All of the staff at The Village at South Farms has bee amazing! They are helpful and friendly as well as astute!

They really get to know the individual and make a lot of effort for that person to feel at home. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families if they are able to afford it.

when it comes to the value for cost the are costs in getting regardless of facility are higher than expected- this facility did a good job with explaining and finding options. we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My loved one is currently a resident at Ashland Farm at North Andover and overall her experience at this facility has been good so far. The staff friendliness is good and they try hard. My daughter and I both work in the healthcare industry and we know how hard it is to get help and how low the pay can be. But it always helps to have nice people. There are some areas that need improvement, but overall things are not bad. We have addressed a few concerns with them and they always corrected the problem. I wish the activities were better, but I understand. Also, one of the girls at the front desk is not pleasant. I would think that you would want someone pleasant when you first come into the facility. She is not. The other woman is very nice and pleasant.

I would highly recommend Sturges Ridge of Fairfield to others. The staff is very friendly and caring. I feel like I'm part of the community every time that I visit. The nursing team informs me of all changes in my father's health on the same day and provide regular general status of his care needs, whether there is a change or not. The meals are no worse or better than any other facility I looked at, but the facility itself is in top shape compared to others at a similar price range. All care options and levels are clearly spelled out, so there are no additional cost surprises.

Very friendly staff and a nice inviting atmosphere. We picked this community because it was close to Concord, MA and had great communication with [name removed] about the community there. So helpful !

My dad passed away after less than a month at Benchmark, and the staff was very kind and helpful. My mo. Is very happy at Benchmark and has adjusted beautifully. She has friends, activities, exercise and her stress is minimal. They have changed our life in a positive way

The front line care workers are wonderful: Caring and very hard working.The management and professional staff are very responsive to any concerns. EVERYONE knows the residents' names within days. They make the residents feel safe, welcome and special.

My mother made this decision on her own. I went to check out the placement once she was settled. Staff are prompt to reply in event of emergency issues. My mother doesn't care for all the activities & I encourage her to talk with program staff. Cost is high, but understand that each feature she has comes with a cost. Knowing she is safe gives me peace of mind living far away

My loved one is currently a resident at The Village at East Farms and everything has been just great for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities, food and value for cost are also great. The care services are excellent and over the top. An example of the over the top care: If an Amazon order is not right, they do the return to Kohl's for me. I'm beyond happy that my loved one is not only getting good care, but everyone there tells me that she is enjoying her life doing lots of activities. That makes me so happy with my choice. I would highly recommend The Village at East Farms to others.

What our family likes the most about the Academy Point at Mystic community is that the staff members made everything very smooth for my parents and siblings. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend this community to others.

Very happy with Waltham Crossings so far! I would say them he food is good, staff are caring and flexible, and the overall feeling of a caring community is present. The administration is especially responsive to needs and has been transparent and helpful in the process. We are pleased that our parents feel safe and cared for (and close to their children in Massachusetts) at Waltham Crossings.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Falls At Cordingly Damn and his experience at this facility has been great so far. We moved him here from a previous facility and things have been so much better here! The programming at this facility is most robust- and the facility is most convenient for me to get to! We have had no issues at this facility, they are very organized and everything is well run!

My dad is currently a resident at Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossings. It's a great place and exactly what my dad needs at this point in his life. The housekeeping is very attentive and the nursing staff works very well with my dad's doctors and pharmacy to administer his meds properly. I haven't actually tasted any meals, but they look delicious and well prepared. Communication with the family is excellent. I would highly recommend Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossings to anyone. Assisted Living places are expensive, but I can sleep at night knowing that my dad is in a great place.

My dad is currently a resident at Capitol Ridge at Providence and his experience at this facility has been great so far. I am so happy that he is there! My dad loves everyone at this facility! The move in process was very accommodating. The food and selections are creative and they have available alternative choices. It's such a treat! The staff is always friendly. The cleaning/housekeeping is prompt and accurate. Again, my dad loves it here. Thank you for taking such great care of him! I would recommend Capitol Ridge at Providence to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Putnam Farm at Danvers and it's been a fantastic experience at this facility so far! We loved this facility even when we first toured it. This facility has a very kind and proactive staff. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, food, activities and value for cost are also great. I would recommend Putnam Farm at Danvers to others whole heartedly!

Our experience with The Atrium At Drum Hill has been very positive so far. The visitors who have gone to see my dear friend have stated that the facility has been very clean and that the staff has been very friendly and helpful to everyone. My dear friend has told me time and time again how great the food is and that he knows how hard the people work. The Executive Director has been especially good with making my dear friend feel wanted and needed with having him work in the resident garden because he has always been an outdoor person. He feels very good when the Director asks him to help her with anything outside.

I would give a 10 if I had that option!!! Never any lingering odors or anything negative. They couldn't e any better! Cooperative and go the extra mile for Residents and their Families Another area that I would give a 10! That goes along with the Friendliness of the staff and nurses Another 10! I wish they had more options with activities. Food is good and I love the fact that they bring 2 choices of meals for the resident to see before choosing. They always have alternates available for those that can't choose or have special dietary needs. It's expensive, but worth it based on the excellent care they give to each and every Resident. Unfortunately for many, they don't take Medicare or Medicaid, and private pay may be depleted while a resident still needs the kind of care they receive at the Arbors. My Husband is treated with dignity, respect, and tender care by all the staff. It's a warm, comforting place where everybody knows your name.

There is nice places on the floor to be while visiting my dad, there is a beautiful sunroom my dad loves they put the tv on at breakfast with songs and beautiful scenery to look at, on the floor they have different area with military stuff, baby stuff, music instruments nice things they can relate too.
