Belmont Village

They are doing a good job. The staff is great. If there are any concerns, they call me right away. I haven't gotten any complaints about food. They have been right on top of everything, so I have to give them a five.

I am very pleased with this facility. It has a nice roomy bedroom and a few activities. The staff are considerate and isn't their for just their paycheck which is awesome. So far hasnt had any problems and dont think we will and wouldnt have though second about this facility.

My parents moved in almost 7 weeks ago. They have been extremely happy. The staff has been extremely welcoming and very responsive to every need. They are pleased with the meals and the activities. My mom has gotten very involved with various social activities. We absolutely recommend Belmont Village in Cardiff.

My loved one is doing very good, it is a small community which is good. That means the staff have time to spend with each individual if needed and can give them some undivided attention. So far from what I have seen the facility is kept clean and maintained.

We visited many assisted living facilities in the Los Angeles area before we chose Belmont Village Burbank for my father. Belmont Village Burbank was not only the nicest and most cheerful facility by far, the costs there are very competitive and are indeed toward the lower end of what we saw when we were looking. The facility is very clean and very cheerful. My father was very lonely and depressed after the death of my mother. He has made new friends at Belmont Village Burbank. The many activities there bring him joy and comfort. He loves the musical performances in the afternoons and he loves to play Trivia on Thursday nights. My husband and I often join him at many of the activities. We chose a pet-friendly facility so that our three dogs could visit their grandpa, and our dogs are always welcomed by the staff and the residents at Belmont Village Burbank. My father often comments on the fact that all of the staff members know his name. We have seen how kind and caring all the staff members are. The administrators have always been very warm and gracious to us and are always available to help. We highly recommend Belmont Village Burbank.

Great experience. The staff is very focused on providing a great experience for the residents. They seek to help while maintaining the residents dignity.

I have no complaints whatsoever about the service they provide. The employees are compassionate and caring and they do an excellent job looking after the residents. The facility itself is beautiful, I would definitely recommend them to others. In the short time my loved one was there they were wonderful.

I really love this place for my dad its a unique place. My father is suffering from dementia and other facility keep them separate from other people but this place doesnt and it is great. He is getting the care he needs and also has his own independence. He can go out and walk or go swimming he has that freedom and he loves it.

The staff takes a really personal guidance to each and every other person being their. Its not like the people work their just put them in a box figure of speech and let them be there. they actually care and want to make them feel welcome. The food is outstanding. The place is a little expensive but definitely worth the price for what you are getting.

Very impressive place. A possibility for my Dad if the times comes.

We moved my mom here a little over a month and a half ago and she is doing very well here. She was at another community and became depressed so we really had to do something to keep her motivated to continue to recover. Right away, the staff engaged her to get involved and helped her work on her limitations. The vibe here is much more inviting and homey. She loves the food! The apartments are on the small side but the great staff and care she receives here more than makes up for it. I am at ease knowing my mom is happy and being well taken care of!

My only reservation was that it was further away than some other residential facilities.

You get what you pay for and Belmont Village is the best place around! I looked at many places for my in-laws and this was the best. They have no complaints except for the fact that they eat too much, LOL! I believe that seniors should have the best place possible for their last years and this ranks very high in that area. Food, staff, friendliness, activities… Can't ask for anymore! I visit my family 4 to 5 times per week. If you truly have a heart for your family, money should not be the objective. We can't take money with us when we die! Prices vary from assisted-living, independent living, dementia or Alzheimer's care, single person or couple, medications assistance, bathing, etc. This is the place I would want to live out my years!

We have found Belmont Village to be an excellent place for assisted living. The helpers (Pals) are willing to be there whenever you need them. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is clean and friendly.

Belmont Village was absolutely wonderful. Out of five I would give them five and a half. She was very well cared for and happy there. The staff here were exemplary. We didn't have any concerns at all.

Our mom has been a resident at Belmont San Jose since the New Year. She was on an unusual, rapid decline of dementia from presumably Alzheimer's that even had her doctors scratching their heads at her situation. The task of finding "a place for mom" suddenly became a top priority above all other things during Christmas 2014. Our very stressful situation turned into plesant surprise when upon evaluation, by the very qualified folks at Belmont San Jose, they acknowledged her advanced, declined state, but decided her personality and personal determination we're going to be a good fit into the Circle of Friends community. Our research, provided largely in part by 'A Place for Mom' .com, showed the Belmont communities as having the most proactive and effective approach to treating and handling persons with dementia. I'm happy to report i wholeheartedly agree. Memory care residents are intermingled with regular residents (not locked down). They have PALS who keep an eye on their coming and goings. They are proactively gathered into daily activities (work as my mom calls it) to exercise their bodies and their minds. Our family unanimously agrees she is happier and healthier since her transition into the Belmont community.

They do a fantastic job at Belmont Village! I'd give them top marks across the board, we have no complaints at all. The staff is unbelievable, they are friendly and professional, and they've always got time for you. Everyone, both the residents and the staff, seem happy here. The facility itself is beautiful, well kept, and clean, and they serve some delicious food as well!

Belmont Village has changed my 94 year old mother-in-law's life for the better. As sufferer of dementia she was depressed, withdrawn, had little or no opinion on anything, no anticipation and no expatiations. Everyday was the same old boring routine and the few enjoyable times with family were forgotten immediately. Mom moved to belmont village in late Jan.2015. We told her she was going for evaluation for a couple of days. She never asker where she was, why she was their, or when she go home. Instead she is up dancing at the musicals, playing bingo, exercising in the class and enjoying circle of friends designed to keep her stimulated. When asked if she missed her younger sister, also with dementia and still living at home in the same condo build as mom, she replied "I do't have time to miss anyone, i'm busy! we feel guilty for not moving her sooner.

Caring well trained attentive staff. That means the world to me to give me peace of mind. The facility could use some remodeling.
