It is impossible to. emphasize enough how wonderful an experience it has been to be working with the staff at Coachman Square. If I had sat down and written the criteria which would have made the perfect interaction and help, all of them would have been met and exceeded! [name removed]s simply incredible! Her help and care could not possibly have been better: she defines that which is the true professional. The facility is amazing, and I am confident I could not find one that is as wonderful. In short, Coachman Square is the perfect place for you to consider as you plan the next change in your life!

This was a great choice! The facility is awesome. Their one bedroom apartment is nicely laid out. Mom and Dad love the food and have made lots of new friends and are enjoying cards and a lot of social activities.

The staff here has been great. My mom has been in the memory care unit since just before Christmas. She is very happy and feels safe. It’s so nice to finally spend my time with her as a daughter and not a caretaker. They have been so kind and patient with her and I’m so relieved to have found this place.

First and foremost, my Mother in Law, my husband and I, and the staff at Benchmark are partners in ensuring her care and lifestyle is exactly what she needs. They aren't afraid to meet her where she's at physically and mentally on any given day. We're pleased at the level of engagement she has with the other members there too.

Evans Park is well maintain and people are friendly.

I have known about this facility for many years. I choose this place as some additional services were available for my Mom. As a retired nurse practitioner, I am confident that my Mom is in a good place. She is doing better than when she was in her own home. I would go there!

My mother has been at benchmark for three months. Her care here has been exceptional. The facilities are wonderful and the food is great. Most importantly, the loving care that she’s received is tremendous. The nurses and aids are attentive and exceptionally loving. There are many examples of me walking into the room and an aid is sitting by her side, holding her hand. They call her “beautiful“ and often give her a kiss on her forehead. One aid offered to come in on a day off to wash her hair, another aid went to lunch and brought back a dessert for her, the list goes on.

They all get a 5! The staff is fabulous ready to help with any problem and so aren't the rest of the people here. Makes it easy to adjust. So far everything has beaten my expectations and glad to be a part of it. The wife's sentiments too. I cannot say enough about them!

We chose The Village at South Farms because the management was very friendly and when we visited, all of the residents were smiling. Staff morale is much higher than other places.

Benchmark is very right-sized. Its small and homey environment is easy to navigate for the seniors.

Any changes or issues regarding my mother while in their care, they were always communicating with me.

This is a smaller place where one gets to know all of the staff and other residents. The staff are excellent and able to individualize care. Many of them have been there for years because they like working there. The apartment we have is very comfortable with big windows looking out at the woods. The restaurant style dining room is very nice. Excellent chef with a full menu and a couple of specials every day for both lunch and dinner

I'd rate each category with 5 ! Although I've had many clients who had their loved ones there and it was highly recommended we Couldn't be happier . Thank you for setting up my interview at The Commons . [name removed] been there a year and has flourished . The staff treats you like family.

I give the branches at Marlboro a 10 out of 10 in all categories. It was pricey but fortunately I had the money... I wish everyone could receive that kind of care and attention to detail. I loved the direct communication, and because we had an unfortunate situation, I appreciated the confidentiality. [name removed] was very happy there.

Cleanliness - slightly lower here since my mom often refuses service, but she really needs it given her condition. Dining/meals - surprisingly good and nice variety. Activities - activities were a main reason why we picked The Falls, as they are some of the exact things she likes (museums, art lectures, etc), but it's also frustrating that she often chooses not to participate. Value for cost - I struggle with this. The Falls is in an area with very high property taxes which makes them way more expensive vs other places within 20minute drive. But you do get what you pay for.

All fives. Cabot Park has been a game changer for my mom! The Staff and Manager make all the difference! I would be honored to give more feedback on my appreciation of Cabot Park.

I would recommend the facility. Satisfied with the facility and the care. We were attracted to them because they offered more services / care vs other facilities

It's a great community. Between the staff and other residents It's been a great experience.

5 across the board. Benchmark provided wonderful care for Mom and the family. Worked with us to meet all her needs in good times and hard ones. Would recommend them to anybody looking for help transitioning from home to assisted living. , Mom passed last April and Benchmark was by our side bringing comfort.

The staff at Shrewsbury Crossings are wonderful. They are always smiling and greet not only residents but family as well. Everyone is willing to help my mom out when needed. Even the little guy in the kitchen! I would absolutely recommend them and have already! Mom sits in with sales director to greet and answer questions that interested people ask.
