Belmont Village

My mother was at Belmont Village Cardiff and they were so wonderful to her. She has now passed away. My sister is now presently living there and she loves it. She is very involved with all the activities that they provide and is very happy.

They are very responsive and caring and I appreciate that they are.

My loved one lived here for a time, before we had to move him due to increased care needs, and overall I think they do an excellent job at Belmont Village. It is a very active community, both in terms of the attitude of the residents and the activities the community provides. They also do a very good job with the food, it was always excellent! I would highly recommend them to those looking into assisted living.

It is very expensive. We've had a couple of small issues. I think the safety of the patient is prime and I don't see the lack of hospital beds accomplishing that. i don't understand. I know They are prohibited but I don't understand. It's got to be difficult. I don't know how they do what they do in the manner that they do it. They are nice. Tried to accommodate our questions. One of the nicest ones we looked that. That why we made the decisions. The cost is unbelievable but you make your choices. I think the understanding has to be more discussed.

They are very friendly. The staff is very reasonable to work with. They are very caring. The facility is clean. The care services are excellent. They do a great job taking care of my loved one. Overall, it's a very nice place. You feel very comfortable knowing your loved one is there. The Belmont Village Oak Park is a really nice community. I am very pleased with all of the services. Everything has been great.

Everything I have experienced with Belmont Village Hollywood has been top notch. All the people here have been very friendly. I like that I feel like I am in my own house with no one watching over me. I have made some very good friends and there are some good things to get involved in. I really like it here. The location is perfect. There are a lot of pluses and very few minuses to living here.

The facility is amazingly clean. If you have to be in a place like that, I think this is a great place to be. I think it's great. My best friend lives here and she seems comfortable. Everyone there is extremely friendly. The care services and activities are excellent. From what I have seen, they seem to be doing a good job at taking care of her. I can't rate the value because I'm not sure about it. It's not applicable.

Expensive, but awesome place.

We have been very happy with Belmont Village, so far. Everything is going great. I don't have any complaints or concerns at this point.

We are just very happy. My mother has been here for 6 weeks. We are happy with the services. We're happy with the food. It's a good quality place for mom. The facility is always very clean. There are never any messes. Everyone is very welcoming. The staff is accommodating and very nice. The value is excellent. The care services are excellent. They offer activities. Everything has just been great.

They've done an excellent job overall at Belmont Village so far, I would give them top marks across the board! The staff here are friendly and professional, and they've been very accommodating regarding any questions or requests that we've had for them. Things are working out well here for our loved one!

Went over the Respite option.. 30,60 day. Might be what we are looking for in the short term....

From the first phone call, our experience with Belmont Village exceeded all expectations. Staff interactions have been consistently caring and professional, indicating a uniformly high standard of hiring, training and personnel quality. The facility is gorgeous, with a real sense of warmth and fun -- dedicated to actual senior living, not just keeping seniors alive. The on-site availability of rehab and additional support services makes it do-able and convenient to accommodate our parents' physical and mental needs, with flexibility as needed for individual concerns. Our family has checked and experienced numerous other residential facilities, and this has been by far the most positive. We're delighted to have our parents at Belmont Village and that they have a sense that this is "home" even after a relatively short time.

Excellent facility in structure, concept, and execution. Sales team is experienced, creative, and empathetic. They help families make difficult decisions manageable. As the latest facility in the Belmont Village family, its luxury design without being pretentious is great!

There is list of reasons this place is great. The staff has been helpful, and very knowledgeable. My mother is taken care of very well by them. They are well trained, polite and show concern for you. I couldn't ask for a better place, it's very clean, the food is good. The community provides live entertainment on a regular bases to keep the resident's happy and loving life. I personally do stand up Comedy for them. The Nursing Staff is very knowledgeable like Lisa Hanon, Julie Goodman, and Jackie. I am very fortunate to have found this place and would highly recommended them to anyone.

I was surprised to read some of the earlier negative reviews of the administration at West Lake Hills because our experience has been quite opposite. My siblings and I moved our mother into West Lake Hills last December and our experience with the administration has been very good. We did quite a bit of research before choosing West Lake Hills and reviewed several other communities in Austin and in Houston. Our reception at West Lake Hills was initially and has continued to be both warm and professional from the people who work there. I'm sure having paperless communication and medication management would be a benefit, and I'm confident these improvements will be implemented. But we have frequent in person or telephone contact with the administration, in many cases initiated by them. And what I am most impressed by is the sense of community and care that the administration fosters. In six months our mother has regained vitality and youth and her outlook on life is so improved my siblings and I are astounded. No paperless system can substitute for that.

Belmont Village Hunters Creek is the perfect place that I has searching for! The cause of the community is amazing - the staff has helped my father feel safe, at home, and part of a group again. He is actually participating, which was no easy task! My mind is at each knowing that he is being looked after as I would look after him.

I feel blessed that my children found such a wonderful place for me to spend my retirement years. The food here is nutritious, delicious, & served by terrific servers. (I was a good cook (6 children) & a wonderful husband loved my cooking). The kitchen deserves a 5 star rating as I know what good food should taste like. My apartment is just what I need. Not too much and not too little. I'm grateful for two double windows & then having a view of the lawn with the church beyond is wonderful! (My husband was a minister) The path at the end of the hall is very helpful!

This community is a very nice and friendly place to live with lots of light, pleasant surroundings inside and out with many flowers. The staff is kind, caring, and helpful. The food is so fresh and so good. There are lots of activities including exercise programs, special entertainments each week, a book club, and more. The Belmont bus and van take residents to appointments, shopping, scenic drives, and different events.

Top of the line facility and staff. Many menu options for meals, activities tailored to individual residents, very personalized care. My guide was extremely knowledgeable about Alzheimer's and offered great advice. If money was no object, this would be my first choice.
