I can say that everything was done to accommodate my mother's comfort and state of health. She improved so much, in fact, that she "graduated" out of The Birches and was able to move into an assisted living facility after 4 months.

The staff, overall, is exceptional! My Dad is in memory care and I can't even begin to tell you how good every member of the staff is there. Communication with family is good. The move in process was seamless. The meals are of good quality, I would like to see them raised up a notch, but the residents seem really happy with the food. I would and have recommended this facility.

We found the whole experience very positive and we're very impressed with the staff and the process. Unfortunately, our mother did not want to be out of her house so she did not remain there, which we truly regretted.

Staff is very friendly and the facility is small enough that they all know your name. They greet residents frequently. It was the only one remotely affordable.

I feel that my FIL is getting the attention he needs. The entire team was over the top helpful in making the transition fast and easy. They are very proactive and responsive. We had a lot of trouble getting all the documentation needed from the Residence at Silver Square ( no surprise) but they remained positive and helpful. I can honestly say I did not think we would be able to get in done in such a short time but the team remained steadfast and we made it happen.

I chose The Village at Brookfield Common for my loved one because of recommendations from friends and clients and just word of mouth. They go out of their way to make you happy here!

I would and I am sure my mother would give each of those categories a 5. She really loves Benchmark, the services and employees. The nurses are very attentive to my mother's needs.

The Atrium is a wonderful place. They have been so kind to my Mom and to my sister and I. Very happy with the care she is getting there and when I'm there visiting her, they are always happy to help!

It's small and comforting! Everyone is kind and cheerful! The food is delicious!

The community is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The nursing staff is on top of all the residents healthcare needs. There are plenty of activities to interest everyone. Our family feels blessed to have found this Assisted Living to care for our parents. We now have peace of mind and can enjoy time with them without having to be full time caregivers.

I am a Deacon from First Congregational Church Cromwell, CT acting in coordination with The Village at Souh Farms activities director to provide a monthly church service for residents at the facility. In terms of organizing the service and accommodations, the staff was very supportive in providing a lovely room for the services, internet access so that music could be brought into the service and putting the service on their activities schedule. I have continually heard from the participating residents just how pleased that this program was arranged for them. In visiting with the residents before and after services, I often hear about their other activities. I was shown pictures of their "Prom Night". The residents seem to enjoy the activities that are provided them. The facility is beautiful and seems to be well taken care of. The room provided for our services is very well suited for our purpose. It is an easy set up and a beautiful relaxing environment which suits our purpose.

I highly recommend, and the staff are amazing.

The facility is very clean!! Extremely handicapped accessible! Bright and cherry! The staff are very helpful. Very eager to please! Very aware of the residents and their needs! Activities got a 4 only because there are exercise opportunities in the morning and not everyone is a morning person. It would be nice to see exercise in the afternoon. It is a peace of mind that they are here.

The facility is very nice. My parents are in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite, which is spacious and has beautiful windows with lots of natural light. The staff is generally very cheerful, kind, patient, and diligent. My favorite story is that they noticed that my father always asked for a second cup of tomato soup, so they just started giving him a bowl automatically every time - It warms my heart that they are paying attention and looking out for him.

We picked Branches for the location. We liked that is was a smaller facility with 54 residents with a homey feeling.The staff are amazing and very caring and kind.

This facility is amazing! The move in was great and the staff are so friendly. We did have some trouble with my mom's room and laundry, but they immediately addressed it and everything was perfect after. The dining is amazing, great food and the friendliest wait staff. I'm sure I'm forgetting to say everything I need to, but very happy to have my mom in such a great place!
