My mother was not an easy case, and the staff at The Village took very good care of her, the best that they could. I was very satisfied with the amount of daily activities that she was able to participate in, and the food was fantastic, surprisingly good!

My wife, [name removed], and I searched the Metrowest area for a place for her mother, [name removed]. She had been living alone and we knew she needed better care. Our visit to Branches showed us a place we thought was right for her. [name removed] moved in at the beginning of November and the past four months have shown that this is the right place for her. All facets of Branches are positive and supportive. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The dining staff has gotten [name removed] to eat breakfast, a meal she had bragged about “not caring for”. The PT program has improved her mobility. Thus overall positive attitude and action have helped [name removed] a great deal! The residents have reached out to her and she has some people she enjoys as dining friends. This is a great improvement for [name removed] as she had been reluctant to do it, in the past. [name removed] and I couldn’t be more pleased with [name removed] adjustment and improved sense of self. We feel we made the right choice and have recommended Branches to others!!

I am pleased that the staff cares for my elderly father and I trust that he receives the best food and services available. They helped him transition from a retirement community into assisted living effortlessly which relieved his stress and anxiety, and ours! Forever grateful. We are very blessed to find him a safe and caring home.

The building is cleanly, open and beautiful. The layout is well thought out. Dining and activity participation is wonderful to keep my loved one entertained and socially engaged. The entire team of staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My mom, who has since passed, was a resident for years here. I can’t thank the Branches team enough for their special impact at the end of her life. All of the nurses are wonderful but I would like to make a honorable mention for nurse [name removed]. She touched my mother and our hearts by going above and beyond with her compassion and insight when we were struggling with mom’s transitions. Thank you Branches!

I would recommend The Atrium at Cardinal Drive. The staff are caring and professional.

Three things that stood out to us about this facility: 1. the location, 2. the feeling of the facility, and 3. the friendliness. The staff are great. My loved one really likes the food and likes not having to worry about cooking.

My 94 year old aunt has been living at Willow Crossing in Mansfield for the past 2 years. The care is excellent and everyone there is kind and compassionate. I could not be happier with her care. The process of touring and getting my aunt situated there was easy and they helped every step of the way. If you researching places for your loved one, Do not overlook Willow Crossing!

The care and kindness from the staff from top to bottom is exceptional. The apartment that was available check off all the boxes that was desired for a living environment. Food offerings and quality of food is excellent. Overall community atmosphere, friendliness of residents, activities & services provided on site are wonderful. My father's physical & mental health has done a complete 360.

I would recommend you make sure you are aware of the community fee. I wasn't aware of this until the day my loved one was moving into the community. I would also make sure you check with your insurance company to make sure you are aware of any specifics they need from you or the community. The staff communication with the family was wonderful! The community was great for my loved one because of the care they received. My loved one was happy while they were here.

Greenwich Farms was great about getting my grandmother moved in when her former Assisted Living Facility wouldn't take her back after a hospital stay. They are incredibly helpful and informative, and the care and environment are great.

What we really like about Carriage Green at Milford is the meals , variety of activities and the caring staff. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Our loved ones situation is very complication - she has autism and a form of dementia which can be very difficult to handle. However the staff members we do believe have been doing their best to care for our loved one. We appreciate that given the difficulty they don't kick out loved one out, but instead they are willing to do whatever it takes.

My loved one likes the food. We picked this community because of the high level of care that they provide, and receiving better care than the nursing home. It is a high end assisted living community. It was less expensive and affordable. It has been a great transition. They have been very accomodating, and communicative. I would recommend to other families.

Choosing The Branches of Marlboro was the best decision for our mom. It's such a cheerful place. Bright and accommodating. We have had a great experience. My mom is thriving. Making friends. Caring about her appearance! Very engaged. The staff is wonderful. Honestly I can't say enough about The Branches. It was such a hard decision, and we thought she'd be so unhappy. At first she was, but now she tells us stories about her friends. And she seldom complains of pain anymore.

This was a good community. My loved one wanted a more homey feel to it.
