Belmont Village

There is really not a whole lot to say about Belmont Village Glenview. I only met with some members of the staff twice, so my review on the facility is a little bit limited. I give it a five-star rating though.

She was supposed to be going to the memory care day program at Belmont Village Buckhead. But instead she would just stay in her room and get really depressed. The nurses didn't really engage her and encourage her to get out. That was really disappointing to me. I like that they had an occupational therapist in house. I also liked that this facility had there own gym. The front staff were amazing. The concierge service was great too.

It's a wonderful place. We are very happy with them so far. I would rate them a five at this point. We don't have any major concerns or complaints.

I toured quite a few places and found Belmont Village to be the most friendly and the most helpful. Everything is there, all the services are there, you don't have to go anywhere. Overall the care has been outstanding. They are constantly trying to help my loved one out even though she is still fairly independent. I am very impressed.

I am not happy with the lady in the salon that shampoos hair. She does not do a good job, but we are working on that. Everything else is fine. The food is much better and the activities are much better here than where she used to live. Belmont Village Buckhead is great.

We are very happy with Belmont Village Hollywood. Everybody is really friendly here. It is very expensive but the care they give is excellent. There is a constant stream of activities. One of the residents said it's like being on a cruise ship. The care the staff give to the residents is just wonderful. This is really the nicest facility I have ever experienced.

This facility is very impressive. I saw that all of the employees really care for the residents and they were very attentive. This facility also has a memory care unit where these patients received good care. Definitely a possibility. Susan was very helpful and willing to work with the family, presenting information we did not think about.

They provide a delightful age-relevant environment for the residents. They are very clean. Nothing is perfect, but I couldn't be happier with my mother's care. She has such a sense of well-being and comfort here. There is a huge variety of food; breakfast, lunch and dinner. A nice, intelligent staff with excellent backgrounds. A very positive environment. Everyone is looking at the good and trying to keep everyone looking forward. It is a very well thought out plan for elders. If you can afford it, it is a wonderful place and a very creative environment!

My mother was at Belmont Village Cardiff and they were so wonderful to her. She has now passed away. My sister is now presently living there and she loves it. She is very involved with all the activities that they provide and is very happy.

They are very responsive and caring and I appreciate that they are.

My loved one lived here for a time, before we had to move him due to increased care needs, and overall I think they do an excellent job at Belmont Village. It is a very active community, both in terms of the attitude of the residents and the activities the community provides. They also do a very good job with the food, it was always excellent! I would highly recommend them to those looking into assisted living.

It is very expensive. We've had a couple of small issues. I think the safety of the patient is prime and I don't see the lack of hospital beds accomplishing that. i don't understand. I know They are prohibited but I don't understand. It's got to be difficult. I don't know how they do what they do in the manner that they do it. They are nice. Tried to accommodate our questions. One of the nicest ones we looked that. That why we made the decisions. The cost is unbelievable but you make your choices. I think the understanding has to be more discussed.

They are very friendly. The staff is very reasonable to work with. They are very caring. The facility is clean. The care services are excellent. They do a great job taking care of my loved one. Overall, it's a very nice place. You feel very comfortable knowing your loved one is there. The Belmont Village Oak Park is a really nice community. I am very pleased with all of the services. Everything has been great.

Everything I have experienced with Belmont Village Hollywood has been top notch. All the people here have been very friendly. I like that I feel like I am in my own house with no one watching over me. I have made some very good friends and there are some good things to get involved in. I really like it here. The location is perfect. There are a lot of pluses and very few minuses to living here.

The facility is amazingly clean. If you have to be in a place like that, I think this is a great place to be. I think it's great. My best friend lives here and she seems comfortable. Everyone there is extremely friendly. The care services and activities are excellent. From what I have seen, they seem to be doing a good job at taking care of her. I can't rate the value because I'm not sure about it. It's not applicable.

Expensive, but awesome place.

We have been very happy with Belmont Village, so far. Everything is going great. I don't have any complaints or concerns at this point.

We are just very happy. My mother has been here for 6 weeks. We are happy with the services. We're happy with the food. It's a good quality place for mom. The facility is always very clean. There are never any messes. Everyone is very welcoming. The staff is accommodating and very nice. The value is excellent. The care services are excellent. They offer activities. Everything has just been great.

They've done an excellent job overall at Belmont Village so far, I would give them top marks across the board! The staff here are friendly and professional, and they've been very accommodating regarding any questions or requests that we've had for them. Things are working out well here for our loved one!

Went over the Respite option.. 30,60 day. Might be what we are looking for in the short term....
