Belmont Village

The Belmont has been a blessing for my mother and our family. The staff and attention to detail are excellent. It just gives me great "peace of mind" to know such caring individuals are looking after her. We are grateful to have found The Belmont!

We have moved many families to this community. Everytime we are on the property we are so pleased to see the residents enjoying their new homes. Each resident seems so content and relaxed. I believe this can only happen because they are happy, fulfilled, and being well taken care of!

Have been here six days but both wife (Phyllis) and I are pleased and impressed.

We looked at about a dozen assisted living facilities. We were not going to consider Belmont Village Carol Stream because it was not as close as others to our family. We were advised that it had a high level of care so we did and we are so glad. Mom has been there a month and a half and her strength is improving and she is happy with the change! The staff is great from sales to her pals, her major care givers. The therapists are so encouraging and the building is so clean and well maintained. Well worth the extra drive!!

We want to thank you for providing us with such a through tour of Belmont Village – Hunter’s Creek last t Friday. You were a gracious host and we were duly impressed with the quality of the facility and its design and the tremendous programs Belmont has. Certainly your “Circle of Friends” program has been a leader in the industry. We learned a lot from you and our time at Belmont Village and we will benefit from the examples Belmont Village has set. Thank you again for being such a gracious and wonderful host for such a through tour.

My mother stayed at Belmont Village in Green Hills during her second phase of recovery following repair of a hip and kneecap fracture. I can't say enough positive things about the experience. ALL of the staff is warm and friendly, remembers names, act like they love their jobs, and treated my mom with caring and respect. The food was good and did not feel "institutional". The therapy was right next to her room, and they did a great job. They transported Mom to her doctor appointment and made accommodations to do so. They did everything they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The room was cheerful and clean, as was all of the facility. Although this stay was not what any of us wanted, this experience was as good as it possibly could be. I highly recommend it.

I am really happy with them. They really reached out to help my mom. She is happy with all the activities there. My only problem is that my loved one doesn't always like to go down they charge to bring it up. It's really nice, they really work with you. I really happy with them, and Director Ned is really willing to work with you.

Belmont Sunnyvale is as top notch as Belmont San Jose. We actually loved the facility and the attached, secure outdoor garden. The only reason we didn't choose this community was the location. It would have been difficult for some family members to visit our mom often due to traffic concerns.

Peggy, Scott, Jose and the entire team of people in service at the Belmont San Jose are caring, energetic, and up-beat. We couldn't be more pleased at how they transitioned our mom on move in day. No tears. All smiles.

They are very accommodating. The meals are very nice. My brother seems to be very happy there.

The people there at Belmont Village Sunnyvale are very friendly. I have never once come across anybody negative. I think overall they do everything exceptionally well. My aunt gets a little frustrated at times, but I think that has more to do with her than it does them. She has been there for a little over a month, and is slowly learning and catching on to where things are and how things work. The facility is very well laid out. I would definitely recommend Belmont Village Sunnyvale!

They do a great job at Belmont Village, I'd give them top marks across the board. They know their residents very well, and do everything they can to meet each person's individual needs. We've had a great experience with them, and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for senior care.
