The staff always had smiles and was always willing to lend a hand. The facility is well maintained and kept clean. A place that we were happy to have our Mom living in. The activity leader was very engaging. Frequently getting the residents to engage. I frequently heard how happy my Mom was when she was willing and able to participate.

The staff at the Benchmark at Stamford has been outstanding. They care for their patients and it shows. We are very happy with all staff and how they are taking care of my mother in law. I would highly recommend this facility

I give the Branches all very high marks! 5 all around. I happily refer people there. Excellent care team, which kept my Mom out of the nursing home as long as possible.

The staff are wonderful. They make constant contact with each resident. Lots of smiles a small touches. The facility has lots of light and a lovely enclosed area for walking outside or sitting. Our friend seems to be happy and she is safe and relaxed. Atrium really cares about its residents and is in regular contact with family.

My loved one would rather the meals and dining service category much lower! However, my siblings and I feel that my mom is safe in her living situation and we no longer need to worry about her. Staff have been great with my mom and often are found interacting with her. Staff really seem to know the residents and it is just a comfortable atmosphere

We appreciated very much the helpfulness of staff at all levels, and appreciated the quality of care. I marked quality down to 4 because of shortage of staff, but this is a common problem of all places. We were Very happy with our loved one's experience there at The Branches of Marlborough. I highly recommend it.

The staff at Branches have been amazing. They are friendly, caring, and have been essential in communicating. They are compassionate and caring.

I'm very happy. They have a terrific management team and the staff is very nice and kind. My mother is doing so much better at this facility than she did at [name removed]now the resident of[name removed] which was absolutely horrible.

What we like the most about Cabot Park is the director and the staff members. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Great for every category. It's worth mentioning I find everyone very accommodating and keep me up with everything I need to know. I think they are a pleasure to deal with.

The facility itself is fairly old so climate control can be an issue at times. The food in dining room is fair but not great. Service can be difficult as they are only allowed 2 servers. Space is limited and often times seating can take some time. That said, they are making adjustments to allow for more seating. I find the activities are a bit lacking but perhaps that has to do with the clientele ie memory compromised. I feel that the deficits of the facilities age are reflected in the price. Overall it is a lovely safe place. Mom gets what she needs and the staff is very friendly and cares about the residents. She has adjusted well and is very happy there. I would recommend it.

The facility is clean, food is good and the health care workers are great. They help getting my mother to meals and activities.

I made the right decision coming to live at Evan Park, the staff is caring. The food is delicious the activities is wonderful. I highly recommend this place to your loved ones.

I recommend your care homes to everyone I know facing the same issue. From the moment my dad entered Arbors, we as a family could breathe. My dad was at peace, no longer afraid of the children he didn't recognize. Each of us spent lovely hours with my dad outside in the gardens while he talked about his dreams for the future when he was discharged from the army. We got to know him as a bright eyed 19 year old. The Arbors gave us that.

I have to say 5 all in . Everyone was great , I felt relieved that my mother was finally getting quality in her care . The staff listens to you , and tries to follow through with your request . From the nurses to the nursing assistants . My mother had hospice care and [name removed] was excellent . Her nurses especially [name removed] took an active interest in her . The activities director , can't recall her name was excellent .

Our experience has been wonderful... I could not of picked a better facility... we are all so happy.. Mom feels like she is home. Staff is awesome, caring and compassionate. I love Haverhill Crossing. They teat my mom like their own family.

We chose Benchmark because of the staff kindness and understanding of his needs. They always encourage him to join in activities and make him feel like a person instead of a patient. My brother is on the cranky side, and the staff always manages to make him feel special and bring a smile to his face.

The main reason we chose Ashland Farm at North Andover was because of the brightness of the rooms: other places had dark hallways and low natural light - Ashland farms is bright and welcoming. The staff are very and patient with all of the residents there.

The dementia unit staff were highly skilled and kind. The facility included an outdoor garden that was open most of the time that my aunt loved. It means so much to me that during the last four months of her life, my aunt was able to sit outside in the sunshine, touch the flowers and vegetables growing in the garden, and be surrounded by caring people. Waltham Crossings was also very accommodating during the period of several weeks up to my aunts' death and supported our family during that difficult time. As my aunt's needs changed, Waltham crossings was very flexible about changing the services she received. I am deeply grateful to the staff and leadership.

It all begins with [name removed] who helped us in all ways to choose and get settled in Evans Park. There was never an institutional feel. Warm friendly personal concern was the prevailing experience. This provided a platform for my Bro to assimilate into the community on day one. Great stuff. Phenomenal attitude and service.
