Belmont Village

The main reason we chose Belmont Village Burbank over other facilities was the convenient location. The staff are all very friendly and seem to be accommodating. The primary complaint is that there seems to be some extra charges of things that you do not anticipate until you actually move in. But overall we have been pleased, it's been a positive experience.

We love all the different activities they have going on for the residents and we love the food schedule - the residents don't have a strict meal time they have to go to, and if they don't go to they miss a meal. They have different time options which really makes our loved one feel she has a choice on when to eat or when not to eat. The staff have been very attentive and accommodating a well.

I toured this community and it was great, more expensive than most of the other places I toured.

Belmont Village is a very nice place, and we're very happy we selected it. When my loved one first got there, she had some health issues that needed some special care, which they said they could provide. But we had to really stay on it to make sure things were getting done with care, laundry, trash removal, etc. Their nursing care is good, but their communication is lacking. I still have to call them quite a bit and ask several times to get things done. I understand that no place is perfect. Her health is much better than when she was living at home. The facility is very clean. I eat there with her quite a bit, and the food is good. The staff is friendly and wonderful. It's a nice place overall.

Belmont Village Memphis is a very clean facility. Overall we are pleased with our experience here.

Due to health-related issues I became a Belmont Village resident. As a result I am a grateful resident at this terrific facility. To sum it up: —Great staff —Great medical support —Great food I am indeed glad I came here. Peter Roussel

The main thing would say is a lot of money, but they state is included. You learn to find out there are several hidden fees that add up to thousands more than what was disclosed at initial inquiry.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was fine, we did like everything we saw given it was the first community we had checked out. The location was good but the price was just to expensive for us

Belmont Village seems like a great place. It's very nice and new. The staff is very nice. There have been a few issues as it was first starting up, and the restaurant is still a little lacking in consistency. But overall I'm glad my parents moved there. It's pretty expensive but seems worth it. It's a great place in general and improving all the time.

The only frustration I have had is since our loved one cannot communicate with us I do wish that the staff would reach out to our family more and give some updates. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend Belmont Village Hunters Creek to others looking.

The food is good and there's always a lot of options to choose from.

Our family had an in person tour and it was good the person who took us around was extremely knowledgeable and did a really good job. She spoke very high and positive about all their amenities. However we saw residents just sitting around not really interacting with one another and it just didn't seem like the best fit for our loved one.

The general areas inside Belmont Village are clean, but the individualized house keeping could be a little more improved especially in the bathrooms. The care services have been a little inconsistent, the communication could be a little more streamlined and they could have like a "how to guide," however we know everyone has been struggling since the pandemic. The staff who work here are top notch people. They are so professional, kind, caring and helpful. The activities director [name removed] is on top of everything and wears many different hats. She is so creative with coming up with new activities, there is always something going on. Our loved one says this is some of the best food he has had.

We chose Belmont Village Turtle Creek because we liked the fact that it was a smaller facility. We also had an emergency and had to get her out of the house and they were able to take her in immediately on respite care which worked out great. The director was super personable and bent over backwards for us in our situation. The gal who admitted us was able to do it quickly and efficiently and that was awesome. The head nurse was able to recommend hospice care and they have been absolutely amazing which made the experience worth while. They were short staffed but we had our own caregivers that we brought in to help. I would recommend to others looking if your loved one is a little younger so that they are able to enjoy all of the amenities that are provided.

We chose Belmont Village because of the convenient location and also the programming, it is an all assisted living and memory care facility which is what we needed. If someone is moving in, I would tell you that the things they tell you at the intake you have to follow up with afterword's just to make sure they passed along the information to the correct person.

I liked this community but it was much more expensive than the other community.

We had an excellent tour with Belmont Village, definitely an adequate facility. My mother in law was looking for something more small and cozy and she felt this facility was too big. She was scared she would get lost.
