Benchmark Senior Living

The staff has been consistently professional, caring and responsive. My brother has a studio apartment which is fine for him. He has a bed, a comfortable chair, his television. There is room for a small dining set. He has a small kitchen with a refrigerator, a cooktop and a sink.

I looked at a lot of places before choosing the Arbors and decided to go there because the staff seemed happy and engaged with the residents. It's been a year for us and I'm pleased with this decision. My mother often gets one-on-one attention from the activities staff and everyone knows her name. They are communicative with me when she runs low on supplies. I've worked with the nurses to help her with special medical issues, with the activities staff to make sure they know how to engage her in activies she enjoys, and with the caregiving staff to make sure they know how to care for her the way she needs. They all love my mom and it makes me feel good that she's there. The food looks a little meh but better than at other places I looked at, and she always gets a choice between two meals.

I honestly answer 5 for all questions!! Everything about Nashua Crossings has been FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an assisted living facility!!

I chose Evans Park at Newton Corner because of its' location (near my daughter and favorite first cousin)and because of its' activities calendar. I am now President of the Resident Council and a Resident Ambassador.

About a year ago, my sister was welcomed by the Arbors of Bedford. We knew as a family that we had chosen the perfect place for her to live, be loved, cared for, cared about and to thrive! She has had a long journey with dementia. The team is amazing, friendly, helpful and kind, the love I witness with every team member is extraordinary! The physical space is beautuful and comfortable, with outdoor courtyards, flowers and birds! Whatever your needs are for your loved one, this team will make happen. I have attended activities with her that are fun and always make me leave with a heart full of joy! I am so grateful to this extraordinary home and it's team, it assures me that there are angels on earth I have had the pleasure to meet and come to know! Kudos to the Arbors of Bedford, we LOVE you !!

The staff is kind, involved and really cares about their residents well being. Based on the experience we have had with MiddleBrook Farms we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

They were attentive to my mother’s needs. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly. She loved the music entertainment, and enjoyed the church services. The facility was very clean and well kept as well.

My experience in plymouth crossing was amazing from the greeting at the front door to each and every staff person at benchmark. It truly feels like a home away from home every interaction was very sincere and caring. The activities in this facility is wonderful each and every day,every one is included nomatter their abilities. I loved how you could join in at anytime of the day or night. Benchmark always welcomed me and offered me treats as if it was their home. The music on Wednesdays,Fridays an Sunday's was phenomenal,there was always another seatt for family or friends to join in on the fun. Also I loved how they had catholic masses at this facility the room was always filled with people.on other occasions you could watch a catholic mass in the living room. They also provide a room for small gatherings such as birthdays which is wonderful as my mom turned ninety at plymouth crossing. The staff was so helpful and a cake and gift is always provided for all clients.

Crescent point is awesome. My mother who is beyond picky, really loves the staff and the place. I cant say how much this place is wonderful! They even allow her old cat which has made a huge difference.

It's been a tough transition for my mom to move there, but it's a great place for her to be. Her family knows she's safe there and the people who work there take pride in their jobs. Mom has made some friends, she likes the food , her room and the people who work there. She knows she's safe there and that's a comfort too!

I can’t say enough good things about Evans Park. My dad stayed here for a few months after a health setback. I credit Evans park for his full recovery. The staff was always friendly and engaged, the food was phenomenal and the daily activities offered to residents even got my dad out of his room.

Their dedication allowed us to host a memorable surprise birthday gathering for our uncle. This celebration held special significance as it marked our uncle's 75th birthday and the anniversary of his stroke. It was vital for us to honor this milestone. [name removed] meticulous attention to detail and insightful recommendations regarding services and options were invaluable. He ensured we had the perfect accommodations and ideal spaces, such as the solarium and bistro, for our event. On the day of the gathering, [name removed] provided exceptional on-site support, promptly addressing any requests for additional tables or supplies, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our uncle was genuinely surprised, and our family members were thoroughly impressed with Evans Park’s amenities and overall ambiance. Thank you for your commitment!

Fantastic caring staff. Lots of appropriate activities. Love having a driver for my mom's eye dr appointments as part of their service.

Professional, courteous, attentive to detail, patient. A top notch facility focused on caring for the whole person - physically, mentally, emotionally, nutritionally. My parents are in their care and I can now relax and begin to enjoy my life again knowing they are so well cared for. Furthermore, necessary services such as a dentist, hair salon, podiatrist, etc, are on site. Highly recommend Academy Point.

Capitiol Ridge is a very homey, loving, supportive community and I could not be happier with my mom’s care. Her physical and mental health have greatly improved since she’s been there and I am no longer stressed because she’s getting the care she needs. The staff is very caring and very good at communicating with me and the residents are all very supportive of each other. They really are a family and I love them all!!! Thank you CR!!! My family is eternally grateful for the love and care you give my mom!!!

We have found the staff to be extremely kind and supportive of their residents. We picked this community because of the location and it was most convenient to my brothers home and work.

She's likes it there! I would give a 5 on everything! Its only been a few months but we are very happy! The staff is wonderful! We were able to take a vacation and didn't have to worry about her. She is always nicely dressed. Her hair is always done nicely

I have difficulty with writing this type of answer The food is good. I eat with Bill on a regular basis. The staff and the other people who live there are friendly. It is hard to compare Willow crossing to where my loved one was before. I filled 5 complaints with the state where he was before Most people do not know what it is like if There love one has never lived in a rehab. All I can say is I have been grateful for having found willow crossing.
