Belmont Village

My first impression of Belmont Village Turtle Creek is extremely positive. We have been in 3 other Assisted Living facilities that failed to meet our expectations. Custodial and domestic care was inconsistent and the food was so bad that the employees refused to eat there. Management clearly was more interested in the landscaping than they were about caring for the residents. There seemed to be a HUGE disconnect between marketing and the actual operations. We are just now moving into Belmont Village and already my mom has shown a shift in attitude I haven't seen in years. She has had a cognitive test to serve as a benchmark, and a plan of care. Our hopes are that this will be our last move...but we've been fooled before.

A beautiful well maintained facility. Activities are more stimulating than the usual Bingo and trips to Walmart. For example: group crossword, rabbi lecturing on the Psalms. Staff are consistently upbeat and friendly. Very responsive to requests and finding solutions. Meals are restaurant quality. Everyone appears to be authentically interested in making sure Mom is happy and comfortable in her home. It's also clear they want me to be happy too.

I think they do a great job at Belmont Village Hunters Creek! It's a lovely setting, the facility itself is clean and well kept and the surroundings are beautiful. They've got some great people here, the staff is friendly and well trained, and they really seem to care about the people they are looking after. Unfortunately it didn't end up being a good fit for my loved one in terms of the level of care they provide, but I would recommend this place to anyone looking into assisted care in the area!

Toured the memory care unit and saw dementia programs and the staff. The staff seemed professional. warm and attentive. The programs seemed well thought out for dementia patients. The staff seemed patient and skilled to handle dementia issues that arose. The facility is clean and upscale. I do not have a loved one here, so I cannot personally rate it, but the tour was good.

Belmont is beautiful and very expensive. It is not within our price range.

They keep the residents very active and their very attentive.

Loved this place! Saw lots of seniors out and about. Wonderful open, airy feeling. Outstanding menu.

Beautiful facility. All of our questions were answered. We felt very welcomed.

The main thing is that everyone is very courteous and has a great attitude. The staff was very vibrant. I really don't have any complaints at all. Thank you also to A Place for Mom for helping us find the facility.

We have been very happy with Belmont Village Hollywood. It is definitely a better fit for my aunt than the previous place she was at. The staff are really good about getting her engaged. They just seem to care more. There is a little bit more going on at this facility. They are very communicative. Overall things are just going well.

My mother is now living at Belmont Village West Lake Hills and it has been a good experience. They have been really helpful with my mother's transition into assisted living. They have really taken her under their wings and given her a lot of one on one care and attention.

We were very pleased. It will eventually be our destination. We were just here for a short respite stay. We were very happy with the aides, they were all top notch. I have nothing negative to say about the community, all positive.

I am very very pleased with Belmont Village Glenview. We moved her from one facility to this one. There is so much more value here. The staff keep the residents active all the time. There was just not much going on at the previous facility. The experience here has gone really well.

Mother and I feel we made the absolute best decision by putting my aunt in Belmont Village Oak Park. I will say the billing is terrible. I gave them a check at the end of August and they haven't deposited it yet and cant find it. Also my aunt is wearing the same clothes every time we go visit. I wish the staff were a little more cognoscente since they are in memory care. Other than that I am extremely pleased. The facility is very homey and very clean. They treat the patients with dignity. That is so important when you are taking care of Alzheimer patients.

I think the staffs ability at Belmont Village Burbank to react quickly is a big positive. To handle a respite directly from a hospital was a big plus. This facility had the ability to provide furniture and have a room ready. They even were there to greet us when we showed up and it was at night. The facility is over priced for sure.

Belmont Village Sunnyvale seems to be an excellent facility. The food quality is good. The services there are good. It is a nice and clean facility. I have been very pleased with everything there. I have no complaints.

My husband seems to be improving at Belmont Village Green Hills. This facility has been really good for him. He has done really well there. He likes it otherwise he wouldn't be there. He doesn't participate much in activities but he does do aerobics there. Overall it has been a good experience.

My mother is fitting in very well at Belmont Village West University Houston. The staff have treated her well and been very friendly. I have been really pleased with this facility. It has been an overall good experience.
