My mother is happy there and I enjoy having her close to me. I would definitely recommend this community. The staff and residents are very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent and the building is kept clean with no odor.

They get 5 stars all day! I am so sorry that we are having to leave. :( The staff is extremely helpful with not only the residents, but with the families as well. It really is the next best place to being home. The facility looks a lot like an actual apartment complex and does not have that hospital type setting.

I rate them 5 on all categories All staff in my experience have been professional, kind, caring, and helpful. From the receptionist to business office to caregivers and dining staff all were very competent and seemed to really be invested in making Carriage Green a welcoming, safe and comfortable experience for the residents. The building is clean, maintained and easily accessible for all. And for us it is very convenient just off the Highway exit 36 with plenty of parking.

Very well staffed. My mother is always well dressed and cared for. She is oftentimes found in the activities room or television room. The food is very good. The nurses on duty pay attention to even small complaints like arthritis and try and make my mother comfortable

They do a very good job here. All of the staff have been very professional, staff and residents are nice people. The apartment sizes are larger than I expected, I am very comfortable. I would recommend New Pond Village to others looking, it is a good place.

I spent a month at Orchard Valley for respite care. I entered in a wheelchair. Progressed to a walker. And walked out barely using a cane for balance. My studio apartment was very nice and the food was restaurant quality, especially breakfast and dessert. Breakfast was what you wanted and cooked to order. The staff was efficient, caring and friendly. They actually threw a farewell Happy Hour party for me the day before I went home. I was sorry I needed it but thank God places like this exist when we need them! Thanks and bless you!

The Branches of Marlboro is a great place, and the staff members there are wonderful. They take them out in their van, they get ice cream or donuts. Go to look at places, just get out!! They have daily indoor activities like artwork, art projects, singing and dancing, exercises. They really make an effort to get everyone involved on a daily basis, no one is just laying in their bed all day.

Tatnuck Park at Worcester seemed more homey and not so institutionalized. The staff are very caring and helpful. The facility is kept up and very clean and organized. The room sizes are good for what they need. I would very much so recommend Tatnuck Park to others looking.

It looked like a beautiful facility. My loved one, has a 1 bedroom with kitchenette, and it is quite nice. Of course, not what she was used to, but very adequate for her needs. She has been joining in some of the activities, which is a bonus as she had lost her few contacts over the past years for various reasons. It's good to hear of her participation.

Our experience with Greystone Farm at Salem has been all very positive. The staff always informs us of any issues good or bad constantly & are very informative. Mom loves the food. unfortunately we have to tell her she's in rehab. The staff members are so comforting for us because we know she's being taken care of all the time. It is a perfect location which is around the corner to the dining room, activity room & one of the outdoor patios.

Based on the experience our family has had so far with The Village at East Farms, it is a great place for your family members that your care about! The staff members there are great to work with, they are very patient and caring. The community is clean and the food prepared is good. However we do wish it costed a little less, but it is cheaper than most similar places.

Capital Ridge is filled with employees who truly have a heart for service and care about the people who live there. The team of workers work hard to accommodate and provide an atmosphere of home. There is freedom, safety, social opportunities, activities, good food, and different levels of care to meet needs. My Father is living there at an independent level, and he is doing so much better that he was all alone after the loss of my mother of 60 years. He can still come and go, as he golfs, drives, and visits our family nearby. And we can come and visit with him, as the staff welcomes us with open arms. He can even invite friends and family to join him for dinner, and I think that's pretty cool. Thank you Capital Ridge.

Carriage Green at Milford was wonderful. . . My mom was only there a month before she passed away. . . But it was a great place. . . Great people. . . Great care.

My mom is very happy here. The staff is amazing. The activities are fantastic. The food is great and the quality of care is excellent. Based on the experience we have had so far, yes we have already recommend the community to others and will continue to do so. When I'm ready I'd love to live here too.

We have had a great experience with assisted living at MiddleBrook Farms. [name removed] is awesome, great location, the facility is very clean, and the staff is friendly.

My mother lived at Orchard Valley until her passing earlier this year. She really enjoyed all of the activities especially bingo and cooking in the country kitchen. The staff is wonderful and treat all of tds he residents with compassion and respect. My mother's apartment was beautiful. She really liked it and the building and grounds are kept up immaculately. The meals were fabulous.

We would recommend it. We had an excellent experience. We picked this community, because it was close to family, a small facility, and had memory care only.

We have had a great experience with The Atrium at Veronica Drive. They took the worry out of caring for my loved one. I would tell others that their family member would be safe and comfortable here.

My family and I have been attempting to get my sister in law into assisted living. She is reluctant as so many people are in making this important life change. However, the people at Sunrise at Stamford were consistently available and caring. They took the time to meet with us repeatedly and handle all of my sister in law's apprehensions. The facility is beautiful. The staff is warm and friendly. And the exterior is pleasing to the eye. Thanks to [name removed] and [name removed] for all their help.

Benchmark really impressed me initially when I first started looking because I could see how the staff worked as a team, which is important for keeping a facility like that running smoothly The staff are highly engaged and genuinely care about the wellbeing of the residents. They are very professional and open to working with family members to ensure needs are met. I've only seen the studio which is what my loved one has, but it is a good size, and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. It also has a walk in shower, toilet with grab bars and accessible bathroom sink.
