Benchmark Senior Living

I would recommend Benchmark Senior Living at Leominster Crossings to others. The staff that I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful. The move in process was easy. My mother (with Alzheimer’s) unfortunately passed away in December, so my father moved from memory care which he lived with her to the Assisted living side and they were wonderful and so helpful.

Great place for mom. Love the staff! They are incredibly kind to their residents!???? The food is quite good. They have loads of wonderful activities for the residents to participate in if they like. And most importantly, the nurses keep you informed on EVERYTHING that's going on w your loved one.:)

Branches its great community. Very welcoming and care staff. Residents are friendly and approachable. My father's favorite activity is Happy hour in the lounge. Great opportunity to chat with other residents. His other favorite activity is dinning. My father is very picky with food and not shy if it doesn't meet his expectations. He loves the food.

Overall I think it's an amazing place. Unfortunately Mom only lived there 9 days. She had two falls and the second sent her to the hospital. She's fine. Mom needed someone to watch her at all times to be safe. They really tried but they are not with her every second. I made the decision to bring her home to live with me. She's doing great and I'm glad to have her with me to keep her, hopefully, safe. Thank you for checking in. The staff there is truly amazing! I especially loved the way it never felt like your loved one was "locked in". The setup is perfect for people that live there to maintain a feeling of independence.

The staff are very responsive and sensitive to mom's individual needs and idiosyncrasies. If any aspect of her health falls outside of her baseline they respond immediately. Most importantly, the ratio of staff to memory care residents. The overall newness, cleanliness and brightness of the facility is what really drew us in.

What has made Arbors of Bedford such a great experience is the staff. The staff was dedicated to caring for the residents and supporting the family. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Where to I begin to express our gratitude to the entire Arbors of Bedford staff?!!! Our loved one was a resident for 5 1/2 years..let's back cup...my father was there until 2008...spring forward to 2019 when our aunt was a resident. In the meantime at least two or three of my father's nurses were now taking care of our Aunt. It tells you of the loyalty of the staff. Everyone takes their responsibility seriously. You can trust your loved one being well taken care of day and night. Their enthusiasm, love and compassion was at the utmost. After she passed I was missing the staff. Arbors also brought us joy and made a difficult disease so much easier. There is love, laughter, fun and sympathy. We are forever grateful. We have always recommended Arbors to others in our community as they deal with the decision to place their loved one in a residential facility.

Our loved one is very happy at Greenwich Farms at Warwick and we like that the staff really look out for her. It feels homey. Our loved one also has found a nice community of residents for socializing.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Branches of Marlboro and the overall experience has been great. The staff is very friendly and very responsive. The food is actually well made and is tasty. I would definitely recommend The Branches of Marlboro to others.

My aunt was only there about 3 months. She kept falling, going to the hospital, then rehab, then back to Ridgefield Crossings. Then the cycle would start again so I don't have a lot of experiences to comment on. I know the staff was very nice, food was good, and the place was very clean.

Bright and cheerful. Lots of friendly staff. Decent food and many activities. A++

The staff is very professional and effective. My mother has had a very difficult adjustment and her dementia deteriorated rapidly and the organization responded quickly and effectively reflecting their experience and experise.

I will be moving in to Benchmark Senior Living at the end of the month. If I could rate this experience at a 10 out of 5 stars I would. I had no experience with this and no idea what to expect or look for. Working with [name removed] has been great. She has made a stressful time less stressful.. She is patient enough so that any questions I have she answers, like finding a dog sitter and finding a mover. The facility itself is beautiful and they have a lot more to offer than other places I've seen. [name removed] was not a hard sell so I could trust her to be fairly objective. [name removed] and other staff I met were very welcoming. I believe I will be very happy there.

My dad lived in Florida and I live in Connecticut and he developed dementia and I was traveling back-and-forth every 3 to 4 weeks for about six months. We tried to keep Dad in Florida, but with his dementia we wanted to keep him close to us. I have visited many different assisted-living and memory care facilities, both in Florida and Connecticut and I can truly say that the Village at East Farms is a very caring community. The staff is truly amazing and they care about their residents. I feel like I’m at home when I visit my Dad. They really listen to your concerns and work to help both the residents and family member achieve their goals. I would highly recommend them. Also thank you to A Place For Mom for helping me throughout this difficult process. They were amazing and truly caring.

My mom is so very happy at Orchard Valley. The administrative staff is very flexible and easy to work with. My mom loves the food and the many activities that take place. The staff that takes care of her is patient, caring and supportive. She loves her room and they keep everything so clean. She couldn’t be happier.

I did not visit any other facilities. I immediately felt at home at Kensington Place. The community was clean and cheerful. I simply got a good vibe. It was also helpful that my uncle lives right around the corner. The faculty/staff has my father's best interests at heart. They are helpful and kind.

My mom is very happy here. The staff is amazing and the activities are fantastic. The food is great and the quality of care is excellent. Yes. I would and I have already recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. And when I'm ready I'd love to live here too.

Our loved one was only there for 10 days, but the Putnam Farm at Danvers community is beautiful. It is a well kept facility with very very nice personnel working there .

Everyone is amazing, patient and caring. That he is comfortable and able to remain there without another transition. What stuck out about this facility initially was the full nursing and medical staffing available 24/7. He doesn't need to be transported to dr offices in bad weather. Now that he isn't mobile anymore it's truly the best care in the comfort of his own place. It is extremely expensive but I don't worry at all about him!! Worth it in the end.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Birches at Concord and the experience has been great. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and meals are also great. The place is great and I would recommend it to others.
