5 for all! This is a wonderful place to be! Yes, I often do recommend this community to other families! I try to always greet people who are touring to let them know how welcoming and fun it is to be here! I came here with my precious husband [name removed] and when he passed I decided to stay. I'm happy that I did. This is a great place for Mom!

I have lived at Evans Park for 8 months. The community relations director reassured me she was the first positive experience. I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by such caring staff and residents. The feels is wonderful and the best part is. I don't have to cook, I can simply enjoy the meds.

The staff was very kind. My mother passed away before my father and they were very supportive of my dad after mom's death. They had an any amazing way of checking on him without seeming intrusive. It's a really great place.

My mother was only there for about 7 weeks and then she passed. It was a wonderful place and they were very good to her. We had friends and family going in at all different times and the staff was always treating her with dignity and respect and kindness...not knowing we were there. They helped us to get hospice and at the end we had to stay overnight to administer pain meds. The staff brought us food and coffee throughout the nights.

I chose this community based on ratings, feedback from people in the business, and meeting the staff. My mother is in the memory care unit. The only negative I would say is that all of her toiletries are locked up and you need to have a staff member unlock the closet. Also, my mother likes to walk and cannot walk without a staff member which can be difficult to arrange.

My brother passed a few days after brought him there. Benchmark Senior Living was terrific during that short period of time he was there.

My aunt seems to be very happy there and I feel comfortable that she is being well taken care of. My aunts apartment is reasonably well taken care of and is cleaned on a regular basis. The staff is always friendly and I feel that they know who my aunt is an care about her well being. The quality of care here is excellent which is the most important thing as far as I am concerned. If she has a health concern the Dr comes immediately and her aids are always attentive and respond quickly. My aunt feels her meals could use improvement but she is a fussy eater so I'm not sure how to rate this. I would say a 4. There are many activities and she participates and enjoys most of them. Benchmark is by our standards very expensive however I feel they are top rated and we are extremely satisfied to have found such a wonderful place.

Evans Park at newton Corner is a very nice place! Attractive facility and very nice residents and staff. Room size was generous. Food was excellent. Transportation services do need improvement: they were working on that last I heard.

Could not have been more attentive and helpful. Please reach out they have the ability to make a very hard situation graceful. I am able to find peace knowing she is in good hands. The care not only for their residents but the family and friends as well.

The team at Benchmark of Hanover is amazing! They have made the experience for our mom so smooth. It’s a bit more expensive than we expected but we feel that what they offer is worth the expense to keep our mom active, happy and safe. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a safe place for their loved one with memory care needs.

My mom went into Willow Crossings in July. Everyone that works there from the Director and everyone who works under her direction have been welcoming to my mom and to us from the start. If my mom can’t be home I’m glad she’s there. I know she’s safe and she keeps from getting bored! From all the many activities offered. Entertainment has been great! The food and therapy are fantastic! The nurses and receptionists are so wonderful and caring to my mom as well as her family! I love them! I know she’s in caring and loving hands when I leave at night. You can’t put a price on peace of mind!! ! The residents are just fantastic! Words can’t describe how several of them have taken my sometimes shy mom under their wings. It makes my heart so happy and warm to see that. I highly recommend!

The Benchmark community at Ridgefield delivers on every level. Residents experience transformational improvements in their physical and emotional health. Seeing the happiness, joy and positive outlook on my mom since moving to her new home at Ridgefield Crossings, has been amazing and exceptionally rewarding. And my family feels blessed to have so many wonderful staff members dedicated to fostering and maintaining a loving, supportive, and thriving community. Residents thoroughly enjoy the entertainment, social activities, music & arts enrichment, and planned outings that are always curated with purpose.

The staff has been consistently professional, caring and responsive. My brother has a studio apartment which is fine for him. He has a bed, a comfortable chair, his television. There is room for a small dining set. He has a small kitchen with a refrigerator, a cooktop and a sink.

I looked at a lot of places before choosing the Arbors and decided to go there because the staff seemed happy and engaged with the residents. It's been a year for us and I'm pleased with this decision. My mother often gets one-on-one attention from the activities staff and everyone knows her name. They are communicative with me when she runs low on supplies. I've worked with the nurses to help her with special medical issues, with the activities staff to make sure they know how to engage her in activies she enjoys, and with the caregiving staff to make sure they know how to care for her the way she needs. They all love my mom and it makes me feel good that she's there. The food looks a little meh but better than at other places I looked at, and she always gets a choice between two meals.

I honestly answer 5 for all questions!! Everything about Nashua Crossings has been FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an assisted living facility!!

I chose Evans Park at Newton Corner because of its' location (near my daughter and favorite first cousin)and because of its' activities calendar. I am now President of the Resident Council and a Resident Ambassador.

About a year ago, my sister was welcomed by the Arbors of Bedford. We knew as a family that we had chosen the perfect place for her to live, be loved, cared for, cared about and to thrive! She has had a long journey with dementia. The team is amazing, friendly, helpful and kind, the love I witness with every team member is extraordinary! The physical space is beautuful and comfortable, with outdoor courtyards, flowers and birds! Whatever your needs are for your loved one, this team will make happen. I have attended activities with her that are fun and always make me leave with a heart full of joy! I am so grateful to this extraordinary home and it's team, it assures me that there are angels on earth I have had the pleasure to meet and come to know! Kudos to the Arbors of Bedford, we LOVE you !!

The staff is kind, involved and really cares about their residents well being. Based on the experience we have had with MiddleBrook Farms we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

They were attentive to my mother’s needs. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly. She loved the music entertainment, and enjoyed the church services. The facility was very clean and well kept as well.

My experience in plymouth crossing was amazing from the greeting at the front door to each and every staff person at benchmark. It truly feels like a home away from home every interaction was very sincere and caring. The activities in this facility is wonderful each and every day,every one is included nomatter their abilities. I loved how you could join in at anytime of the day or night. Benchmark always welcomed me and offered me treats as if it was their home. The music on Wednesdays,Fridays an Sunday's was phenomenal,there was always another seatt for family or friends to join in on the fun. Also I loved how they had catholic masses at this facility the room was always filled with people.on other occasions you could watch a catholic mass in the living room. They also provide a room for small gatherings such as birthdays which is wonderful as my mom turned ninety at plymouth crossing. The staff was so helpful and a cake and gift is always provided for all clients.
