Belmont Village

The people are friendly and know their residents well. Their nursing services are great. They go out of their way to make sure the residents receive the right medications timely and follow up with family on issues as needed.

Belmont Village Lincoln Park was a nice community. It was more than we wanted to spend though.

I would recommend you read everything carefully before signing the documents. It is a nice community overall. There is a community fee in addition to a monthly fee each month. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from. The staff pick up the laundry and wash the items for the residents. Some of the care available includes medication management, bathing, and dressing assistance.

Our family had an in person tour and from what we saw and all the staff members we spoke with it was not a bad tour experience at all

Belmont "seemed" fabulous on the tour but #3 on my list because of cost being the highest, waiting list and limited tour (Covid) of memory care section.

The management and higher ups are great however the lower staff needs improvement. The management is great at taking care of any problems and response time is responded in a timely manner. I like that they always call me back and they take responsibility, Overall this has been the best we have seen.

The staff is wonderful. They have great programs for memory care. And from what my mother tells me, they have great food.

This was a nice community. We didn't care for the location as it was to far from what my loved one has known the majority of their life.

The main reason we chose Belmont Village Burbank over other facilities was the convenient location. The staff are all very friendly and seem to be accommodating. The primary complaint is that there seems to be some extra charges of things that you do not anticipate until you actually move in. But overall we have been pleased, it's been a positive experience.

We love all the different activities they have going on for the residents and we love the food schedule - the residents don't have a strict meal time they have to go to, and if they don't go to they miss a meal. They have different time options which really makes our loved one feel she has a choice on when to eat or when not to eat. The staff have been very attentive and accommodating a well.

I toured this community and it was great, more expensive than most of the other places I toured.

Belmont Village is a very nice place, and we're very happy we selected it. When my loved one first got there, she had some health issues that needed some special care, which they said they could provide. But we had to really stay on it to make sure things were getting done with care, laundry, trash removal, etc. Their nursing care is good, but their communication is lacking. I still have to call them quite a bit and ask several times to get things done. I understand that no place is perfect. Her health is much better than when she was living at home. The facility is very clean. I eat there with her quite a bit, and the food is good. The staff is friendly and wonderful. It's a nice place overall.

Belmont Village Memphis is a very clean facility. Overall we are pleased with our experience here.

Due to health-related issues I became a Belmont Village resident. As a result I am a grateful resident at this terrific facility. To sum it up: —Great staff —Great medical support —Great food I am indeed glad I came here. Peter Roussel

The main thing would say is a lot of money, but they state is included. You learn to find out there are several hidden fees that add up to thousands more than what was disclosed at initial inquiry.

Belmont Village seems like a great place. It's very nice and new. The staff is very nice. There have been a few issues as it was first starting up, and the restaurant is still a little lacking in consistency. But overall I'm glad my parents moved there. It's pretty expensive but seems worth it. It's a great place in general and improving all the time.

The only frustration I have had is since our loved one cannot communicate with us I do wish that the staff would reach out to our family more and give some updates. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend Belmont Village Hunters Creek to others looking.

The food is good and there's always a lot of options to choose from.
