Overall the place was great. Unfortunately my father only stayed there 3 weeks and ended up in a nursing home and received subpar care

The Activities Director is amazing, she clearly cares about the residents and ALWAYs has interesting activities

Didn't check out any others. Right from my visit to check it out I knew my dad would be happy there and it was the right place for him at the right time in his life. The place was great, the people incredible. Would recommend it to anyone.

What we like the most about Benchmark Senior Living is the staff and they are recently remodeling. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families

I do recommend the place. My mother prefers to spend a lot of time alone so she spends most of her time in her room. Staff is friendly. It would be nice if they had some sort of App or Web Portal to be able to communicate with staff through.

They come in once a week to clean her area...the staff are very pleasant and courteous. All the staff member from front desk to health care staff, dining room staff and chefs...are all very polite and helpful and above all treat the residents with respect and provide a great living atmosphere. They have something for everyone at every meal...just order off the menu or ask for some item that you would prefer and they do their best ton make it for you. Activities are plentiful through out the day. We get piece of mind that our loved one is being cared for by a wonderful staff, in a very nice environment .

My parents have been at Ridgefield Crossings for 3+ months and they often tell me how much they love it here. They had been in a community in FL that had soured, and we urgently needed to find a place where higher acuity needs were addressed, as well as a place that would embrace their beloved little yorkie. Music is available and activities are too. They do not always join. (I do wish there was a way to have my parents brought to the musical events on the assisted living side.) However the staff bends over backwards to keep all 3 happy, safe, well fed and in great health. My parents see them all as friends and neighbors. They shared today that nobody is bossy and everybody is friendly! The nurses are very synchronized in dispensing meds. The dining hours run like clockwork. These systems support dementia patients. Oh, and these two rave about the food! Btw the place is clean. Carpets in hallway have seen better days, but parents only see how pretty it is! So we do not discuss!

For the activities our mom does not participate in much she is almost 99. This kind of care is astronomical & not sustainable for the future in our opinion. Although mom currently has enough assets, at this pace they may not last. Our parents earned & saved all their assets - financially punished because they live so long!

We chose Benchmark because of the facility's ability to provide services according to the progression of needs. The apartments vary in size and configuration. Some have full kitchens (ours) some are studio. There are only 3 2 bedrooms in the entire facility. We have been waiting for one since we came. In the meantime we are managing. Storage space is very minimal!! (That would be the only negative thing about the facility )

My sister would rate EVERY catagory a 5 plus. [name removed] (name removed]) absolutely LOVED it at Ashland Farm! The chef even fixed her special meals if she asked! [name removed] has muscular dystrophy and could no longer stay there as her health deteriorate.

I am very pleased with the excellent care my sister receives at Arbors. She was admitted during stressful circumstances. I can’t say enough about how well her transition was handled to her new home at Arbors. Her medical doctor, her behavioral health doctors, and the staff at Arbors worked tirelessly to create the circumstances where [name removed] could thrive. During my visits when we walk through the different neighborhoods, staff always call out her name and say hello. I feel she is a valued member of the community, and I am always warmly welcomed as well. I am forever grateful to Arbors for taking such compassionate care of my sister, and to A Pace for Mom for helping me find Arbors.

What we like the most about Coachman Square is the Friendliness of the staff. They have been great whenever we had any issues. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would recommend to anyone seeking care for a loved one for respite , assisted living, and/or memory care. Carriage Green is a good setting for my mom. The staff and facilities meet her needs and she enjoys the social interaction and activities. We know she is well cared for and content.

Their facility is so nice, inside and outside. It is off a main road with a beautiful setting and landscaping. [name removed], the lovely Director, was able to offer us a beautiful room on the 1st floor close to everything convenient for my mom, and worked with us on the financial aspect so it was as close to affordable as any place in the area. We liked the amount of residents, not overwhelmingly large. It was the first place we saw and didn't want to see any others. We were sold right then and there and have not had any regrets with our decision. My mom says every day how much she loves it there. Who can ask for more than that?! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I cannot say enough good things about all of them. It is just the most wonderful place that you could have found for my mom.

I would rate 5 for all! My family is thrilled we found you! I live in Florida most of the time but dad does have a few favorites. He really enjoys [name removed] the chef, the entire wait staff, and the bingo crew..He really enjoys and respects the jobs of everyone. I highly recommend Capitol Ridge at Providence to anybody looking.

Coachman Square at Woodbridge is a commendable assisted living and memory care community that stands out for its exceptional support and vibrant atmosphere. [name removed], in particular, I will commend for her incredible support and helpfulness, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the community and its offerings. The staff across the board were amazing, reflecting a commitment to providing quality care and fostering a warm environment. Residents also contributed to the community's welcoming vibe, being friendly and engaging, which enhances the overall experience we had. In summary, Coachman Square at Woodbridge seems to be a place where both residents and their families can feel confident and supported, making it a great option for my mother. Highly recommend

I would rate all a 5, my sister and her husband are extremely happy there. The staff is very current with the residents & their families. They know each resident by name and their interests, and they are always looking out for them. The facility is one of the cleanest I have seen.

The Arbors of Shelburne gets all 5 stars. All the staff was helpful ALL the time. I'm not saying that this was the best experience but was as good as it could get. Would not have a problem recommending Arbors to anyone looking for that kind of help.

It was an amazing location. Staff, facility and the medical team. Unfortunately, dad was only there a short time and he passed. Seriously, loved this place!!!! Everyone was soooo helpful and accommodating. From the maintenance and cleaning staff to management. The dining room and food choices were so nice. Lots of activities and groups to join. Lots of entertainment. It was a great value. All inclusive, no hidden fees!
