff rarely changes, which is so important and telling if a facility like this. The food is decent and they are constantly doing activities. They rarely watch TV except for movie night and maybe before bedtime. I'm so happy we moved my parent here. It's disturbing how bad the place she came from ended up being.

In our circumstance, I can't image dealing with my wife 's needs in any other way. The staff are great at providing personal attention coupled with real friendliness and caring.
